Anyone have experience using both of these substances? If so, which one did you think was more effective for blood flow and vascularity?
Honestly they'll probably be pretty similar if you control for or get the same amount of standardized nitrate content.
That said nitrate content can vary quite a bit in beet root (I'd assume similar in spinach, but I don't haven't looked into the specific extracts out there a ton).
Regardless of which you choose if you are looking specifically for blood flow and vascularity you will probably want to focus on finding a reputable brand (does testing) and lists the actual nitrate content per serving.

Thanks for the responses. I just finished a bottle of Innovapharm's Super Spinach. The label claims that their extract provides up to 4 times the amount of natural nitrate compared to beet root. I wonder how true that is. I haven’t tried beet root extract yet and wanted some thoughts before continuing with this or trying the beet root instead.
Anyone use either of these and low dose cialis daily?
Thanks for the suggestion. I see that there are a handful of manufacturers. Anyone that you have experience with or would suggest?Although it is much harder to find, you might also consider Arugula Extract.
Thanks for the suggestion. I see that this one states that it contains 5x the amount of nitrates compared to beet root powder.I've been enjoying oxystorm.
Hello Steve. I haven't posted much since joining but I've been around this forum long enough to appreciate your response. Glad to hear that you trust Innovapharms because my local supplement store carries it. They also stock a lot of NOW products, which I also know that you trust. I'll be 47 in a few days and even though I'm in pretty good shape I do feel like my blood flow could be healthier. Besides nitrates from the red spinach extract which other supplements would you recommend to hit things from a variety of different pathways? BTW, my wife is 11 years younger than I am and also trains with me and sometimes it's becoming hard to keep up with her, outside of the gym. Can't let that happen.
