Ok, none of those things are obvious the problem nor are they addressingthecroot problem. Do you have high bp, what are you taking, what does your diet look like.I've already reduced sodium, increased magnesium and potassium and am drinking more plain water.

It may sound crazy, but cut the whey protein, creatine and orange triad for about a week and see what happens.Blood pressure is in the normal to upper low range.
Diet is high protein, medium fat and low carb.
Supplements are...
-Whey Protein
-Creatine (Mono and Kre-Alk)
-Orange Triad
-Extra Vit D, Magnesium, Biotin, Potassium
-Fish Oil

I think the magnesium creatine is gone right now, I don’t remember. Creatine HCl is available in caps or a few new flavors of powders.
Creatine Monohydrate makes me hold so much water that it makes me miserable; I won't take it anymore and won't even take anything with even small amounts added to it.
Magnesium Creatine Chelate (Creatine Magnapower) and Creatine HCI are both great options for people that have digestive issues and hold fluid weight from monohydrate.
We are out of Magnesium Creatine Chelate right now because the price of it went insane when Creatine went up; it cost so much that we let ourselves run out bc no one would have bought it at that price. The prices have come down some now and we do have some in production now.

Thanks. And yeah, MCC is out of stock right now because the cost of the raws had went up insanely at one point. They've come back down and we do have the unflavored in production now and will be adding a couple of flavors to it down the line.
