Noone denies that China is a huge contributor, but what you're kinda saying is that "if we can't stop all crime, why do we bother stopping any crime"

You know the consequence of Nuclear war is Nuclear winter, so are you saying we actually aren't capable of that? So we shouldn't fear a man-made nuclear war because the earth will protect us?
What is cell towers are the reason bees go extinct. Do you think people will care? Or just give up and let all of human life die? I say the latter.

Anyways that really means nothing to the topic of discussion. Now as I always say Im for sure all for reduction in pollution and moving on to next generation energy.

So the real question is, can humans stop Califonria from going under water (20 years delayed already lol!) or should we put our focus on energy on adapting to something we cannot stop?

Yes Wendy's, I love Wendy's and their salads. I dont put dressing on it though. They made 1.4 billion dollars in revenue in 2021, so there you go if you want one. And all the jobs they created, its not just about salads, but someone has to make them for me and ring me up.

C: Maybe it‘s mostly bullsh*t and more of a natural evolution. Potentially we would be better served to acknowledge that the climate is changing/evolving without a doom and gloom outlook as being the only trajectory. Maybe we should take on the approach of changing with the climate rather than making fruitless sacrificial efforts to attempt fighting it?

Ultimately, I believe the Earth is infinitely more powerful and resilient than its inhabitants. We simply aren’t going to make a significant impact on the trajectory of the Earth’s climate no matter how much money we throw around the world.
We will be just fine if we focus on adaptation. We find lost cities underwater all the time and it certainly wont be the last. The difference is we have the resources, smarts and technology to make climate change for the most part a nothingburger even if it is in fact primarily man made (it might I dunno, but what is "man made" society or the governments?,) but there isnt much to gain from that from the globalist NWO agenda perspective.

It’s fun seeing Pelosi in Taiwan surrounded by men with rifles as she hates toxic masculinity and guns.

Well, I think it’s committing to an immense amount of sacrifice (just look at the energy crisis in America alone) for something that has an insignificant chance of making any impact at best. And at worst, it’s too late anyway. The sacrifices made and the impact it makes on citizens in participating nations is crippling our ability to acquire basic needs. It doesn’t make much sense to make our lives infinitely more stressful in light of nation’s pledges that have been estimated by some scientists to be an unmeasurable temperature reduction by 2100. And all that is only possible if all nations adhere to pledges. We all should know we can count China out from adhering to any such goals.

Aside from any of that, it’s all irrelevant in my mind. We have to figure out how we are going to navigate survival of the globalist empire in general before we should be concerned about our great grandchildren taking a walk on the beach.

A nuclear war? Yes, I can see that as a potential threat that certainly would have the means to make a significant impact on the world. Honestly, I‘m just praying that the good lord sends a sizeable asteroid this way that efficiently takes us all out of our misery.

I see Jigzz shilling for a very hard for Hunter. People who share the same types of opinions as you do always end up being condescending assholes. You don’t have to believe all of the stuff coming out of the laptop even though there is videos and audio showing corruption, illegal actions in video, etc. The diary and the raid around it are also known facts. You know if that was don JR it would be everywhere in the news and I’m not even a Trump guy.

The picture of Hunter I posted just bc I thought it was a funny meme like picture like the classic Bert stare that used to be posted everywhere.

Whatever though dude I see us talking is no longer productive since you argued in poor faith last time, so I’ll ignore you and you can ignore me.

Have a good one.

I don't care about Hunter lol. Bidens the worst president you've had. Hunters not a good person. The point was to not let your hate for something let you blindly believe everything you see on the internet.

Feeding into a hate cycle doesn't make you a better person.

People hated Trump, but noone can deny he actually did good things. Can anyone say that about Biden?

You and I both know all these people who get their underwear all bunched up over climate change would be the first ones to say “to hell with the bees. I need my phone service!” These same people have purchased reusable shopping bags from every store they frequent, and only use those bags in their respective stores. Do I know people, or do I know people? They also definitely drive a Subaru….just sayin..
So the real question is, can humans stop Califonria from going under water (20 years delayed already lol!) or should we put our focus on energy on adapting to something we cannot stop?

Yeah, I am way more into planning a future where life in certain areas may be less inhabitable. What about the oceans? What about underground? What about space stations? What about the moon? Sounds extreme to be sure, but so are the claims of climate change extremists. I would be more than happy to reside in any of those places and never leave. Then, we might have enough housing for all the illegal immigrants on the ground. Two birds killed with one stone! They can live in the high risk areas.

Definitely man. Even if it was man-accelerated, some of the policies are absolutely terrible and outright retarded.

Like I said earlier, the problem ain't us as individuals, but yet we're told it is and that's one of the problems.

It's political, and it's something that politics needs to get away from.

So yeah, I can see why people don't trust it but try look beyond the govt policies and just see the research for what it is. You can trust the science but distrust the govt involvement in it

We stayed at the double tree inn in South Portland as it was cheaper than the actual inner city. They were those two round hotels that used to be another famous hotel chain. I read that Elvis stayed there once.

Sorry, I missed this..

Yes, I am very familiar with those hotels. For some reason I think I may have stayed there once for a prom, or some other underage drinking event. And my father also told me that Elvis did indeed stay there.

South Portland is also inundated with homeless and illegal immigrants (or legal). So if you don’t have any problem ignoring all that or not letting it bother you then go for it. It probably just bothers me even more so because I have witnessed the destruction of what is my home turf.

Yeah…
So, I think it’s fairly safe to say that while climate change is/has been happening, political entities have manifested corrupt systems like the Paris Climate Accord that I would venture to say is more than highly unlikely to change the course of anything. Except of course to further destroy the economy of certain key nations.

So it probably goes without saying that I supported Trump’s decision to withdraw from the Paris Accord. Especially when we were one of the highest- or the highest contributors of funds by a long shot. Nothing shocking there. Anything we can do to squander taxpayer money we are right there with bells on!

So what do you think about Trump’s decision to pull out of the Paris Climate Accord?

I didn't care, because like we've kinda touched on, our entire planet has been structured around fossil fuels. An abrupt shift creates its own issues, but there's no reason why we can't create new infrastructure for renewable energy while still using fossil fuels.

But again, he had a good point - why should the US be punished when other nations refuse to do their part?

So yeah, didn't care and felt he justified it.

I didn't like him as a person but he when he took a stance he took a stance, and you can't fault a person for their follow through.

FBI whistleblower leaks documents. Essentially any pro American or libertarian is a possible terrorist. This is pretty insane. I see these symbols all the time. Many of which used by people who were willing to die for this country in erroneous wars. No wonder the military is struggling with recruits.

Oops, no they don't.

Most are humble university based researchers. You're confusing CEO's making money off new l, evolving technologies for the people who do the research.

The main doubters are those with stocks in oil.
Humble university researchers..................you are dumber than I thought. That is a joke- but you probably believe them when they say they are teaching kids about changing their genders or they aren't teaching critical race theory in schools. You are really clueless man.

Obviously Facebook and Twitter have sway over smaller websites, but none have obligation to you to allow you to do anything. It's a private platform with zero obligation to allow you to spread BS.

Rules are not censorship. Not even close.

People aren't banned for discussion, they're banned because they can't handle discourse like adults and resort to insults and slander

Again you are dumber than I ever thought. People aren't banned for discussion? You would have to be blinder than Stevie Wonder to see than isn't close to the truth. People are banned for talking about conservative ideas while the Taliban can talk about beheading Americans freely on Social media without any reprecussions. You are clueless again.

It's simple. Control your emotions and debate without resorting to ad hom and you might actually get to keep your account.

Every single conservative I've seen complain about being banned on Twitter has been banned because the second they are challenged, they snap like a twig.

Here's one example:

Have you ever been into a University lecture? Serious question.

Imagine thinking teaching contextual history from another lens is a bad idea 🙄 an unwillingness to embrace/ learn from your past holds back progression. Although, to be fair, conservatives are trying to shunt the US back to the 1950's so maybe that's the plan

There is only ONE history. That's why it's called history.

When you make it "contextual" you are putting a deliberate context (bias) on it to manipulate/mislead.

Everything is contextual. Everything.

History can be distorted depending on who's point of view is telling the story and who is writing the books.

If Russia were telling the story of the Ukraine war, would they paint themselves as the good guys or the bad guys?

In the story of the Romans, are they the good guys or the bad guys?

If you wanted to look at the rise of Nazism and how so many people were capable of genocide, it's important to see it from their perspective. What was life like in Germany after WW1? To understand that you need to alter your lens

Ever hear the phrase "walk a mile in someone else's shoes?" It's because altering your lens is important to understanding

So let’s just say that science is indecisive about the role of humans and our carbon footprint upon climate change. Because essentially, that is the plain truth.

Imagine a senile old man by the name of Joe Biden being placed in a position of great power as a puppet of globalists. Now imagine people believing in the political policies perpetuated by climate change that Biden is told to endorse.

Imagine people thinking they can change the trajectory of the planet while China and India are doing the exact opposite. Now imagine people who think that isn’t on purpose.

Imagine people not recognizing that climate change is a government’s intangible tool to manipulate people and pool money to benefit only themselves. I don’t think it takes a genius to interpret what is going on here.

That's a great way to put it. Yet Jigzzz just won't understand. No matter what we do, it won't change anything until China and India step up to the plate. Yet these liberal idiots won't talk about china or india.

Have I ever been to a University lecture? I would suggest more than you. I have a Bachelor's degree from a Major University. You are acting like Universities aren't biased. I've argued with many professors because instead of teaching they were preaching. Many use their tenure as a platform to push their agenda. Where your problem lies is thinking they haven't been teaching history until now- history has always been taught. My problem with what they are teaching at most Universities is: America is bad and are a bunch of Imperialists and you should be ashamed to be an American. They teach kids to play the victim card. They teach kids that being offended gives them some kind of special rights. They teach that everyone should have "equal results". All that is nothing more than a bunch of bullshit. America is the most diverse, least racist, and opportunistic country on the planet. Yet the opposite is being taught in most universities.

Nobody is blocked for conservative ideas.

People are banned for calling others "retarded" in the same post, then equate the ban to a ban on their ideals, when in reality it's because they can't control their emotion over a keyboard.

It's ok to be passionate, but no conversation should instantly devolve into "you're just a libtard" because at that point you've already lost.

See the SPLC came at Yang trying to guilt him by association for speaking at freedom fest? He spoke at a festival that had another speaker that had at another time spoke with someone who they said is racist. SPLC is such trash.

Anyways I support alliances. How do people think leftists do it? They allied arguable the most toxic male group(inner city people), Muslims(not for gays like any Abrahamic religion), LGBT(obviously gay), and even throw in support for warhawking Ukraine(gay marriage illegal). It’s actually a part of Sal Zulinsky(I think I have it wrong) book rules for radicals.

It sounds silly but here we are. Yang overall seems pretty cool to me and well thought out. Same with Tulsi. I don’t agree on some things but they seem like people who actually care and do not act oblivious to our country degrading.

I won't resort to name calling but you are 100% wrong. Tons of people are blocked for conservative ideas. Heck, Trump was banned from Twitter while supporters of the Taliban, ISIS, etc, can post about beheading Americans and it's not a problem. Criticizing liberal ideas will get you FB jail for 30 days. Just posting something as simple as a MAGA hat will get you canceled. You simply aren't paying attention or you are believing everything that Social media is feeding to you. I was kicked off Twitter for posting information about the Hunter Biden laptop. Now there are legitimate reports of liberal news media and social media covering up the story. Have you not seen any of this?

I mean they suspended big names like Dave Rubin for simply saying “they are going to make you get booster shots.” Or if you said the virus was likely made in a lab which was first started by a Nobel Laureate Virologist.

Meanwhile Andy Ngo who was violently attacked was posting screen shots of people threatening him with more violence being allowed to stay up. Heck I have a screen shot of Ukraines verified national guard Twitter account saying they are dipping bullets in lard for particular enemies they refer to as Orcs.

It’s just all dumb. People will defend the powers that be even with absolute proof they are horrible people. It just is what it is.

I’m surprised I haven’t been kicked off YouTube comments yet. I’m tearing everyone up on there- respectfully. It’s astounding what some people on there have been led to believe.

Just two days ago, by girlfriend and I were talking about how we can’t even comprehend how anyone can endorse the Biden administration and all that surrounds it. We concluded that these people’s minds are under demonic influence. It’s not that we want to believe that, it’s just the only plausible means we could think of. When people can’t even recognize the sinful ways of the current administration’s governance and the detrimental impacts their policies have made on all facets of our lives, something is clearly amiss.

I don’t believe people can be so inherently naive or emotionally detached enough from society to find any of this acceptable without a mind that has been compromised by something very dark.

Didnt hear about that. I actually so far have liked Yang as a person, I think he is well intended but am skeptical as usual. I just disagree with alot of his policies including UBI and he is for more gun control which is a huge no no with me.

Im not a conservative, but from what I have seen over the last few years conservatives for absolutely sure are unjustly censored and the other side doing the censoring is full of hypocrisy.

And being there is government intervention with tech complying with the system that is a clear violation of the 1st Amendment. I have heard the "private company" arguments, but when government intervenes, or those in private businesses work with government in any way it is no longer a private company issue.

China Halts Military and Climate Ties With U.S. and Sanctions Pelosi in Response to Taiwan Visit

China said Friday (August 5) it would halt cooperation with the United States on areas including military relations and climate change while imposing sanctions against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, as Beijing stepped up its retaliation to her Taiwan visit.

The new measures were announced as military drills Beijing launched furiously in the wake of her trip earlier this week sent warplanes, naval ships and missiles menacingly close to this small island democracy despite growing criticism.

Beijing said Friday it will cancel military phone calls between area commanders, defense meetings and cooperation on anti-drug efforts with the U.S., and will no longer take part in talks on maritime safety and climate change. Earlier, China took personal action against Pelosi, announcing sanctions on the speaker and her immediate family in response to what the Chinese Foreign Ministry called her “egregious provocations.”

Twitter just suspended Shapira who was Israel’s director of biological research for saying he believes the mRNA weakened immune systems leading to monkey pox break outs. Guy has 110 peer reviewed medical journals. The guy is triple vaxed so he isn’t some anti-vaxer what ever the hell that means these days.

FWIW - China never had any intention of following through on climate commitments that would slow their economic growth or cut into their bottom line. The US climate zealots got played...

It's a tribal mentality. The Dems don't care how bad "their" guys are.... as long as they are attacking the mean orange man. They feel like they are winning if the other guys are losing.

And come November the pendulum swings back again, for another round of F-U too. Let the impeachments begin!!
