Test/Primo/NPP Lean bulk

Started my lean bulk last week.

Starting stats were 187 lbs @15% BF. On TRT cruise at 200mg Test E weekly.

Things I need to watch out for.
NPP gyno sides come on quickly for me. (nothing else does this to me)
Primo first timer, so do not want to tank my estrogen. So I just need to monitor this and adjust test up or primo down based on what is going on.

*Week 2 I did frontload an extra 200mg primo as it seems to stabilize my levels much faster this route.

For a cut after this, I plan to stack retatrutide and semaglutide, on top of trt/100mg primo.
 
What's up dude, deca and NPP do the same to me, even at 100mg a week but I noticed a good dose of mast seems to help a lot. Dont got much experience with primo but on paper I would think it should help.

What's your past experience with primo doses

So here is my experience so far. The first week I had a sensitive left nip, which is always where things start with me for gyno. For the record, I never really had gyno it's just flare-ups where it gets sensitive or itchy and I crush it immediately. So I had that same thing happening. I used some tamoxifen, raloxifene, and some Ai and it got rid of it immediately. Now really starting week 3 as of today I am not having any issues whatsoever with it. So I think the primo is starting to kick in.

I am up 13lbs in weight, which is water. It's hard to think about so I am avoiding the scale. I don't look bad, except for a bit of moon face. I am getting way stronger. To the point, I need to be aware not to push it too much. Shoulder day the other day I did and can feel some sore tendons vs muscle.

My BP is holding in a nice spot 116/71. So as far as that being an issue, so far so good. Libido is good Nothing over the top but solid. Mood is stable. no issues/

The only thing I realize is I just need to be aware that of my e2 levels. I have a feeling once primo is in full use, I will need to up test or go down on primo.
 
I would just keep feeling it out and adjusting as needed. A arb like telmisartan could help with the water weight. That and staying super hydrated to flush out that bloat

Have you run the retatrutide before?
 
Since NPP is faster acting than Primo E/Mast E I think it’s a good idea to start them a couple of weeks before you start the NPP. I think you can avoid some of the Estrogen sides in beginning doing it that way.

Cycle looks pretty solid otherwise, except I think it’s unnecessary to go over 600 (Test/Primo) for someone in your size, unless you going for some world record lifts.

If I had a bunch of primo I'd probably be doing 600/600 with 100 mg tren ace for the tail end of the cut, or 200mg npp for a bulk. I like the idea of using mostly test and dhts, dhts treat me good

Yeah, I have a boatload of primo to make a few adjustments. to the 600/600. So far I am feeling pretty good. The huge gain in water weight sucks but it's not like I look bad or anything. It was just a little shocking for me. It was also in line with the 4th and I was eating a whole bunch at get-togethers.

I could add some Tren Ace at the end. I was thinking of adding it to the end of my cut next summer but I could easily add some at the end of this.

Your call, my vote is no tren just because your already on 1200mg and your not cutting and bf is in a range where your not gonna harden up in 3-4 weeks, your in good shape, but not shredded that the cosmetic effects will me in your face or super fast, so I think it's a waste. Again, obviously your call. I'm way past trying to change minds but that's my opinion on the topic. It's so easy to turn tren into a crutch and I mean that for everyone, myself included. It's really a crappy drug for your health and brain. But it does work, theres no denying that.

Yeah fair enough, I have a long way to go on this blast so its something I can take a look out down the line.
 
So update on things. My water weight has stabilized and dropped. I now sit at 195lbs, dropping about 4lbs of water weight. I look and feel way better. This cycle so far is great. No issues with Gyno now. I feel strong and energetic. I am looking a lot more vascular. I think so far this is my favorite blast.

Here is the down and upside. Holy **** my libido. It's like worse than tren. I am so fucking horny it's insane. It's distracting. I am not thinking about ladyboys or anything super wild :) I just want to **** my chick like all the time. (I naturally am a little weird in bed). So some strange thoughts pop up but they are normal for me.

So it's a huge positive and negative at this point.

I hate DECA, gave me permanent stubborn gyno lump in my left nip. But I've always been curious in trying NPP instead and see how I fair with that instead.

I will be personally running my Primo at 600mg/wk throughout with a possible Frontload in the first 2-3 weeks. My first real run with Primo E.

I hate estrogen, so I honestly don't care if I crash the fck out of my estro. That's just me, if it gets too bad I'll adjust things as needed.

I am going to be using T3 along with my stack, but at 50mcg/day (split am and pm).

My cycle is going to mainly be a Lean Bulk/Recomp. I need to make another serious Transformation.

If you actually crashed your estrogen your dick wont work, your whole body will ache and you wont wanna even get off the couch. Trust me you dont hate estrogen, you just dont understand it

Im using 25mcg t3 and 75mcg t4. But I have thyroid disease from Hashimoto's.... So I am a little above the normal range at that dose.
 
Update on log. Im sitting at about 200 lbs now. I feel a bit fatter even though I am not eating badly or way over. Im averaging around 3200 - 3500 calories and getting in 200+ grams of protein. Sometimes higher.

I think I need to incorporate light cardio, which is just my fault. I have just been lazy.

With that being said I am getting way stronger. I have a sitting preacher curl and I pumped out 105lbs 8 reps/ 6 sets (Did this twice so 16 sets total), alongside some other curl exercises last night. All my lifts are going up.
 
Interesting turn of events. I attribute Lower back pain to back pumps was off the chain yesterday. I took some Taurine and that help along with some heating pads. I might also have overdone it on the Cialas. I took 10mg 3 days in a row.

Other than that my joints started hurting. Elbows knees ankles. So signs of low estrogen. So I am going to combat that with some HCG.

I continue to see impressive gains in lifts. Its just about every day I see weights increase. So all good signs. Just need to balance this low estrogen which I knew coming into the was going to be a concern.
 
This is a great cycle. I ran test/npp/primo at 600mg/400/400 a year ago and got to a lean 240lb. Felt great and strong. BP got high but no other sides.
 
Update. Weight is completely stable at 198. I am hitting decent protein 200+ but need to up it and increase calories. I want to grow. I am but not as much as I expected. I have gained 1/2 inch on arms but that is a lot to do with water weight from the blast.

Sex drive has calmed down and it's about normal now. Which honestly is pretty good. My wife is not really into sex (tried everything but just have given up). We do it about about 7 times a month. Which is better than doing it once a month or so like it was. I wish she was into it though.

Eat more is a good start but also lift heavier. I judge my cycles on how much extra weight I can lift not how much weight I gain because in reality the scale can be very misleading on cycle. I would aim for 250g of protein if I were you.

Sorry if I missed it but are you following a program or/and logging your lifts?

I will start adding 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to my breakfast. I and eat and extra protein bar. That should be about 600 calories and about 32 more grams of protein (should get me to 240 to 250 range on protein. My lifts are for sure going up. Have every week just about.

I built my own program. I have been doing this long enough to have a decent handle on it (not saying I know everything). I have a spread sheet and make notes about going up after I do a lift. Or even track if something felt weird like had a pinch in my muscle.

6-day program (mainly 8 reps / 6 sets)

Biceps (5 lifts) / Forearm (2 lifts)
Shoulders (5lifts)
Chest (6 lifts)
Back Traps (5 lifts)
Legs (5 lifts) / Calfs (1 lift)
Triceps (3 lifts)

Prior I was doing everything at a 12 reps / 6 sets but I increased my weight and moved to 8 reps / 6 sets

Yes, some of that will have been the typical early water and glycogen gainz, sure. So your body is going to acclimatise somewhat to that. And itll be obscuring whatever actuall tissue accrual youve had, on the scale.

Remember, 4 weeks is nothing when it comes to building lean tissue. Well, not nothing but its tiny.

I think theres a possibility you could be trying to rush things. Upping the kcals mght end up being the right move BUT I think a week or 2 of bodyweight stagnation is not necessarily a red flag indicating lack of growth.

Are you getting stronger? Adding more reps to sets?

Also, if youre not already, regularly measure your gut. Relying totally on the scale and mirror esp in short timeframes is, well, unreliable.

Have not measured my waste but my size 32 short shorts still need a belt to stay up so I feel good about that. I have a wide torso. My profile picture doesn't do me justice in how wide I am.

I mean if you truly is just going by the scale it’s easy to gain weight, just eat everything in your sight 🤷🏻‍♂️ But I don’t think that’s what you’re after so stay where you at and lift as heavy as you can, increase cals slowly and you’ll get where you want, just be patient. Enjoy the journey.

Just popping on to say Im having to end it. I have some weird health **** going on with my gut. So pulling a hard stop.

This is going to be TMI but here it goes.

I am having massive gas problems with mucus. I have to **** like 8 times a day in small amounts and it's basically forced out violently by farts and mucus. I can't even fart right now since I feel like I am going to grease my pants.

It could be a variety of things and I don't know what. Could be the T3 - leaky gut syndrome, could be something weird with one of the compounds... I just don't know. I am sitting at 203 and super strong and leaned out a bit. This has been a great blast but I can't anymore. Going to drop to 180mg trt and then evaluate next year (jan 25) to see what to do next.
 
I'd be going to a gastro asap. Any time my stomach is a mess, and my stomach is fucked up lol. But when it's bad, a guarentee fix for me is to strip my diet down to grilled chicken, white rice and high water content fruits and vegetables. I basically eat chicken breast no oil or sauce other soy sauce or mustard. White rice, watermelon, cucumbers and fresh pineapple. Within like 2 days my gut is sorted out. If you really wanna do it right then only reintroduce only 1 food per week and make a list. I always fail at that part. Once my stomach feels better I usually cheat :(

Yeah, I am going to go get checked out for sure and I have basically moved to a very basic diet at this point.

No telling but this is the risk we take with what we do. No matter how careful we are.... something could go wrong. I am going to give myself another week and see how it goes but I do have an appointment in 1.5 weeks. so regardless I get it sorted.
 
One of the first fruits you should try is blueberries. Pre AND probiotic.

Greek yogurt should be first dairy you consider as the probiotic is very healing for many. Makes a huge difference for me.

Sauerkraut/kimchi is very ideal as a fermented food; I eat a few tbsp most days and find a big benefit.

Glutamine at 30g daily can be a big help for the gut sometimes.

So update. For sure it's my gallbladder. I have continued to have symptoms although lesser. saw the doctor, got some scans done. I for sure have thickening of the gallbladder wall, and increased blood flow, indicating inflammation. They are having me see a surgeon next week and are going to proceed with removal.

They said there is a chance (very small) it could be my colon and it's not absorbing things correctly but it's a very very small chance.

They have me on dicycloverine 10mg to stop my cramping. It helps but still fart so much and basically mucus/oily most of the time.

She said likely not related to gear, more so increased calories/fat content with a preexisting issue.
 
On another note, coming off of gear I feel like ****. Still on 180mg trt. But feeling a bit down. Also arguing with wife more... of course about sex. Like pretty much all we have to fight about. Other than that life is good.

So I was having really terrible pain in my gallbladder and having mucus shits and insane amounts of farts that I couldn't trust. I mean it was bad, could barely leave the house.

I had a hida scan done and some other scans and they confirmed it was my gall bladder, however, there is much more to this. 21 days after my last primo injection, my symptoms vanished. This was about 12 days before my surgery to have my gallbladder removed. At that point, I wasn't sure if I was going to have it removed so dumb me, started back on Primo and within 2 days my symptoms were back (lasted for 21 days), even after my gall bladder was removed. Now everything has been resolved.

So result of my gall bladder surgery, my gall bladder was 80% scar tissue, the surgeon said it was the weirdest thing, no cancer, nothing crazy just a lump of scar tissue. So it did need to come out, but why was it like that? Maybe gear had something to do with it, idk that's speculation.

Meanwhile, after like 2 months of not working out, I am a weak fat body. So my bulk completely failed.

I am now on 150mg test trt for the remainder of the year. Will continue that dose until June. Will be adding mild to medium dose of retratrutide/ 2mg semaglutide/ 2ius hgh to that for 22 weeks to cut down before I attempt another bulk.

You win some you lose some, and sometimes you lose an organ. This is the chance we take when rolling these dice.

Probably for the best that it came out it sounds like. I’d be interested to see if the same primo does it again, but especially if you try a different source’s primo what happens.

Have you used Reta before? If not....a common side is that itll jack up your rhr, usually around 10 or so points. If you stay on it long enough itll drop back down, often lower than baseline levels. But something to be aware of.

I have not run reta at all. Semaglutide I have but don't have effects from it until 1.5mg+ but once there it's great.

My resting heart rate runs around 60bpm sometimes around 58bpm, and normal day to day is about low 70s.

I did a stupid stack a while back of clenbuterol, tren, t3, and my heart ran resting at 80 and normal at 100. Didn't like that and it was dumb but I have an amazfit watch so I can monitor it throughout the day.
 
Started my lean bulk last week.

Starting stats were 187 lbs @15% BF. On TRT cruise at 200mg Test E weekly.

Things I need to watch out for.
NPP gyno sides come on quickly for me. (nothing else does this to me)
Primo first timer, so do not want to tank my estrogen. So I just need to monitor this and adjust test up or primo down based on what is going on.

*Week 2 I did frontload an extra 200mg primo as it seems to stabilize my levels much faster this route.

For a cut after this, I plan to stack retatrutide and semaglutide, on top of trt/100mg primo.
Question is the primo enanthat or propionat?
