Ok I have these intermittent gyno like issues that can literally happen and resolve in a short amount of time.
I did a hard workout yesterday and it’s insanely bad!
So the more I flex or exert the area the worse it gets. It’s like a layer of flab all over my body too. Ruins all muscle definition.
