TGR's Modified PowerBuilding v2.0

So the thing with honey is that it’s in and out super fast. You have like 15-20 minutes with it where it’s really fueling you, so it shines as a kicker or quick boost at any point (like you would keep it in the gym for a shot if you felt yourself fading).

I like it a lot, but timing is critical to make the calories work optimally for you IMO. I don’t use it routinely, but sometimes if a garage session goes long I’ll walk inside for more water and take a squeeze of honey.

Fun new fact indeed. I’ll have Karbolyn soon enough.

Evening activity:

30 minutes treadmill watching lectures.

Looks like a fun Rv trip!! Congratulations on the weight loss and BP drop!! Looks like workouts are going good too.

I still need to dial in calories.

Speaking of blood pressure, a month ago I was taking 3 pills to manage blood pressure and it was upper normal. As of this morning I am on 1/2 of 1. Hoping it stays low enough that I can drop the last 1/2 by next week.

I’m going to do two days of accessory stuff then start a deload.

Good lifting to you all!

Man glad to hear the bp has gotten so much better. Especially with adding TRT, it’s important to keep that managed via weight control, cardio, diet, and meds if necessary still.

Should I expect a natural increase with TRT?

Afternoon work:

Treadmill incline:

6x5m
12x10m
8x13m
6x1
0x1

A coworker told me today he had to reduce his TRT and switch from injection to the topical because he would let his anger show when his TRT was around 800. Is this an example of someone with a hidden bad temper, or does everyone just deal or hide their increased aggression?

If blood values on your CBC panel like Hematocrit, Hemoglobin, Red Blood Cell Count, Platelets increase some to their new threshold where you dial in at, you will typically see an increase yes.

But if you become more active/improve routine cardio, you can counteract that.

You may also find you might retain more water from salt now.

Hormones can intensify emotions, but everyone is different. You may initially notice an increase in assertiveness, aggression, confidence, impatience, libido, flirtatiousness…but all of these things you will adapt to. The brain finds a way to balance and new norms are created, so remember to be patient if you are feeling a bit turned up. Generally, you level out some over months.

It also helps to just try to be an adult. Some people don’t have any discipline or mindfulness.

That’s kind of what I figured, but I thought it worth asking if there was some rush of uncontrollable energy where I wanted to club women and take candy from babies.

The first time I took test, even after many years of using other steroids, I wanted to club every woman I laid eyes on, if you follow me. But I made it through unscathed & still happily married

Sounds like it will be a great week!

I always look forward to my big shot days for some reason. I don’t feel different on them really, but just knowing the gains are coming on board is satisfying.

Went to see Brooks & Dunn last night with the wife. They were great, and Gabby Barrett is fantastic too. I’m not in much of a country phase right now, but it was fun nonetheless. The wife had a blast.
