How do you know this? Did it say it in the label and I just over looked it. If that’s the case I won’t be taking them anymore. This would be highly dissapointing
The product is labeled accurately and correctly, and it is what you think it is - amino acids derived from beef protein.
The ingredients are:
100% Beef Amino Acid Complex (Beef Protein Isolate, Desiccated Argentine Beef Liver),
and then followed the ingredients the tablets are made of.
What he is saying I think, not trying to speak for him, when he says watered down collagen, is that beef protein is similar to collagen and some people consider collagen superior to beef protein and thus may consider beef collagen 'watered down'.
Beef protein powder is made from hydrolyzed gelatin, which is collagen that's broken down into smaller peptides to make it easier to absorb. Some beef protein isolates are rich in collagen, containing around 80% collagen or more.
Neither is really overall better than the other because they are really geared towards different things, so which one is better would depend on what you are using it for.
Here's a quick explanation for anyone interested.
Collagen vs. Beef Protein - in simplified terms:
Collagen and beef protein are both proteins that come from beef, but they have different functions and amino acid compositions.
Collagen:
Collagen is a key structural protein that is found in animal connective tissues, bones, skin, tendons, & ligaments. It is made up of amino acids and is considered an incomplete protein because it can't be absorbed in the body in its whole form.
Collagen supplements contain collagen peptides, which are small pieces of broken down collagen, and are commonly used to help support skin elasticity and joint health.
Beef Protein:
Beef protein powder is a complete protein that is made from hydrolyzed gelatin, which is collagen that's broken down into smaller peptides to make it easier to absorb.
Beef protein is more focused on muscle building and for overall nutritional protein intake, whereas collagen is more focused on skin and joint health.

I don't take, and we don't sell nor have any intention of ever selling beef aminos, beef protein, or collagen.
