Dopest ab wheels I ever seen

So some big changes coming up. New job starts today. School full time on the 18th of January. My available gym time is gonna drastically change . So I’m starting to adjust my schedule next week. I started shortening my ruck time today though. I was doing about an hr with 45 lbs. dropped to 32 mins with 80 lbs today. I’ll get my back routine up asap

if you have a manual job it will make up for lost ruck time...i worked for international paper for over 20 years in a box factory.

The job was driving forklift. But it ain’t gonna work once school starts. The recruiting lady gave me a schedule option that that don’t actually use on the floor anymore. So the job hunt for something that won’t interfere with school is ongoing lmao

it's good you have priorities set...hopefully you are going to school for something that will pay well, not something like creative writing that my sister paid for my nephew to get a degree in-he is now sacking groceries at aldi's...and still living at home.

Na. It’s culinarily arts. Has enough business and math to make it an associates degree in food and hospitality management. Then the last semester is a food truck program. After school they plug you in with all the components to make it happen and you take right off with your own truck. I’m already fire in the kitchen. With some professional training under my belt. I should be amazeballs. Lol

hell yeah...from the little i know there seems to be decent money in food trucks...my wife and i watch a show called carnival eats--i always tell my wife that i hate noah cappe--he has my job, lol. 🤠

imagine getting paid to go to carnivals and fairs all over and eating all that great food for free--but i would have to do a ton of running to burn it off!!!😻

I’m awesome at cooking. Plus I love it. You ever been to a food truck festival?? Sometimes they are called food truck rodeos??

Believe it or not it is illegal to operate a food truck in my town :unsure:

Back day. Some serious volume here

So I’ve been back In the gym and made some phenomenal changes. So I’m gonna throw out some advice that no one prolly wants. Lmao. But here it is

1-stop training with your ego. Your body will thank you. Whether it’s a pound up or down, a minute gained or saved , or a foot further or an inch less, whatever your goals are…. progress is progress. It doesn’t have to happen in a week.

2-whether you train with bro science or real science chances are most of the time it’s not gonna work. Figuring out what works best for you whether it’s training, diet,or rest it’s a daunting and everlasting experiment of trial and error.

3-the most beneficial thing I think most people aren’t doing enough of or even at all. Carries. Lots and lots of carry exercises. Any/all you can manage. Don’t take my advice. Incorporate them for 30 days and decide for yourself.

4-form and mobility work. I don’t believe it’s the key to the physique you may be chasing but I do think it’s crucial to minimal pain/injury to maintain uninhibited training. Which I do believe is the key to what you want

5-cheating. It helps overall. As long as it doesn’t become a habit. Been craving pasta?? Eat a huge fucking bowl. Be happy. Go train ur ass off and put it to good use. Got to wiggle or bounce to set that pr?? Go for it (as long as your not damaging your body). It’s good for confidence and that promotes gains. But keep a close eye on your mechanics. Tighten up that form before you make any more attempts at anything more.

I believe the Restaurant Association is behind it.

I live in Carlisle, PA. The nice thing is they have lots Food Truck Events outside the city limits.

Thanks for the support homie. I’m 10 years behind you and my body already feels rough to say the least. The doc just told me I have significant, but not severe, arthritis in my shoulder and elbow. Da fuq that mean really?? I got extra medium arthritis??

When I was diagnosed, I got a letter from my Dr. telling me I had Degenerative Joint Disease, I thought I have a Disease? Am I going Do Die? I call the Dr. in a panic, and he say oh it's just Arthritis.............why didn't you say that in the letter!!!!

Very nice shoulder workout!

Very nice shoulder workout!

My shoulders bother me a lot. Getting up to the numbers/volume for this was a chore. And when I switched today from 5/10 to 8/12 super sets and from 10/10 to 15/15 for aux lifts I actually came Down a couple lifts and it still kicked my butt

Putting in the work !!
