6ish week cut cycle

I haven't pinned anything since I said I'm gonna back off. I'm thinking 2 weeks and then just pop 1cc each of test and mast every sunday for convenience. I've noticed lately I can do 1 pin a week as long as its not a bunch of test 1x week. 250/200 every sunday will be fine. I'm gonna increase cardio too, I also promised my girl I would take her to do a lower body workout 2x week so il be adding in 2 light leg days. So idk how I'm going to restructure my training but I'm gonna be in the gym a LOT!
 
90° and humid makes for ruff training sessions.

*Flat bench- warm ups were 8-12 reps with 45,95,135,185,225×8, 275×3,3
*Very high incline press- 135×12×3
*Med incline cgb 135×12×3

Heavy bag 20min no rest. Pace was moderate with some high intensity bursts.

Heres a day of food too.

Coffee with milk and 5 eggs with ketchup

2 meatballs and a chicken breast with buffalo sauce. The portion was 12oz but the meatballs got some breadcrumbs in them so maybe 10oz meat? 5 from the meatballs and a 5oz titty

Coffee with cream
1 serv pro 17

8oz Rotisserie chicken, 1/2 baked potato and some green beans blanched and pan fried in some avocado oil and garlic

I had a powerade at work too, forgot bout that. I'm at roughly 2500 so I got enough room for a small omelette or a glass of chocolate milk and some greek yogurt w/fruit
That’s still a good chest workout and the heavy bag finishing it off in 90 degree heat with high humidity burned through a lot of calories, guaranteed. Here in Georgia we’ve been in the 90s most of June and mid to high 90s with high humidity in July…..it does make for some rough workouts. As far as that goes, I’m drenched in sweat just feeding my dogs and especially yard work, but I love being outside. Ha, I just go through more clothes. Texas has had it even worse, and really this has been a hot summer everywhere. But you guys have way harder winters than we do, so I wouldn’t trade.😎

The humidity is brutal, I was planting some wacky tobaccy sunday and just digging 3 little holes had me drenched like I ran a marathon. For yesterday's workout, after those 3 lifts I was supposed to do a incline db press, side laterals, skull crushers and pushups but I was already soaked so I threw the gloves on, **** it lol

Good session and good eating. The heat and humidity is no joke lately!!!

Hes 190lbs with some abs, pro retired mma fighter with over 40 total fights so while hes new to bodybuilding hes not new to training and hard work. 100% natural up to this point and hes looking to put 15lbs on and get stronger without eating chicken and rice 5x day or sticking himself with a needle. Although he is exploring trt for the future.

300mg 4 andro, 300mg epi andro for 8-10 weeks and we might add a sarm or some tbol the last 4-6. I got some extra sarms and hes got 100 tbol tabs coming from a buddy. I dont know that source but given his circle of friends I would think it's legit.

Meal 1 is a shake with 50 mg of protein and a bagel with jam of his choice. Originally he was getting a coffee and a breakfast sandwich at the gas station on work days and goes out for breakfast on sundays. He still gets his bagel and now this meal has 1/4 of the fat and 3x the protein. hes very set on 3 meals a day + a shake or 2 and he needs convince for work.

Meal 2. 1 breast from a 3lb Costco rotisserie chicken. He has 3 ways to choose from. On a salad with low fat dressing and a piece of fruit, or, in a jumbo wrap with veggies, mustard and hummus. Or just eat the meat and have a ginger ale. Why soda? Because he wanted to keep a few ginger ale in his diet. I told him 2 a week.

Intra workout aminos, creatine, glutamate

Post workout shake with 50gm protein.

Meal 3 is dinner with his wife, he has 1000 calories left at dinner so I told him make sure theres at least 50gm protein at this meal and stay within your calories.

This plan should put him in a 150-200 cal surplus with 240ish grams of protein.

Will adjust in 7 days.

I thought this might be relevant to Some of the guys in here running these types of cycles and not about doing chicken and rice 6 times a day, it let's you eat pretty much normal with some protein powder to hit your pro goal for the day. To make it a cut we would reduce calories be taking away the bagel at meal 1 and remove some junk calories from dinner.

I think whether we eat or drink the protein comes down to hunger/satiety. Drinking is always convenient, but if you are struggling with hunger like in a cut then just eating it (chicken, fish, fat free Greek yogurt, egg whites) obviously is an easy lever to pull.

I have been doing a lot of bagels, bulk or cut, since last summer. They’re just delicious, always easy to eat, portable, and convenient macros. If I am gaining weight, it’s nothing to toss a bagel into a couple meals and pick up an extra 540 cals, 20g protein, 100 carbs. It actually makes meat and rice go down easier, breaks up the monotony. And when I am watching my weight, it’s pre-portioned and I really enjoy it always. Seems to fuel me just as well as rice, potatoes or pasta too. Good with eggs, great with a chicken breast & some peppers as a sandwich, they’re even good dunked in Greek yogurt+protein powder preWO.
 
Cheat day, you heard that right. I'm giving myself 1000 extra cal today cus I'm doing legs tomorrow morning.

Meal 1 I had a bagel with 2 slices of cheddar, 2 big sausage patties and 2 eggs, coffee with half and half.

Meal 2 is half a rotisserie chicken and rice

Meal 3 me and my girl are gonna go get some junk at the casino

Meal 4 half a rotisserie chicken and rice

Meal 5 is a protein bar, greek yogurt, banana and some granola
 
I been eating some pickled foods and fresh pineapple chunks here and there but the glutamine I ordered still hasn't come. Still having some gut issues but no more heartburn at least

I'm gonna focus on overall health and wellbeing for this. If anyone is interested il post the link when I start. Dermacrrine + trt is a very feel good and high energy high sex drive combo. At least that's how I remember it from back in the day. And the curcumin will be for my knees and ankles. Maybe shoulders too

The outdoors ones should start to bud in September and we harvest in october, that's based off the light cycle. Different strains take more or less but all similar. If I harvest mid October its dried and cured over 6 weeks and it's ready. Technically it can be smoked as soon as it's dry but if you don't cheer it it doesn't taste right and it's a little more harsh. I got some small indoors ones that il chop down in 2-4 weeks. OG Kush

That's actually still a old picture. I ripped out the 3 pepper plants after there first peppers because the weed grew over the tops so I made more room for the good stuff

Yes and no. My dad had gardens every year since before I was born so I've always done some gardening. Tomatoes and hot peppers are our biggest harvest because we make hot sauces and sweet n spicy jams and jelly, jar hot pickled peppers and with the tomatoes we eat them but also make sauce and paste ect. So me wanting to learn, I realized my dad dosen't do a lot of the stuff you can do to get bigger better plants. So I started feeding mine on a schedule. After a few tries at popping bag seeds I made friends with 2 guys who grow professionally for dispensaries and they gave me some tips and basically weed tomatoes and peppers like similar weather, water and nutrients so I started getting higher quality seeds and I'm learning the game. Growing weed is very easy. Growing too shelf weed is a tedious science project. I literally check everything 2x day.

I'm taking my final clones tonight and I'm giving some away and planting a few more in 3-5 gal pots and hoping theres enough time for those to get maybe 3ft tall and produce a few extra ounces. I'm set up for about 4-6 pounds if everything goes right and I'm trying to work on a year round grow as I have a makeshift grow space in my attic that stays above 60° till around Christmas so I can do a winter grow and add a small heater twords the end.

If it all works then next year I'm going all in lol. Anyone need a hook up, I might me the guy next year lol

I've been eating just enough food to get through the work day, then a shake with 50pro and 100carb or pro 17 and Gatorade pre workout depending on the day and the other 2/3 of my calories are between post workout and bed (7-1030pm)

Didnt realize plan this, its work and the heat and stress that has molded this diet.

But for maintenance it seems to not be horribly counterproductive. a few extra chicken breasts and a few less pop tarts and we gtg lol
 
Ok I'm about ready to get started again but it looks like mike is sending me a product to log and since I'm mostly done with the dermacrrine log il probably just combine the supplement log into my regular log and kill 2 birds with one stone. Il update when I get started for anyone interested

Haven’t tried it or know anyone who has, but there is some research out there that sounds promising. Not sure how it translates to trained individuals, but still interesting. I’m sure if Mike has it, that it’s legit.

As a Georgia Bulldog fan, I must say I was glad to see the GOAT, Nick Saban, retire. But DeBoer seems like a real good hire, because you guys haven’t missed a beat on the recruiting trail. Now with Texas and Oklahoma coming to the SEC all of our schedules are loaded with great games this year.🏈

Anyone see Chase Irons has gotten hold of a bunch of Pfizer "Ngenla" pens? This sh1t is gonna be replacing serostim. Its a long-acting Gh. As in, pin once per week. A 72iu pen, which apparently releases at an equivalent rate as doing 10iu serostim per day.
 
Gonna start a new log, I found out my gym is gonna host some kind of strength comp on November 4th with a strongman gym and powerlifter club so idk what kind of events will be there yet as it says to be announced soon. I'm thinking there gonna give ppl a 8 week heads up to train for it going by what I was told. So I'm gonna do some light to moderate work with the big 3 + ohp and weighted chins. Gonna start with 60%-75% of my 2 rep maxes for and work on form in the 4-8 rep range. I will never go above 75% on deadlifts as yall know I always get hurt. Il put more effort into the squats and a accessories. As always after my big lifts il throw in some reps for a good pump but also theres a good chance there will be some max rep lifts in the comp seeing how the strongman gym is involved.

Before I go tho......
