It’s a powerful support supplement and I always noticed a difference in the several days that followed a big 3cc shot (something you can do during or to hold off a deload, or if you feel like you are coming down with something).

It always feels cold & bad going in, FYI. Not a fun thing to pin. But it works.

Are you going to be ramping things up with training and gear?

Good to know. Yeah can’t imagine refrigerated liquid feeling good going in, but the benefits are quite appealing to me.

What did your dosing protocol look like with it?

Sitting at 120 vitamin T currently, nectar on training days (want to switch to straight carnitine as I feel alphaGPC is equivalent and I can get more mgs per mL with carnitine only).
Going to ride this for a few until my body and training is again worthy of a little more juice lol.

Bench will be my only main focus, isolated leg lifts and belt squats to maintain some leg meat and snowboarding for the burn.

Won’t touch 19nors in the winter as it kills my cardio and I do enjoy some snowboarding and backcountry during these months. So T and an oral pulsed will probably be my first approach as bench heats up. Definitely going to run my favorite trestfecta again next year, because yes, there is nothing I have found better.

i still don't really understand the difference in some of these OTC compounds like 19nors/4-dhea, and the DHEA in dermacrine or Steves XPG DHEA. What do you get from 19nors that is beneficial but kills your cardio?

When I refer to 19nors it is strictly trest, tren, and NPP (cant do deca, it’s weird I know).
Benefits are substantial strength gains, insane recovery and weight gain (if diet dictates).

Blood pressure gets elevated and even with cardarine cardio takes a hit (predominantly from tren but trest is also a culprit).

I have heard of people taking 1-200mg of glutathione daily for very powerful support or even attempting to heal liver & kidneys, but this should be a pretty temporary measure. I don’t think most people need that kind of antioxidant administered daily indefinitely.

Alex Kikel liked to use it occasionally as a wellness blast the way I advised, like 600-1,000mg depending on size of athlete & needs. During a deload, beginning of sickness symptoms, that kind of reactive supplementation.

Jake Benson has said if he has athletes feeling kind of run down, taking 200mg or so in the morning on an off-day can be helpful. So again, not daily, here and there 2-3 days per week.

Both of them advise co-administering with carnitine, and I always did. I’d load up a 3cc cold glute shot and then put half a cc of carnitine somewhere with a slinpin.

ahhh OK that makes more sense

19-Nor refers to a family of AAS based in on a modification to the chemical structure of testosterone. There are 19-Nor compounds, Testosterone derivatives, and DHT derivatives as the primary families we group commonly used AAS under. The different families tend to have some shared traits between compounds in them, but it’s important to realize every steroid is its own chemical compound that produces different effects overall - and the effects even change with their administration method. Injecting Superdrol (a DHT derivative) does not produce the same amount of water-weight as traditional oral consumption. And unlike actual pure DHT, which is extremely androgenic, Superdrol is not remotely. It’s safer than Anavar per mg for a woman to consume, as far as virilization impact.

that helps a lot. I've really only seen reference of the 19nors from the vintage muscle guys, and many many times. so I pulled it up to see what it was and the description on their product didn't really clarify it much for me. I've never tried any of their products but I do watch the group on FB and just read their experiences/reviews. Generally speaking while their customers seem excited and happy, the end results appear underwhelming to me. But a lot of these guys are completely untrained newbies that are morbidly obese or scary malnourished so they aren't starting off with strong foundations to begin with.

Awesome info! Yeah I wanted to incorporate it a little during this light T period. I took a cold turkey break from everything for a bit 🌫️

Generally speaking, I wouldn’t be looking to spend a lot of time or money on oral/transdermal prohormone/steroid cycles. They’re not remotely as effective as 300mg of testosterone, cost radically more, and can leave you both feeling bad during and stress your health more.

Take it from someone who spent 8 years doing it the wrong way. Beyond taking some Epiandro & DHEA here and there like you do, using exogenous hormones should basically be either a yes/no lifestyle/health decision because it’s otherwise going to risk damaging your natural production over time. The juice needs to be worth the squeeze. Taking 19-Nor derivatives of any fashion is not a kind thing for someone looking to preserve their HPTA function.

I love it when I am going to write up the same response and then get to your post and it is already done. :)

lately I've been even considering the mild stuff I've played with and tbh I'm not sure it's accomplishing much more than the more natty stuff like AE, AXT, PAXT etc from Steve. IIRC you also warned me to not go any deeper unless I was ready for a lifetime commitment lol. I'm getting to a point where I'm not really noticing the difference of when I'm on the TD's vs when I'm off, and most of my PRs are just coming from consistency while on the natty products anyways...

accept androsterone. definitely loved the "high on life" feelings with that stuff briefly.

Exactly. Even with actual steroids, yes your first cycle can be explosive but after that the progress does slow. I mean they are helping a ton, but because you have to come off/lower doses then come back up periodically, you may have big yo-yo gains but the final net is not nearly as dramatic as you might hope when they become a standard piece of the equation.

I have gained 20lbs of weight & put 30lbs I bet on my max bench in 3 weeks, after benching for 15 years. Sounds pretty awesome right? Except I still can’t even bench what I did 10 weeks ago, at this same weight I was just 10 weeks ago. I haven’t netted ANYTHING yet, injecting a gram/wk of various AAS. Doesn’t sound nearly as riveting when viewed objectively from the bigger picture across macrocycles.

You can toss a little androsterone into those natty stacks and should be just fine, HPTA wise. Just don’t get greedy & remember the observations you shared - the training consistency is always the primary driver of LONGTERM overall net progress, so don’t overdo the hormonals. You kicking ass on a bench day because you felt great from the androsterone is how it really helped, not because it granted you super strength.

On my way to casa Bonita with the family. I haven’t been there in about thirty years! Threw my name on the waitlist when Matt and Trey bought it and one year later, voila! Feeling nostalgic and stoked to bring the kiddo. I’ll snag some pics for sure.

I ate the food (and my wife’s food) too fast for pic so urine luck!

Dude, greatest restaurant in the world lol. The boy said it was the best cheeseburger he’s ever had. If a Mexican joint can pull that off, well, that settles it!

I also hit the new In-n-Out on the way home

Looks like an awesome place…..my wife and I love Mexican food, and your son saying that was the best cheeseburger he has ever ate is classic, love it.

It was a great family outing! We spent almost 4 hours in the place as there is so much to see and do. 10/10!

Sounds like a great time, and some awesome food!
