never run epistane but very curious about it. however finding it in the US is a nada for me, and I still have concerns about buying from overseas. Does anyone have any input to help a guy out?

Good evening everyone, after a long time, I decided to share with you the details of my Epistane treatment which took place from January to February 2017
For those who do not know the molecule, it is a pro-hormone, ie a "hidden" steroid, it becomes active during digestion. I would like to point out that this was my first cure, I wanted to start with a fairly light AAS.
Starting stats: 20 years old - 1m72 - 63kg - 12% BF
Products used: Epistane 20mg + Milk thistle + Liv52.DS
Duration of treatment: 4 weeks
Protocol used: 20mg ED for one week then 40mg for the last 3 weeks
PCT: 2 weeks of clomid at 50mg ED
DIET: 36% PROT / 44% Carbohydrates / 23% fat
Additional rest day dosage:
2 epistane capsules in the morning and at noon
5g creatine in the morning
5g of BCAAs in the morning
10g of glutamine in the morning
3 to 5g of taurine in the morning in case of cramp
NB: HC = carbohydrates
Breakfast :
- 1 ear caps
- 3g acetyl-L-carnitine
- 4 eggs – including 2 yolks (220kcal=22g of protein, 15g of lipids)
- 100g of oats (370kcal including 12g of protein, 56g of carbohydrates and 8g of lipids)
- 200ml of semi-skimmed milk (90kcal including 7g of protein, 9g of carbohydrates and 3g of lipids)
- 1 banana (90kcal including 1g of protein and 20g of carbohydrates)
Total= 770kcal | 42g protein |85g HC | 26g fat
Snack :
- 1 scoop whey
Total=115kcal | 20g protein | 4g HC | 2g fat
Lunch :
- 1 ear caps
- 250g of rice/pasta (310kcal including 8g of protein, 62g of carbohydrates and 1g of lipids)
- 150g of turkey/chicken breast (150kcal including 30g of protein, 3g of carbohydrates and 6g of fat)
- Green salad/mixed vegetables with olive oil (~40kcal including 2g of carbohydrates and 4g of lipids)
Total=500kcal |38g protein |67g HC |11g fat
Afternoon snack:
- 1 scoop of whey (2g of creatine + 5g of bcaa)

post-workout
- 1 scoop of whey (3g of creatine + 5g of bcaa+10g of glutamine)
- 1 cucumber

Dinner :
- 200g of rice/sweet potato (250kcal including 7g of protein, 50g of carbohydrates and 1g of lipids)
- 200g of Alaska pollock (80kcal including 32g of protein and 4g of lipids)
- Green salad/mixed vegetables with olive oil (~40kcal including 2g of carbohydrates and 4g of lipids)
Total=370kcal |39g protein | 56g HC |9g fat
TOTAL KCAL ~ 2000-2200kcal | 180g protein |220 HC | 52g fat

FEELING :
Week 1: None felt apart from a slight increase in strength at the end of the week, and the weight has not changed.
Week 2: The product worked!! An increase in perfs during training, space congestion and better vascularity, but a slight fatigue during the day.
Libido level, a significant increase was felt that week.
Week 3: Always as efficient in training, strong energy even at the end of training, muscle hardness, congestion and vascularity at the rendezvous.
The appearance of the body seems hard and drawn! Libido level, there is nothing to do with the previous week, a drop was felt but without being alarming.
Week 4: This last week, I couldn't do big workouts, they were lively and intense, 45min - 1h max, because on most exercises I sometimes had pain in my joints, and I didn't have Unfortunately, there are no safeguards for that.
Otherwise nothing more than week 3, except that I'm much drier than at the start of the cure, when I didn't have a lot of BF
Gains: +5kg -- 68kg -- 10% BF
2 weeks after my PCT:
Right after my PCT, it was the holidays, I had to go back home, I couldn't train so I didn't worry because my weight kept increasing, I who had a lot difficult to take, but I realized that it was not muscle but fat that I was taking. So I went up to 71kg, 2 weeks after my PCT.
I understood later that after a cure, this is the most important moment, you have to be very careful with the diet, even lowering the calories because the metabolism is slower than during and before a cure.
Well, we learn from our mistakes.
Conclusion :
A very good product to refine your body, a hard and dry appearance, no water retention for me, quite the contrary, I drank 3l of water a day, I felt like I constantly needed drink water.
PDS carried out before the cure, transaminases, testosterone tolal, cholesterol; RAS, I will write the results of the PDS, I will post the photos if some ask for them to see the difference pre-cure & post-cure.
I really "kiffé" the feeling of the epistane, afterwards it may be because I had never touched AAS, but hey, I keep a good impression of this molecule.

Sustanon 500 + epistane 20mg
