6ish week cut cycle

I had someone bring me a case of them (not at my request) and I dont know **** about them like I do actually bud/cannabis

You can get a cheap “rig” at any vape store. Look for the clouds and flat brim hats. The one I have was 30 bucks. Has diff temp settings and an “on/off” button. You can get one that is the same size as the cartridge so assembled it looks like a long AA battery. Always on standby so when you pull off it it turns on. Cheap like 10 or 15 bucks

I dont do vapes, they all hurt my lungs, I just have access to a ton of these, like 1000's lol, I'm trying to learn about them real quick. I dont know what the market for these is like. Il just pass, I smoke blunts like it's the 90's still and those dont hurt my lungs. If the vape hurts more then a blunt I'm straight. Plus i actually enjoy the process or rolling a j or a blunt. The vape isn't my style

I don’t smoke blunts since I quit smoking butts. I prefer J’s in a Zag.

Guys I need some advice. That 100mg of tren I think is guilty of some serious heartburn That seems to really get its worst while training. Like brutal to the point where I stopped my workout today.

Tren 100% can promote this even at very low dose. Not as bad as orals but it’s apparent.

That being said, if it’s mainly a WO problem just add 30g glutamine to your intra drink; it helps immensely. But if you are getting it other times besides that often, I would just drop it.

My alternative to push on temporarily is add in Pepcid complete once-twice a day AND the 30g glutamine intra of 2x15g twice a day, but that is a bandaid and you will have to rebound when you come off the Pepcid, which is a tough week.

Big spoon of Greek yogurt after meals and glutamine between a couple can help reflux, and Betaine HCL before big meat meals. I also do sauerkraut daily. Otherwise, it’s more about veggie/fruit fiber variety than amount for promoting a stronger gut biome, but you can’t build that when the Tren or orals are concurrently scorching your gut garden.

It’s not just an Italian thing bro. I mean, I married an Italian , but I have a “Guy” for everything from bud to cheesecake to powder coating and auto body.
I say “guy” enough that my wife’s nickname for me is “Guy”.

They make decent supplements, used them for a handful of thinks (even their D3 currently). Never used their glutamine.

I think I usually pay $32-33 for Primaforce or Nutricost whenever I get a full Subscribe n Save order in from the river. Both of those are legit & used lots of it.
 
Happy 4th. Update, some kind of weird stomach issues. Got real bad heartburn/acid reflux from most likely the tren, it killed my appetite last 2 days and I find myself making bad food decisions to get some calories down. Pretty stressed out at work as well

Heres my plan. I'm happy with how I look. My appetite is already low and I'm injury free, I still have some pains but nothing bad and mobility in my shoulders are getting better And I honestly believe 99% of that is from doing all the pull-ups and dead hangs.

Dropping tren, and doing 250 test/200mast for the next 6 weeks or so and staying around my current maintenance calories.

That's it. I'm gonna eliminate some foods and work on my gut health, I also have a sports physical at the end of next month and I'm gonna do the one for masters boxing "they need bloodwork " so this also let's me not walk in and do bloods on tren and 1000 total mg of gear. I'm not looking to box but if they ask and I'm feeling good I'd like to have the paperwork already done and I need bloods anyways! Kill 2 birds with 1 dumbell.

I think this makes the most sense. I'm still going to add a 30gm glutamine intra on training days. Gonna add some fermented foods and digestion foods. maybe do a little intermittent fasting or just really clean up. Chicken breast, yogurt, a little fruit and veggies, water.

Not backing off training at all and I may jog more to create a little deficit here and there.

Any thoughts or feelings on this?

It's weird cus it normally dont mess with me. I think theres a combination of reasons and it's not solely the tren, but, I'm gonna chill regardless. it's not like theres a really important end goal where I need to look like I've been dieting on tren and winni 😀

You did mention having a bit of a rough run w loss of a friend or maybe it was friends, your baby girl is growing up and going away to college soon and work has been a **** show so maybe it’s a bunch of things stacked up w the tren that caused the gut issues. Stress is a MoFo!!! And as “swinging dicks” we don’t deal w it, we “compartmentalize” aka burry that **** deep down, lay 10ft of concrete over it and never bring it up again.

Happy 4th! Yes I would definitely do some sauerkraut, my father-in-law is German so he makes his own, but we eat a lot of that and I do believe it makes a big difference. He also makes horseradish but that **** is strong 😂

Also I know you drink coffee, I do as well. What I have found is certain coffee tears me up, heartburn/gut aches/acid reflux. Folgers is the worst on me, Maxwell also no good. I do Sam’s club coffee whatever there bulk cheap **** is, doesn’t bother me.

I think personally I'm going to start a log outside of this and make it a "let's train together type thing" I wanna get my buddy on here too. Hes my guy that lost like 130lbs but hes back up to 275 and we wanna get him back to 230's hes 6'4 and formerly 350 and even tho he could use more fat loss, theres only so small hes willing to get and by 220 he looks like a skeleton. Hes in his 40's with his first kid on the way so I think stress is a huge factor for him.

I wanna put up a few workouts and meal ideas and see who wants some free crack

I mostly drink folgers blonde silk and cafe buestello at home. Neither are particularly expensive coffees in any way she's reformed but I do like them and they don't seem to bother me. On the road I drink Dunkin, idk, I'm sure it contributes but I've been way more into coffee in the past and I dont feel it's part of the new issues, But I'm still sure it doesn't help either.

I think that’s a great gut plan, dropping what is the biggest likely contributor and focusing on building a healthy, diverse biome without overloading it. And trying to avoid inflammatory things (like added sugar & too much extra oils/fats).

You were the first person I thought of. When I decided to cut this run short I was thinking ****, he could have used this. The stack stack you were looking at was what made me think to offer it as a stack

Too funny man! RAD showed up yesterday. Today is day 2 of 20mg. I know 30 days is a short run but we’ll see how it goes.
 
Couple recent workouts, just working on a few lifts for weight and a few for volume to make a complete workout. Still kinda on that push pull with legs mixed in. I manage to always end back up on this split with various frequencies depending upon how busy I am.

Nice workout…. I always seem to end up doing PPL workouts most of the time too. PPL feels like the best for me because I seem to be able to hit everything throughout the week, and if my schedule messes me up, it just doesn’t feel like I get derailed as much with PPL.

Ya for sure, missing a day on these type routines doesn't screw the week up. But if I miss back on Tuesday I gotta alter the whole week or I feel like everything is screwed up on a body part split.

Rad already had like at least a 36 hour half life, perfect for eod administration, so I really don’t understand why they worried about making it longer, but they did. I would still take it eod or e3d (if not daily).

I guess it makes more sense if you are injecting it, because it stings like a b*tch.

Same, 15mg feels like 15mg of the other, and so does 30. Same as testosterone; I don’t adjust my dosage based on ester - the difference is negligible, not even worth paying attention to as far as determining weekly dosage.
 
90° and humid makes for ruff training sessions.

*Flat bench- warm ups were 8-12 reps with 45,95,135,185,225×8, 275×3,3
*Very high incline press- 135×12×3
*Med incline cgb 135×12×3

Heavy bag 20min no rest. Pace was moderate with some high intensity bursts.

Heres a day of food too.

Coffee with milk and 5 eggs with ketchup

2 meatballs and a chicken breast with buffalo sauce. The portion was 12oz but the meatballs got some breadcrumbs in them so maybe 10oz meat? 5 from the meatballs and a 5oz titty

Coffee with cream
1 serv pro 17

8oz Rotisserie chicken, 1/2 baked potato and some green beans blanched and pan fried in some avocado oil and garlic

I had a powerade at work too, forgot bout that. I'm at roughly 2500 so I got enough room for a small omelette or a glass of chocolate milk and some greek yogurt w/fruit
