So there was a recent thread by @rascal14 where we discussed how much protein we supplemented each day How much protein do you supplement a day? - AnabolicMinds.com and I got the idea that it might be interesting to see how we struture our foods as well.
So the question is straight forward, how much fruit and vegetables do you consume each day?
Personally I was really bad at this the first 30 years of my life haha. But then I got more and more serious about it and by now im eating quite a lot. You all know that im very structured about everything so I tend ot eat the same amounts every day.
