This is not going to be a detailed log, more here to just keep me accountable. Had this hidden away for awhile in a dark place, got sick of looking at it and couldnt bring myself to throw it out.

My goal is to cut some bodyfat and really want to increase my deadlifts, I have a holiday planned October so want to be in better shape for that, I know this doesnt sound well thought out but I have done plenty of cycles in the past, nothing in the past couple of years but I know my stuff, just gonna post here randomly with updates and talk ****...

Starting stats-
115kg
20% bodyfat (yes I know too high, but I will be comitted with eating clean and smashing the weights here so expect it to drop quickly)
6 foot 2
Deadlift- 190kgx3

I will be doing 6 weeks, first week 40mg 2-6 will be 60mg. I will also be using Dermacrine. I have all the relevant support supps (tudca/cycle support) and serm for PCT. I am running MAPS Split as my program.

Started on Monday, so far so good.

Last night workout, can already feel the difference in the muscle fullness, excited to see how this goes;
All lifts in KG btw.

Deadlift- 60x10, 100x8, 120x6, 150x3, 180x3, 180x3

Pullup- +10kgx6, +10kgx6, +10kgx6

Seated Cable Row- 90x6, 90x6, 90x6

Trap Bar Shrug- 80x10, 100x6,100x6,100x6

Barbell Curl- 20x12, 20x12, 30x6, 40x6

Hammer Curl-16x6, 16x6, 16x6, 16x6
 
I tell you what, the muscle soreness I am getting is pretty wild seeing as I havent gone overly heavy yet.
 
Does anyone actually know the half life for this? wondering best timing to take the additional dose, either lunch time or just double dose at pre workout, suppose it doesnt matter too much

Yeah that is what I was thinking, there is **** all information on this prohormone haha and all the stuff I find is on obscure forums with random information. Do you think just double dose it pre workout (PM)?

I would probably split it up, with a 6 hour half life, but all pre workout really shouldn’t hurt. When I’ve done Anavar or Superdrol, I liked those pre workout because of the ridiculous pumps. It’s really more what ever your preference is.
 
Going well so far, obviously early but just noticing that I can really isolate the muscle I am training and get a good burn, but also recover quickly. Did Chest last night, decent workout not breaking PRs just building.

Side note, I shaved last night and have been reminded how much bf% I hold in my face and neck... like my body has shape and looks good, but my god I have some stupid amount of face fat, got to bring those calories down

Overall decent workout, I am not pushing myself to the absolute max yet, gonna finish this week then go for max effort, but feeling good, good pumps
 
I am wanting to add in another deadlift type move on my second back day as I am really trying to get those dead numbers up, what do you think trap bar deadlift or rack pulls?

RDL’s and Seated leg curl (or lying…whatever your gym has)
 
I can already see results with my body weight staying the same, my stomach and chest are getting a nice shape... the only problem so far is my appetite seems to be gone and I am a bit constipated, trying to get more fiber in
 
I have pink Himalayan salt first thing in the morning fasted with water, about half a teaspoon. 5-10mins later you wont be constipated anymore :ROFLMAO: (has to be non-iodonised salt, Celtic Salt works also)

Interesting.... Why does it have to be non iodized ?
 
I don’t know the science I’m afraid, I just know you need non-iodised salt for a salt cleanse. I’m sure you’ll be able to read it via a quick google search

The Himalayan salt didnt work for me, unless I was using the wrong type, it was McKenzie's Himalayan Fine Pink Salt.

Side note, got a nice compliment from the GF saying I am looking lean which is pretty exciting as its now the start of week 3 so I should be getting some nice results from here on out
 
Did you have half a teaspoon in luke warm water, mix it around for 10 seconds then down it, and re-add water to make sure you get all the residue?

I do this every morning & within 5 mins it’s time to go to the toilet. I also have a lot of friends that do this daily….very weird it doesn’t work for you

Primary reason I do this is for migraine prevention ofc, but the cleanse is a nice benefit.

It was one of those twist salt bottles so hard to get out a lot, I think I got close to that... but I will give it another shot. It was very...salty haha

I typically train core 3 times a week and mainly I do hanging knee raises front and to the sides. That usually does the trick and works my lower back a little (or at least I can feel it in my lower back) as well.

I'm not quite there with hanging raises, it hurts my shoulders too much (but I'm building up to it) I might opt for ab roller and leg raises on the half bosu ball
 
So I got 85kgs 3x10 last night on bench (my worst lift by far) heaviest I have gone for years so obviously this stuff is working, hoping to break 100kg even for 3-4 reps by the end of cycle
 
195kg deadlift 3x3 tonight, PR... never hit over 200 before for 1rm, could probably hit thay tonight... I won't though my lats are fried.... also did 3x6 pull ups with 25kgs, so 140kg in total (my fat ass included)
 
Getting many compliments saying I am looking lean which is nice haha... weight has literally not moved but I can tell I am leaner and got more shape
 
I tell you what, if this stuff has lost potency from the 6+years in my drawer and it was actually stronger this would have been the best cutter out... so far I haven't lost any weight, lost bodyfat, gained musclez gained strength and no sides (besides acne on face, but not too bad)

I haven't been cutting hard, just eating good and getting my protein targets, but if I went full cut I think it would be absolutely transformative
