The dissapearing man

Aight, I got a loaf of a lower fat recipe banana bread in the oven and some chocolate fairlife to go with it.

Earlier I just had chicken and rice so I didn't think anyone needed to see another fukin picture of that **** lol

I'm noticing as the day goes on my veins are all starting to pop more then usual and I was getting a arm pump cooking lol! Overall feeling great today. Tomorrow morning I'm gonna weigh in and IL say this will officially start my run of ursa/triton.
 
What kind of seasoning did you use? A while back did some tuna and did this everything bagel seasoning was pretty damn on point. I did the same thing and overcooked it though, have not got that perfected yet.

It's a pretty good set. The black pans are the same brand, I got the black set and then ordered that jumbo one in black and it came in blue and I didn't bother to return it
 
I had a long post typed up and it didn't send. Long story short I didn't accurately track calories yesterday, I over ate/drank approximately 1000 calories almost all from carbs. Gained 10 lbs from yesterday morning till today but I'm bloated. IL sort out the difference and get back to it.

Damn 10 pounds!?! Are your ankles on swollen? Thats the worst. That's why you gotta help me the last week of the month I can't be in Vegas training and at the family pool party with swollen joints

difference is sticking to the plan afterwards you can still make a fat loss for that week. Before I’d just say **** it and lose an entire week. I’ve grown to like my basic meals just gotta throw some sugar free bbq on it

Bloats mostly gone, the difference between Friday and today is ridiculous. At the gym I went from bloated to looking like tank top superman after a few warm up sets tho. Made for a very good zrworkout. I'm surprisingly not sore at all from deadlifts yesterday so that's great too.

5 pumps each of triton and Ursa, 5mg tada, water with a little bit of lemon and watermelon juice in it with glutamine in it and hit the gym "fasted" but let's be real, I was already carb loaded and bloated. I toned down all the food to basic stuff today and I'm back to meat, fruit, vegetables and yogurt tomorrow through Friday.
 
So last week I hit a low depleted weight of 185 and after the weekend carb up I settled at 194. So if I do everything right this week IL get another 2lb loss hopefully. Because of all the running, carb cycling type stuff ect, I need trends to track so I'm using the above. Depleted weight/carb load.

Everything feels pretty decent, a little bloat still, a little sore in the joints and i think its partly diet related from the weekend, Abs are very visible but still have a decent amount to strip off. Time to go again.
 
5 pumps URSA and 500mg carnatine, shake with 75gm of protein and a small amount of carbs and fat and that's my morning routine this week. No carnatine on Wednesday or friday. Only on planned training days

It would take too long to explain the details but I didn't really go off plan, it was my high carb refeed day and I went over on carbs, it's how I end each week. Needs to be tightened up a bit but so far my weight loss/fat loss is way ahead of schedule. I actually need it to slow down so I don't waste away. The carb loaded weight is not accurate of my bodyweight and my depleted weight is also not accurate of my bodyweight, there's a lot of flux and honestly until the diet ends or I stop doing the 5 low days and a refeed it's really hard to track a weight so I gotta track the trends in weight.

You can definitely tell a difference though…..upper abs are coming through way better. You should be pretty cut in another 4 weeks, with what you’re doing.

I hope so, but I'm really gonna keep this going for a while because I want to get to a point where my high carb day makes me look leaner and fuller instead of just fuller and fatter. I was so depleted by Thursday or Fri that I didn't want to take a update photo even tho my abs looked good, I was just deflated and flat and today I'm actually looking leaner then those pics from yesterday, bit still look kinds big. As the week goes on tho, it changes quite a bit. This week IL snap a picture Friday depleted to compare to Sunday after I carb up for the week. It visually looks like a 15-20lb difference in 2 days lol. Ant it actually is about a 10lb difference of mostly glycogen and water/minerals
 
At the 6 week mark witj the apex products I'm taking a week off to go to Florida and then picking back up with a 6 week slight deficit to keep things going. I think 16-20weeks is going to be happening on this cut

I'm not using carderine. 500mg injectable carnatine on training days, I did 1000 on my high day. I also just reconstituted some bpc in carn for my knees, gonna whack a few shots for inflammation

Right now I'm doing 1000 everyday and loving it. Out of cardarine gonna order some more tomorrow can tell a difference without it

I really forget how much I like the injectable carn till I start using it again. It's probably my favorite sleeper supplement that goes untouched by too many ppl

I don't see any issues with year round. It's not a cutting agent per say. It has benifits across the board in every situation and it's not a drug, its a amino acid, so if anyone has a reason to cycle this besides money issues let me know

It can affect Thyroid output somewhat, both positively and negatively potentially. I don’t know anything else, just that it can influence things sometimes so pulling thyroid panels periodically and keeping an eye on them would be optimal.

Same as GH use can impact thyroid, really. You will best be able to judge if you need to supplement or what if you actually monitor it.

Long way to go still

Personal opinion here from my own experiences, but now you're at the commitment point. that point where every grind is a bit harder but the progress is exponentially greater compared to those who can't put in the long term fortitude. solid progress so far man keep it up 🤘💪

I honestly can't wait to go on a legit cut again.

I’m still excited to be bulking at this point. 9 weeks to go. But I have to say, as soon as I basically start doing anything I begin getting hot. I absolutely pour sweat training, even in air conditioning.

Summer bulking is something that takes commitment lol

I'm committed for the long run on this. I may take a few short 4-5 day "diet breaks" occasionally for travel but I have a few end goals and issues that are forcing me to stay in a certain range. Even my next bulk will be fairly short and IL be staying under 200lbs for the remainder of this year most likely

I'm watching you while I'm staying committed to my current strength goals and I'm at that spot now where it's all grind. I'm too far past my normal numbers to stop right now but so deep into this strength cycle that I'm craving a good cut. It's been pretty much 10-11 months now with only one small adjustment back in may for a couple weeks to shave a few lbs.

Thats exactly what chase irons said as well. In a reply to a comment I posted he was like yea if yiu can budget for it year round then go for it. It would be just like taking any other amino year round
 
Dude I couldn't imagine bulking right now. It's around 105 here everyday it's brutal. Although bring on 120mcg of clen doesn't help either. Anytime I have carbs and it's never more than 50 grams o start sweating. I know it'll be worse when the tren is deployed this week

I'm going to try to. Buddy asked me Friday if lifting is helping my golf cause I was hitting some absolute bombs (and I had some horrible shots too) and I said it MIGHT but the issue is I have time to lift OR golf, not both, and lifting gets the priority ticket... that's my main issue with cardio, finding time to fit it in when my lifting sessions are an hour rushed, and honestly I prefer 70-80+ minutes when I truly have time to get in, enjoy the session and get my accessory work in

But I do see time & again that HIIT tends to impact recovery for a while when implemented.

Totally agree. I think it's very effective for fat loss, but higher possibility of injury and harder recovery for sure.

If I haven't mentioned it, get yourself some taurine, clen depletes taurine, specifically in the heart I believe, but at 120mcg you should supplements 3-4gm of taurine. Don't take them together, space it out as far as possible like clen mornings and taurine at your last meal

Whatever weird thing it does it seems like supplementing extra t3 or t4 dosent work either in that scenario but oddly enough I've never really heard of anyone actually having issues because of it. Still definitely noteworthy and for the hell of it I'd keep a eye out

Ya I'd definitely opt of steady state at a pace you could hold a conversation, maybe not non stop but don't get so out of breath that you couldn't talk to someone if they were doing cardio with you.

Today I did 5 pumps triton and a black coffee and did back, horizontal rowing mostly and biceps at the regular gym
And then went home, parked and jogged to the boxing gym, jumped rope for 3 rounds, hit the bag for 3 rounds knocked out a few chin ups and ran home.

Felt and still feel fantastic, great pumps and my cardio capacity is probably the best it's been since I was 2 weeks out from my last fight date.

Normally I need to bring up cardio to match my muscular endurance but now it's the opposite.

Tomorrow is a crosstraining legs shoulders core/abs

Hanging leg raise
Db snatch
Suitcase deadlifts
Db raises
Squats
Jump rope
Kickboxing on the heavybag.

I'm not very good at Kickboxing, I'm just doing it to work on mobility in my hips and basically lower body. Great core work too when your firing off kicks at a bag. I got a pretty mean low kick witj both legs but anything above the waist is pretty pathetic from a power point of view lol.

I personally never noticed a big enough difference between 10 and 20mg carderine so I usually just take 10mg before bed and occasionally a extra 10 before a cardio heavy workout. I think most of the benifits show at 10mg. Not sure how others are doing it here but 10mg before bed seems to be gtg
