Hey guys…
So I previously posted about my interest in pregnenolone as a possible treatment for chronic fatigue. In my case:
1) test levels are fine due to TRT
2) estrogen is in check
3) prolactin is normal
4) cortisol was high but normal PRIOR to me incorporating bAET so assumption tells me it’s normal now.
5) I was on and off and back on antidepressants and that resulted in no change
6) I regularly consume stims however I have gone 6 months before with not even a soda and felt zero difference
despite all this, fatigue and brain fog continue…
I have taken anabolics since my teenage years so a theory I have is that perhaps at some point it messed up my bodies ability to make pregnenolone. I have also never felt quite the same since getting MONO so that is also linked to chronic fatigue. Could be a combo of the two.
Anyways, pregnenolone has some research behind it in CFS patients and is notably lower in TRT patients.
For the next 30 days minimum, I will be dosing Alpha Gainz Alpha P5 which is TD pregnenolone at 25mgs/ml. It’s cheap! I will be logging my daily feels and note any improvements or side effects.
If everything works well, I will most likely swap to Iconic Formulations Neuro P5 which I believe is the same exact thing but #supporticonicformulations lol
