Hey guys, figured I would drop and say hey. This is kind of how I roll typically. I'll be around for a bit and then disappear for like a year. Anyways, I do have a question for ya'll. I just got my TRT dose bumped from 200mg every 10 days split in two doses to 200mg a week split in two doses. So far I've noticed a nice little boost in well=being and overall feeling. I've been dealing with Covid symptoms for two months now so it zapped my energy to hit the gym hard lately. I'm looking for a supplement additive that would complement my TRT routine. I really like BMP in the past so I'm thinking about that, but is there anything new that has come out that is comparable? Thanks for any help!

If you're looking for something that will compliment your TRT and give you a nice little boost - Def look at Ultra Hard by Iconic Formulations. The combination of androsterone and epiandro is amazing for energy, well being, etc. another solid option is always dermacrine

Thanks! I've used the Alpha Seven and Alpha Four with success, however I think the Alpha Four is a bit redundant being on TRT. Alpha Seven was absolutely amazing! I might suck it up and buy some more of it.

I agree with Rob that Ultra Hard or Dermacrine would be good options.

I'm sorry to hear that Covid has zapped your energy. I know some people that have struggled with fatigue and brain fog for a very long time after having it.

You said that you're looking for something that would complement your TRT routine. What type of results are you looking for?

If you're looking for a natural anabolic option, Anabolic Effect is a great product.
If I'm not mistaken, you've been around here for a long while so you may know or be familiar with @TheMrMuscle. He's a very reputable member and did a great mini-review on it:

If you're looking for something to help with mental clarify, focus, concentration, motivation and energy, Focus XT is a great option. It's pretty much the perfect nootropic base product and is basically like a nootropic energy drink that has cumulative benefits to it. It's available in caffeine free and a caffeine/teacrine version.

Here's the supplement facts:

If you know it works well for you, I would go with it.

Agreed here. Everyone's a little different so if it works for you then stick with what works.

If the Covid symptoms include breathlessness - you might give cordyceps a try (MST, Peak02, etc.) - my wife found those, plus Focus XT (for her fuzzy brain and lack of motivation) to be a big help with lingering Covid effects.

Thanks! Shortness of breath has been getting better, but the overactive immuno response is what is aggravating the most. I think I have Mast Cell activation still since I've been dealing with respiratory symptoms still. One weird symptom is I can't drink beer now. I get through half a beer and go into terrible sneezing fits and congestion blows up. It's crazy. I started taking Quercetin and Bromelain a week ago which is helping. I just bought some Pycnogenol today to see if that also curbs my symptoms some.

The issue with the beer could also tie in with the Mast Cell activation via histamine intolerance. Certain types of alcohol &/or things in beer can trigger histamine response in some individuals. I used to love dark beer and can't drink it anymore. I developed a gluten allergy (non-celiac) in 2011 and I had noticed that when I drank beer it had started making me turn red and flushed and that had been happening for awhile before being diagnosed.
