Training log revamp ROUND 3 lol

Also, this one is kinda a random decision of my own, I'm thinking about stopping testosterone and trying a extensive pct protocol before I do bloodwork to see how my numbers come back. Ive only came off 1 time in the past 3 years. I'm not really worried about the temporary dropping performance as I am worried about feeling like dog crap and having a hard time getting through my work days. Still got some thinking to do on that one. Last time I recovered fairly well. Idk what log or thread it was in but I got my natural testosterone back to the 600's after coming off trt last time

What’s the point? It wouldn’t be healthier than just taking like 100mg/wk.

Unless you are totally sick of pinning or can’t get test, for someone not trying to stay off or regain fertility without an HCG/HMG protocol I am not sure I see the point. You aren’t unemployed traveling the world or anything.

Because if I was going to take a fight where the sanctioned body requires testing I'd have to come off. So I want to make sure that's a possibility. The alternative is to get a script through a Dr. Again and I'd probably have to crash anyway to do that.

If you got a better solution I'm listening. I thought about finding the dose that would put me at say 100-200 range for bloodwork and adding in something like 2-5mg trestolone per day. That would look like low testosterone at the Dr office but I'd also be highly functional

Yeah unless you want to try to beat it by using SARMs and feeling like trash, or maybe add that true cruise dose of Trest with them & L-Carn, but it would be nice not to cheat also

The cheating part is the last thing on my mind. There's several pro fighters I know, some natural and some not. But all of them agree that 90% of the guys are on stuff. Even the natural guys don't feel like being on is cheating so why should I give a ****.

To each there own, I know it's not the best moral decision on my part. But I have to assume whoever I'm fighting is on something. Also I'm not going to mention his name but A 20-1 pro heavy weight told me while he was down in Florida at a training camp just about every fighter there had a bogus trt script and was on testosterone and hgh

I probably shouldn't be even talking about half this stuff lol. But it's not like I'm trying to make a career here at my age. I'm trying to get in, fight and get out and get back to building muscle. I also probably won't even end up in a tested organization because it's gonna be some low budget ballroom event or something. Ain't no1 paying big bucks to watch a injured 40 year old man fight 😂😂😂
 
Also, your right about the muscle loss thing. If I crash my test il probably drop some muscle pretty quickly lol and that would help. But, I don't think I wanna feel like that.

To be fair, I'm not pulling a liver King and claiming natty for profit.
I'm openly saying Im looking to use trt and compete. Preferably on events that don't drug test. I'm not looking for a advantage over a natural guy. He can take whatever the **** he wants too lol
 
First, on the taking a job for $4 less an hour if you take what you make per hour x hours worked, add your travel time in then divide the total by that number I bet you make more per hour at the supposed to be $4 dollars less and local. Plus quality of life is huge and sounds like you would get a major boost in that area.

55 hours at 36.50 2007.5 add in the minimum 15 hours drive time so 2007.5/70 =28.67 an hour compared to the $32 and hour. You will be making $3.33 more an hour and that is not even counting what you will recover in gas money.

I think if you are going to come off of your cruise you need to do a full PCT with HCG/HMG and SERM to reduce the risk of a full on crash messing with your quality of life. The other option stop the gear, crash get a TRT script and just run a low dose TRT that keeps you in natty levels. If they test and you aren't out of range, no harm no foul.
 
Im not really on this guy's meal plan yet but he's giving me a solid outline that prepped last night and I'm eating it today. It doesn't have the macros listed because we're figuring out maintenance. Normally I would already know this stuff but I haven't really been paying attention lately.

It's 4 meals and 2 shakes, and one of the meals I can play around with and use protein powder to make a dessert if I want to so sometimes it may technically be three meals and three shakes. And I know you all know I'm not a fan of shakes but we got to use convenience here to a degree.

So this is what il be taking to work everyday

Drink the shake on the way to work, grilled chicken wrap or chicken and rice at break and the other at lunch. The lunch meal gets the Greek yogurt cup and the other shake I drink right after work.

Each shake is 55gm protein, 20gm carbs and 7.5gm fat.

Dinner will vary but you know me, most the time it's meat, rice, vegetables and last meal is a omelette on the low days, chicken and rice or a protein ice cream on the medium days and a free meal on the high days.

It's not set in stone, he's assuming il have 4-5 medium days, 1-2 low days and 1 high day, this is based on workout schedule. The high day will almost always be in a Saturday because it will be a double session day.


Should be locked up by the middle to end of next week and have a fully outlined training and diet plan.

And then he will adjust as needed.

I was 199.4 this morning so I'm not longer a real man again 😭
 
Okay woman..( j/k bro).. no for real I'm not a big fan of shakes either but in your case with work and everything you gotta do what you gotta do and I guess as long as your hitting your cal and macro goals then shakes shouldn't really matter in the long run other than you may not be as satiated as you would if it was all whole food meals

Its weird, I like the way I look at 210-215, but everything I do is better under 200lbs.

All my best 1rm I have achieved under 200lbs, I fight my best in the mid 180's, I'm my most athletic in the 180's, even sex is better when I'm lighter and have better cardio. When I'm bigger I get cramps during sex sometimes lol.

Only myself and dudes that lift weights think it's better to be over 200.

And you would think that would tell me it's better to stay around 190 but nope, I'd rather be like 230 lol
 
I dropped under 240 this week. I keep looking better and better, holding my muscle and just shedding fat with extended fasting, but it’s still hard to see the scale start with 23x!

Dude I've been at 210 for the past 2 weeks but I'm vascular everywhere ( inner thighs, serratus, even through my right lat, ) and have fully visible abs without flexing haven't been this lean scince my last show about 11 years ago, anyways I'm stressing on when the scale starts with 2, 0, lol I'll be out of anadrol on Sunday but still have 2 weeks left on clen so I know its a matter of time...lol
 
I just got schooled for 4 rounds by a 155 lb teenager lol.

He didn't land many punches at all but he literally danced circles around me till I gassed out, endurance is improving but it's still sooooooo far away from where it needs to be.

Training wise I did the elliptical for a warm up and some Shadow boxing then the heavy bag then the mitts. But all only 2 rounds each.

I think I'm taking tomorrow off or training legs at the regular gym. Lots of reps, like grinding reps for time I think would be the best way to go about it. I need the lungs and the leg endurance and without a lot of running it's really hard to get that long distance type endurance where you can just keep going.

I needs me some carderine, sr9009, Carnitine, carnosine, ATP, epo, a robotic lung and a Albuterol inhaler 😂

We all know it’s not really about the scale, it’s about the mirror & gym performance. We love to get married to the scale, but that’s just a metric to aid tracking.

2020 - benched 369 at 265
2021 - benched 380 at 243 with a butt lift
2022 - benched 391 at 268

I can plainly see that my upper body muscle, not total bodyweight, was what mattered most!

Yep, the mirror and the tape measure are far better tools to gauge your muscularity than the scale…..Just look at Frank Zane, like 5’9” and weighed between 185 lbs. to 195 lbs. when he won his three Mr Olympia.

The best part is I've dropped 30 pounds scince the second week of September and my shirts fit the exact same as they did at 240 and even crazier my pants have gotten tighter around my thighs while moving to belt holes skinnier. My goal is one day to have to tailor all my pants and shorts for them to fit right lol
 
Most of are fixated on bodyweight. There's guys with tiny joints and round muscle bellies that are 5'7 180 lbs in contest shape that will put us all to shame.

Always been a Kuclo fan - he has that big gnarly mass-style physique. But I’m more of a mass monster fan, and that’s not what’s winning anymore (which is probably for the best).

Pretty sure it’s an estrogen and especially methyl estrogen thing. Dbol and Trest bring it fastest, and just generally high test.

Dbol is about the only thing I get that moonface from, if I’m not paying attention to carbs. Thankfully I never really got that from Trest, but I have some buddies that do. I like to mess with them and tell them to watch the itchy nips after the moonface, because lactating will follow soon. 😂

I was super stoned when I posted last night so I stopped posting lol. Someone made me cookies that I thought has 10mg of THC so I ate 2, well, they were 18mg each and I was way too high so I went to bed lol. I was trying to mess with @Mikereyn513 and because I was bent I thought maybe it's only gonna seem funny to me and not anyone else 😂.

I definitely think moon face is part estrogen and part mineral retention. I think diet selection plays a role too. I never got the moon face but also most things don't make me hold much water.

As far as kuclo, I was a fan of his physique for quite a while too. Ive seen him in person, he's a big mofo. But it seems like certain parts of him have faded over the years. But it's weird, like one show his back will look like its shrinking, then next show it looks fixed and his legs look off, then next show the legs are good and something else is off. It's odd.

Yeah Kingsnake is getting up there for a top pro. I expect how he comes in gets a bit more effected by training around injuries/niggles, and probably how his body responds over time.

I remember him saying something a couple years ago about coming into the show on a crazy high protein diet, always tweaking different things.

Diet is the primary contributing factor to Moonface as we all know. Dave Crossland always talks about this on the drugs n stuff podcast. He talks about how you can get cut on deca and anadrol as long as you're not eating like an a hole and I know @Hyde favorite is you can get cut on anything. And I'm finishing up this cut with deca test and anadrol. I'll post a pic at Christmas after I finish the clen. And it's true my diet and cardio were so on point i got shredded on a classic bulking cycle

Bossman says bodyfat is probably around 12% going by pictures. Most of me looks much leaner but I have that lower abs layer and ass fat that's significantly higher then everywhere else but arms and legs are super vascular for my bodyfat.

We did pull today and mixed in some calves and mobility stuff for my ankles.

Haven't trained calves in forever but they pumped right up. Even though my upper legs are a weak point my calves are always a strong pointInvalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

Obviously there's a genetic Factor, my mom has big muscular calves without ever working out.

But I also for years worked a job where I climbed up and down ladders all day I've done lots of jump roping over the years all the wrestling, while I may have never done much direct work bodybuilding style they get a ton of volume every single day of my life LOL.

Even with no direct bodybuilding work my calves are about the same size as my arms or bigger lol
 
My left calf muscle after my cast came off was almost non-existent and I couldn't flex it, it was like jello and the right one wasn't much bigger than my ankle and they came back on their own. The upper legs however require a ton of work for me

If I had three drugs that I could pick that I used already so I know how I respond to them yet they will never give me negative side effects again, I'd go with testosterone, tren, and it would be a coin toss between anadrol and sd.

If I had to pick the three drugs I know for a fact that I get along the best with right now, like in a real life situation I would be limited to testosterone EQ and Masteron. I don't seem to get any negative side effects from anadrol but I also know that I can't use that for 16 weeks at a time on a regular basis so sooner or later those side effects would pop up.

I could probably get away with just using testosterone and EQ and finding the ceiling for those doses and then throwing in SD or anadrol in 4 week increments randomly a few times a year.
 
199.1-200.6 is where my weight has been fairly consistently this week. I'm not really trying to necessarily recomp as I know that's the slow track but it seems to be happening. That or my body composition just looks better because I cut out 90% of the junk this week and lost some water weight.

Your calves are definitely beasts……just goes to show what all that extra volume outside the gym can do.

Most of me does look leaner in my opinion but I've got some areas where I do hold a significant amount more body fat then the extremities do.

Honestly, I was kinda hoping I was fatter. Because the leaner my bf is right now the harder it's gonna be to loose weight. I know I'm gonna get to a point where I don't have any choice but to intentionally lose some muscle.

He's already talking about cutting back the volume, he wants lower reps and strength training vs. The higher reps higher volume hypertrophy work I've been doing lately.

He also eliminated some exercise and wants me doing more stuff that might have carry over.
 
If my math is right, 200lb at 12% means 24lbs of fat, that means 176lbs of lbm. So for me to be 178 I would have to be 0% to 0.2% body fat lol

Your math is correct.

Don’t fear power work; it’s what is going to make you hit harder and faster on top of your specific training. Repetition isn’t going to do that.

That's the direction I think he's going and I probably would anyway eventually. I got access to some strong man equipment too.
