The Muscle Pump Restoration Project: Aging Man Reclaims Response to Pump Products

So to clarify the added amealpeptide is giving you "wood" but no workout pump increase?

I have found 1-2 handfuls of arugula in my breakfast scramble and maybe beets/ juice 1hr pwo, results in the best nitrite protocol for pump. ARA is another product I have found increases my intra workout pump (if you don't mind the added soreness/DOMS and inflammation).
well i added now two servings of standardized nitrate beet powder estimated at 600mg nitrates a day. wont know if amealpeptide has any benefit in my particular case until i figure about 5 days after i drop exclusively that.

UPDATE: I think we're talking day 16 or so here. I think it's safe to say it isnt the silverbullet I need here as there has been no additional improvement, not that this speaks to the supplement per se but more perhaps to whatever has changed as Ive aged. I picked up a few more bottles of it, so im looking to pivot away from dropping it to notice any loss of benefit toward adding a substrate like citrulline peptides (which was disappointing last time i ran it.) I want to stress again here that i dont want to make the mistake of blaming a supplement for changes or something that may be missing in me, which is certainly a mistake ive made before.

I was excited about it though, as i recall taking a protein called peptopro which had uniquely ellicited a great pump (which i had since learned that is something people report from it). I had thought maybe the effect from the casein in peptopro might have been the inspiration behind amealpeptide. i should probably do another very pricey run at some point of the peptopro at 60g to see if i still see those results

Really? I never noticed a pump with Peptopro and hadn't ever heard that before. That is interesting, not a ton of people used much of it though due to costs I guess. I'll have to look into it.
Definately. Great pump. How much were you taking a day?

Where do you guys find PeptoPro? I’ve been interested, but never really saw it.
a site called truenutrition has it. hard to navigate their products, but the search function works. i believe that is the cheapest ive ever seen it at 40.50$/lb. i would recommend a container sold separately there with that.

Cool thanks! Yeah that’s pricey. I doubt I’d get it at that price, but I’d like to try it at some point for fun.

It has been forever so idk not a huge dose though probably like 10g.

No idea it’s probably too expensive for the benefits. It was back when it was more popular so I’d imagine it’s harder to find nowadays. I know @TheMrMuscle is in the UK and uses a product with some in it though.

The only one I remember for sure was the Omega Sports stuff. Strive I think? I miss that stuff. I know I’ve seen a few others here and there, but I don’t remember which.

Update: discontinuing use of Amealpeptide for 5 day observation. In the past, when ive been all blown out on MRI No2, results always faded within that time period. incidentally, i took a look at old NO2, and the formula has been changed pretty dramatically by the new ownership, despite stating "original formula" on the label; looks like the delivery system was dropped as well as a portion of the aakg. wouldnt put it past that crowd to have decreased the actinos content as well.

I have noticed some increased muscle hardness, nothing game-changing, which im attributing to the use of 1g transdermal MAP 3x/day, possibly having an effect on the increased dietary nitrates:

also, heres something on how vitamin C increases tetrahydrobiopterin levels over long term use. Havent used MAP long term, but the transdermal delivery is getting past the dietary absorption limitation which may be as low as 60mg, not to mention the freakishly different half-life.
