Almost couldn’t get out of bed, was exhausted last night and struggling this morning. Bent over rows felt like 500 lbs but then bench had explosive power and increased weight a lot. But I think I expended a lot of energy rest of the lifts seemed ehh not a great connection. Did have a nice pump so obviously I was connecting. Office work today will be off at 3 plan to get some more food in and maybe a nap
