man, use your head--i worked on a production line at nabisco making blue bonnet margarine in both bars in wrappers and soft tubs talk about tedius---and then in a box factory making boxes out of sheets of paper for 20 years at international paper---i remember you telling me how good i had it, lol...and now you are saying no one would want those jobs---geez, man make up your mind, lol.One thing China did early was dominate the mass production facility market early. Basically anything that runs off a production line is manufactured I China.
It makes sense too, ever seen how the majority of those things are run? If you want a toy put together, one person's job is to attach the left leg to the torso everyday for years. That's their one job, and they probably work in that factory 16 hours a day.
Most Western people would never do a job that tedious voluntarily.
btw-i worked many 16 hours shifts and lots of saturdays even some sundays so my wife and i could support our family and save up until we were in our 40s even with the GI bill to buy a house--and all the time you telling me how easy we had had it---so what is it we worked our asses off doing jobs no one today would want to do or we were hard working people who busted our asses to get what we have?
