I told the cat I can only can have 1 package of cakes every 3 days so I'm good. He's gonna make sure I don't over do it.

And yes, my Christmas tree is still up lol

The strawberry shortcake rolls are fire if you enjoy jelly donuts. If not, I would pass. But I got my stepdaughter on them and now she agrees they’re the top shelf amongst the portable diabetes options.
Bro, bro...... I just gave the box to my daughter and said eat them or hide them from me lol.

I wouldn’t say I like them "better" then the zebra cakes. But there damn close. I opened one roll and broke it in half and split it with my daughter. Jelly doughnuts was a good comparison. Like a mix Between a jelly doughnut and a shortcake

That's one if your kitties?

That's one if your kitties?
Yes, this is Milo. Hes a runt, about 7lbs full grown and mentally he's like permanently a kitten. One day I was driving by my own house and out the corner of my eye I thought I saw a kitten so I pulled a u turn and went back and he was walking around outside my house which is a very busy road. He was about 8 weeks old. I called him over and he came right up to me and I brought him inside. Took him to the vet and he had worms and ear mites and was filthy. I got him fixed up and kept him.

We have a duplex, I have him and another cat, female I also found as a kitten, there 2 and 3 now. Downstairs I have another cat who's turning 19 years old. I found her at a collage party when I was 19. We also have 2 100lb boxers

I'm a animal lover. I've also had ferrets, iguanas, bearded dragons, snakes, turtles, fish, pit bulls, dobermans, minni pinchers, parakeets and cockatiels over the last 25 years.

I'm searching for a main coon/pixi Bob mix and a dogo argintino right now. Can't decide which one I want tho. Can't do both

this is my boi… his name is donut but we call him doney or Kevin lol
We briefly had a pitbull great Dane mix that looked like him. I only had him till I found him a home because someone couldn't keep her anymore

Pitbull Dane mix sounds interesting. I need another dog but I’m kinda considering a job overseas so one dog is enough. Just my family with our lab mix 🤣

Ya lol, if the landlord asks it's a lab mix lol

I know a guy from Jersey who made his pit a service dog, so they have to allow it in the apartment he rents like any other dog lol

Glad you found the cakes up to snuff. I only gave you the power - it’s up to you whether you use it for good or evil

Just kidding, I'm getting back into the swing of things. I'm starting to feel better, I hit the gym again yesterday and tested my strength on so.e big lifts and I didn't move too far backwards. And seeing how im down to 197 and off cycle the numbers are pretty good View attachment 227652

I'm back to a normal pinning schedule 40mg cyp every other day.

1000mg vc
1000mg nac
Zinc, magnesium and calcium supplement at the proper doses.
B complex
And I'm using one of Mike's products for digestive health

Meals are basically chicken, rice and fruit or chicken and vegetables. On my lower carb days I use higher far cuts of meat.

Water is back up to a little over a gallon a day.

Go na take 4 to 6 weeks doing this while I plan a cycle for middle or end of March "if I dont decide to box".

By the way, my boy is fighting bellatore at Mohegan sun again in a few weeks, this is his 3rd fight back since he came out of retirement, first 2 he won by tko. He's going down in weight to fight a ranked guy at 170lbs, I believe whoever wins beco.es the number 8 ranked guy , dont quote me on that tho. If yiu guys like mma then tune in for this one.

I have Maine Coon cats and my dogs are Akitas. I have two male cats that are over 20 lbs and two females that are 14 & 15 lbs., and I have a male Akita that’s 142 lbs last vet check. My wife is a dog trainer and we both love animals too.

That's actually pretty common now and it's a great idea. Im pretty sure you can get most animals service trained and then no1 can deny them anywhere. I remember seeing some kid had a emotional support bearded dragon lol When I was younger we had a red nose pitbull and she was a great dog, she got along with everything. Cats, dogs, my ferret, the only thing she use to go after was birds and squirrels. We had a hell of a time finding a apartment that would allow her. We use to say Staffordshire terrier hoping ppl would just accept it. What we ended up doing was bringing her with us so the landlord could meet her.
My brother would drop her off at my grandma's house like 5 days a week while he went to work and she had her own recliner and her and my grandma would sit and watch TV and watch the birds and my grandma would give her way too many treats. Eventually she looked like a pot belly pig lol

This stuff, I been on it for a week or so, not 100% sure what to make of it yet. The first day or 2 I felt like it gave me a little gas but that could have been a coincidence. I was having acid reflux pretty bad before hand around and Now I'm noticing that I don't have it nearly as bad but I also started cleaning up the diet so I can't be 100% certain what's actually happening. I need more time. It's pretty cheap so I might grab another bottle and keep going if I'm undecided still when I get half way through the bottle.

Also, can you post a picture of the big male main coon?

That's so cool bro here at my parents house we have 4 cats. We're all cat lovers when I move to my new apartment I'm going to leave my cat silky here, her mom was feral and had her in our backyard so I rescued her and raised her before I moved to Detroit with Emily so this is the only house she's ever known and I want to keep it like that scince she's skiddish around new people. Emily and I had 2 mini dachshunds from when we first got together on San Diego back in 2010. I left them with a good friend who has a great home back on Michigan I miss them like my own children which they were. Em and I never planned on kids do we had animals. We had Tony and gertie ( the 2 dachsunds) guy who was Emily's 26" ball python, Peter the soft shelled tortoise, and Timmy my Herman's tortoise. It shows a lot about a man's character if he's an animal lover and rescuer, I truly believe that

I like animals way more then ppl. You got scumbags out there that beat there dog into the ground and that dog will still stick by them and defend them to the death. But a person that you help out and give money to and take care of will turn around and stab you in the back for a few bucks when they could have just asked to borrow it. And animals can be your family and your children.

When I get home my pets are waiting for me. There excited to see me and want to sit on my lap or rub my face and show you they love you.

When I get home my kids are bad and my gril is complaining about everything and no1 has respect or appreciation for anything.

I tell my kids all the time if there's a fire I'm saving the cats first 😂😆😂😆😂

I'm like you guys are teenagers now you can save yourself. Milos too scared to jump out the second floor window so I gotta carry him lol

No joke, Scott Smith told me the way he was able to get up to 290 at 5’8” to be as strong as possible in prep was by eating a little Debbie or doughnut with most meals in prep, and adding soda. He is indeed diabetic now at around age 51.

Kind of similar to how JM Blakley’s plateau buster bulking plan had Hershey bars every hour between meals. Every effective thing, generally, has a cost equal to that efficacy.

Yep, I wonder sometimes if I'm slowly turning myself diabetic when i binge. I like to think all the extreme cardio from boxing and grappling and the gda supplements are like a diabetes condom saving me from a accident

This is Dylan at his first cat show last month at
2 yrs old and 21 lbs when he had his vet check.
He’s 42” long from tip of nose to tip of tail and should fill out more and probably be 25 lbs + by the time he is 4 years old. That’s my niece holding him up. He acts more like a dog than a cat. Really cool breed. Oh and he finished second against 19 cats.

That's awesome, when I was little we had a tuxedo cat that was 35lbs. He was almost as long and tall as a typical main coon, but short hair and he was a fat fucker. He wasn't nearly as handsome as yiur boy's up there tho. He was more like a dumpster ally cat lol

I've also been told by a few ppl that the main coon breed is very dog like

Now I want one even more!
The young male, we actually got him from Italy. He’s even got a passport, lol, because animals have to have them in Europe to fly to other countries. He’s not your typical Maine Coon we would find around here….he was 1200 Euros which was $1800, but he was an anniversary gift for my wife, so well worth it.
He’s cool though, when he was younger we would get on to him about getting on the counters. well he quit getting on the counters and started standing on his rear legs because he figured out he could reach the top of the counters from the floor, really crazy to see him get something though, actually impressive.

Today is iifym and meal prep day. Im suoer busy but i know yiu guys love food so im fonna try to stay on top of that and chef up some good ****.

I made this for breakfast spicy sausage, eggs and fresh mozerella. I used green onions and everything bagel seasoning to flavor it up a little more. Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

My own pancreas would cringe at all that sugar lol. I really don't eat much candy or junk these days as chocolate especially gives me bad acid reflux. Sugar in moderation makes more sense IMO as jamming down that much extra sugar is bound to put you on the path to diabetes.

Absolutely. Moderation is not a word in the vocabulary of someone running Tren & orals for 3 months straight every prep. He was competing at the very highest level in the world at the time, training with and chasing Ed Coan.

The one Raw Unity Meet he did is still like a top 27 total of all-time for 275 raw w/ knee wraps. And he was normally a single-ply guy, because that was where all the competition was back then.

Remember, these are people doing extreme things for extreme outcomes. If yiur trying to gain 50lbs and add 100lbs to your totals then moderation is probably going outvthe window lol

Didn't see this, but ya, that's kinda what I was getting at.

When we practice moderation with gear and food and even training we typically get moderate results. And I'm ok with that. I've been moderate for the most part and it leaves me with a fake natty kinda physique and above average strength but still nothing impressive. But it also makes for moderate health risks.

I'd bet out of all the stuff I do, my binge eating screw ups are probably more Detrimental then the 300/300 test eq or test Mast cycles I typically run.

No doubt about that but sorry if I sound like I am bashing you or others.

No I didn't think that at all. It's very unlikely yiur going to offend anyone in this thread. Say whatever comes to mind. We're not usually too sensitive around here. When I read something I usually just respond with the 1st thing that pops into my mind

No doubt about that but sorry if I sound like I am bashing you or others.
And there's also nothing untrue about what yiu said. Eating massive amounts of carbs comes With consequences sometimes. And it doesn't matter if you're eating sugar or rice, if you eat too much carbs eventually it breaks down to sugar. You absolutely could make yourself a diabetic eating a 1000 g of carbs A-day over time from rice and potatoes even though we perceive those as good carbohydrates

Dude I heard that everything but tge bagel seasoning is off the hook. That and my mom told me about fisherman's Bay seasoning or something like that
