It’s enough to make you want to throw yourself down a flight of stairs! But it’s just the latest example of this administration showing complete disregard for the livelihood of American citizens. There is always a way to make things better, or at least make a concerted effort. Unfortunately, these attributes are nowhere to be found in this administration‘s playbook.

going to hurt each and everyone of us. I am in "rice and beans every trip to the store" mode. I dont think storing a bunch of gas is feasible for me, but I can put aways a few weeks worth of beans and water. I think I might buy a solar generator. and keep the tanks topped off on the vehicles.

lots of rebates on solar generators.......i'm going to trade in my generac for solar...we have a fireplace and woodstove we could use for cooking and heat if need be, but if power goes out we are fucked with a huge fridge and 2 deep freezers full of meat-but worst of all is being on well water, if electricity goes out we won't have water---thinking about hooking up a manual pump like back in the old days-that was my grandparents only source of water a old hand pump--it was also only water source when i lived in philippines-province shower, lol.

If your talking about traditional home solar installation connected to the grid, when the power goes out your solar goes out. Its a safety feature so no power goes back out onto public lines and electrocutes the people trying to fix it.
You would need batteries and they are more of a luxury item, they are a bit expensive and you may want multiple depending on your needs and they wont last too long.

Im sure there are nazi's in Ukraine, but there probably are nazi's in Russia too. I think Pootin is more focused on ending NATO's expansion and not thinking about some useless Nazi's. Plus on top of not wanting NATO, there are trillions of dollars at stake for Russia's future as Ukraine has the 14th largest national gas reserves in the world and countless other resources that put his own economy at risk since the west doesnt appear to have much love for Russia to succeed and wouldnt hesitate to cut russian energy if they have a direct more "friendly" source.
Bombing biolabs to save the world is completely moronic, if they are dangerous you dont save the world by bombing them. Im sure there are biolabs there as there are in Russia, China, the US, etc......all over the world, not saying they dont exist. Maybe he did bomb them I dunno but that doesnt sound right.

I agree with that too, they are only telling partial truths and claiming this war was started unprovoked when it absolutely was provoked by the US and NATO and the results today have been warned of via many people (including Groper Joe himself) for decades.
That being said, Im still rooting for the majority of Ukrainians to carve their own independence and path in life, but perhaps they do need to let go of those 2 eastern regions if they want a future. This is a big discussion though so Ill just leave it simple as that for now.

I am all for your new position saying wars happen and that we should stay out of this one.

If this invasion is just because of Ukraine wanting to join NATO, I would understand that as a problem and something all sides can resolve. But it now seems this is more about Putin's ambitions to rebuild the soviet empire.
Also maybe not worth fighting for... unless Putin wants to take back the Baltics which are now part of NATO.
However, maybe we should stand with freedom loving countries that were attacked for no reason. Its a better cause than Vietnam or Afghanistan.
And that if a fight with Russia is inevitable, maybe now is the right time since they aren't doing very well.
