I think Tuna’s guess about the calcium due to that study makes about as much sense as anything. BUT, knowing that it’s the product doesn’t change how we address it really.
Make sure there’s some baseline potassium. You eat a lot of fruit and veggies, okay moving on.
Plenty of water, quite possibly too much but it’s in there so moving on. We may just need more sodium to match the liquid.
Magnesium supplement got dropped. This is a glaring hole. A vast majority of Americans, including you, do not consume enough magnesium via diet. It’s like the only thing I tell all gen pop to consume supplementally. Ideally a zinc-mag supp because many folks could do with more zinc, and all lifters, but let’s focus on hydration. So get 3-400mg of magnesium back supplementally in your diet, unless you have been eating an entire tub of Blue Diamond almonds every day as a staple & intend to continue. Form doesn’t matter that much if you aren’t worried about calming effects for anxiety, so pick one that is cheap & convenient.
If that doesn’t fix it, add a bit more salt in. To food, or water, or you can buy thermo tabs. If you haven’t already been salting your intra water a little, you have been leaving gains on the table. Sodium is a massive co-factor in muscle pumps.
