I have Never used either one of these machine, but the next time I am at Planet Fitness I will give them a try.
Always start super light. Even when I have been able to rep the entire stack on some machines, you need to work up because those muscles can be extremely prone to pulling for most men (who don’t frequently practice ballet or the like). Keep to 10 reps minimum, short rests, and focus on the contraction is my crash course brovice.

Begin the first rep progressively - roll into the throttle like you’re trying to baby your rear end at the strip!

Day 7 of Oral Push
BW 264.8

Was kinda disappointed yesterday, as I had dropped to 261.2 after a morning constitutional & coffee. Appetite is definitely waning from the Anadrol (and just overeating in general) which is starting to make things tough, but no acid reflux or stomach distress yet thankfully, beyond the periodic bloating & bowel movements you’d expect. Put the pedal down hard as practical yesterday and was happy to see a good bloat manifested. Battling some lethargy, as expected.

Oral Push was a good subtitle for these days, because you knew you would reach that point where you had to push through. Your system is processing so much right now that your in overdrive.🔥

Your advice is good but a little late, walking is a chore right now!

I have NEVER babied a car at the strip !!

Definitely feels like I’m breaking some all-time size barriers. I’ll be glad when it’s time to pull back and tighten up a tad, but I want to see 270 on the scale first! Anything over 267.0 will be a lifetime high.

Yeah it really hurts getting out of the car right now - tight in the loins!

That is a terrific shot!

I never know what is and isn’t useful/interesting, so glad to hear something was helpful

Adductor is good girl (closing your legs), Abductor is bad girl (spread em wide). It’s terminology that’s been synonymous with that machine forever. Lots of folks forgets which proper term means what, but everyone understands which one you want them to do when you say good girl & bad girl.

If someone is very close stance I don’t think they’re necessary inherently, but for anyone with any width in their squat stance and especially if they squat wide or pull sumo, I think they’re imperative to maintain balance. I have strained my adductor before on wide Boxsquats years back because my adductors weren’t up to countering the intense abduction a wide push demands.

They’re also a terrific way to build more total thigh circumference on the leg, and can make or break a frontal bodybuilding pose. And they take very little energy & time to hit hard, as long as you can suffer the pump.
Anyone who has never tried these movements give them a try, they are very humbling. Hint start light !!

Anyone doing these at home with something other than the designed machines? Specifically for good girls, as bands are probably fine for bad girls.

I have tried a couple times with bands and playing with seating and I absolutely cannot replicate it that way. It’s not necessary, but it’s a fun easy movement that can have some benefits.

Acquiring mass successfully: I am 10lbs heavier than 2 weeks ago on this day.

Pinned 100mg TNE a couple hours or so preWO. I won’t be buying any more. It doesn’t really seem to increase performance noticeably, just raise my heart rate & make me the sweatiest guy in the gym. I wanted 365x3, but something told me to shut it down & move on. Did take a lifetime best on the GHR at this difficulty setting, out of nowhere.

What’s really crazy is how hard they were…I was really toasted after the heavy fronts and high rep legpress, and I just wanted to pull of 5x10 because I knew I couldn’t handle 12s. I was taking long rests, sucking wind & soaked with sweat. When I crawled up for that 4th set, the right song must have come on and I was in so much agony at the thought of doing a 5th set I just decided to try to keep repping until I got 20 or my hamstrings totally gave out.

I was still sore in my hams for 4 days, right into GHRs at the start of yesterday’s lower body training

So here’s some interesting drug chat for anyone interested in what other guys back in the day have done with gear cycles when competing at the top of the world level.

Talking with Scott Smith yesterday, he was telling me how initially in the off-season he would take 2 Dbol per day (10mg total). Later he stopped that and switched his cruise to 1cc of test per week. They would take it for 3 weeks, take a week off, then rotate esters. So 3 weeks of sustanon, week off, 3 weeks enanthate, week off, 3 weeks of cypionate. He made it sound like this approach was fairly common in powerlifting. This would have been late 90s early 00s IPF, back when he was competing against Ed Coan and such and everyone wore single ply and they barely drug-tested anyone.

Then when he was 12 weeks out from comp, he would take 3cc each of test & tren per week. It didn’t matter the dosage or ester, whatever he got it was a cc of each on mon/wed/fri. So initially Parabolan at 76mg tren hex/ml, but later on it could be 200mg/ml tren e. The cycle was flat and stayed that dose all 12 weeks up to the meet.

Then, the interesting part to me, was something he got from Fred Hatfield - Dr. Squat, who was both a champion lifter and extremely scientific & methodical about his training and drug use. Fred taught him to wave his orals: he would take a tab each of Dbol (5mg) and Halotestin (10mg) daily for a week. Next week, 2 each per day, and bumped to 3 each daily for a 3rd week. Then 2 weeks of just a half tab each (2.5mg & 5mg, respectively), then 2 weeks totally off them. Repeat once more to peak for the meet.

Example - Dbol & Halo mg
Wk1 5 & 10
Wk2 10 & 20
Wk3 15 & 30
Wk4 2.5 & 5
Wk5 2.5 & 5
Wk6 off
Wk7 off
Wk8 5 & 10
Wk9 10 & 20
Wk10 15 & 30
Wk11 2.5 & 5
Wk12 2.5 & 5, as much as you like on meet day

The highest total he ever did, he used Anadrol instead of Dbol because he couldn’t get ahold of any, and Cheque Drops would be used near comp too if available - assuming you had partners that understood what you were doing when you were just out of your mind with anger. Methyltest was a favorite occasional preWO.

So cruising about 200mg test for months or a true TRT dose of Dbol, then give or take a gram total of test & tren, with orals waved throughout the cycle in the 12 weeks precomp. I was most worried about the frequent use of halotestin on the liver, but it’s been cardiovascular problems like clogged arteries requiring stents that have crept up, not liver issues, for him.

Interesting, that’s the first time I’ve heard that protocol. I knew that a lot of power lifters were using anadrol, halotestin, methyl test, and cheque drops back then, but man that had to be hard on their system. I could see Cardiovascular problems and maybe even kidney issues. I’m sure they had a hard time with blood pressure too.

Fuggin heroic oral dosing there
Yeah I said didn’t you have horrible lack of appetite doing Tren and orals for 12 weeks? He said you just get it down anyway, regardless of your hunger. Looking at the determination in his eyes, I could see what made him the elite lifter he was.

That’s all I could think of; the bp on that stack for months.

It’s an important point to note that Scott reminded me of when I asked about Hatfield’s oral protocol, was that Tren wasn’t around yet when Hatfield was competing & running his orals that way. If stuff Broderick Chavez says is accurate (who trained as a teenager at the gym with Hatfield & Tom Platz), was that Hatfield ran a modest base of testosterone and used other “more advanced” steroids like Deca & Primo for the bulk of his stack.

Scott also mentioned Ed Coan took a lot of ****, more than himself, allegedly. He didn’t go into details though lol

Thursday 7th July

The days are ticking by while I enjoy my kids’ time at home from school. Next week will be busy so I’m happy to take this mini holiday. Yesterday I left the office at 10am and we watched minions before I took my boy to a birthday party. There were lots of Dads there from school, six of them belonging to the local rugby club so we played a game of touch with the boys that mutated into a little game of sevens with dads only. It got rough, and all the dads who play were on the on one team being absolute jocks. I was being gentle until I got pincer tackled by two of them, with one of them asking, “are you ok old man?”. I saw red. I could feel every blood vessel in my body dilate at the same time and there was no pain as I picked myself up and returned to the start line. None of these guys are within 30kg of me in BW, and we were playing a backyard where there was nowhere to run, and playing bare foot which gives the heavier guy a massive traction advantage. I might as well have been playing with kids - at one point I picked up one of the dads who tried to tackle me and threw him at another incoming dad. The whole time I was growling and spitting and laughing maniacally. I scored 3 tries and defended against several. We stopped playing once the score was even, it was like a truce lol. Covered in bruises today and right ankle is trashed, but I feel like it was a great chiropractic session - body feels unified.

Good Morning: 60kgx10, 80kgx10, 110kgx10, 120kgx10, 140kgx10 - crippling back pumps here. Had to lie down on the floor

Strict OHP 60kgx10, 80kgx1, 90kgx1, 100kgx no lift - couldn’t get past parallel humerus
Push press: 95kgx1, 100kg 3x1

Db side lateral raise dropsets 15kg;10kg for 6:8 X4sets

Incline db press 25kg 3x10, 1x16. Allhalf reps: the goal is to build strength off the front rack so only repping the bottom half of the press here.

reverse cable fly 3 plates 3x10 super slow

Seated cable row ‘60’ for 3x14 paused

I’m cooked!
He done it again 🤣

Speaking of PRs, had a fat one on Floorpress today! Had some Pantera playing and a good energy going this session.

Elbows and knees have been feeling drier/popping last 2-3 days, so it’s time to ditch the Yk11. Mk677 also ran out two nights ago, which makes me feel better about stalling around the 265 mark temporarily. However, I’ll continue run the oral wave thru the week: today I swapped the 25mg of good Var for 40mg of some old untested Var, and dropped the 24mg Yk11 for 25mg Dbol.

Also raised DHB by 50mg today, as I’m 9 weeks out. So weekly oil is now 300 test e, 300 mast e, 150 1-test cyp.

Your program seems to be going as planned. It’s always a good feeling when Fuel (food), Anabolics, Training, and Mindset all line up.👍

Oh, it was funny Benny logged his day in your log, but it was actually a pretty cool story that I enjoyed. 😂

Thanks! Definitely seems like there’s some positive progress in the bench department based on this.

Yeah first opportunity I’ve had in life to smite a real estate agent with a radiologist.
This made me laugh so hard!

Everyone has a plan - until they get punched in the mouth, as Mike Tyson said.

50 Reps + Holy Cow

Joints Dry = Time To Add Deca
I was pretty happy with that set, considering I was whipped and wasn’t going to do Pec Flyes at all.

I am fairly positive it’s the YK11 that was doing it, based on all the reports of tendon failure on it. And I’ve used everything else in the stack without issue, and my AI use has been stable (12.5mg of Exemestane around the Wed & Saturday testosterone administration, which is 150mg per injection).

I have one vial of Deca left, but every time I use it my noodle starts getting softer in 3-4 weeks. Plus lots of bloat and increase in acne, and the need for Caber. This all at 150-200mg/wk. I am kind of saving it for now in case I get some kind of injury. I could probably avoid the sexual sides with a big increase in Masteron, but now we’re talking another 4-500mg weekly. Idk; it’s crossed my mind, but I’m already on 3 oils as it is.

Is it the same with NPP as well? Weak noodle is because Deca is a longer ester?
