Waking weight 209lb
Bumped SD to 30mg.
Bench day and I set a pr of 235x14 but right afterward under my right armpit felt tight in a weird way. I was scared the whole time I was gonna tear something but I took it easy and I feel fine. I wish this didn’t happen because those dumbbells felt like half their weight. Overall I’m very happy with this session and even happier I didn’t let my ego take over.

It was likely just the muscle getting crampy/twitchy from the orals - but that’s basically the precursor to a tear if you cross that invisible line. Strong orals make the muscles hyper-pumped and responsive, like overactive. The same qualities contributing to the heightened performance are drivers for heightened injury risk.

So, congrats on walking the line and not taking unnecessary risks! There is going to be progress with the stack you’re on basically as long as you consistently train - you only need to stimulate, not annihilate.

Really I thought that was the burger I really liked? I know ostrich was awesome but I could’ve sworn(this was years ago before my wife was a vegetarian) that we looked into getting kangaroo shipped to our home haha

I suspected it might be rough, being so gamey and lean muscled. Like you would want to process it into a fattier animal meat if you wanted to use it.

I have heard cattle in Mexico are radically leaner & smaller, but actually taste much better than US beef. Allegedly.

I texted my wife, kangaroo was the bomb. However, who’s to say if it was mixed at this spot. Their burger we sometimes like $25 but they had a burger of the month and I tried mad meats!

Great leg session today. I took it slow with a lot of resting because the lower back pumps are unreal but I know how to deal with them. Squats were slow and controlled with a little pause at the bottom. Just a feel good day. Now it’s time to rest and force feed myself. This last push is tough. I haven’t been sleeping well the past few nights and I had to break dinner into 2 portions but I’m almost there and I wanna see this out.

Decided to drop the SD back to 15mg and try and run it until the 31st with everything else. I now my limit and I’m happy that 10-20mg has such a effect on me. I’m bumping epiandro to twice a day at 600mg each and I’ve dropped the 3ad. Pstanz and stanopro will stay the same at 300/500.

It might have been. Can make good (if you like super lean game flavour) burgers and saussages, but it's too dry and chewy for anything else. Plus, it smells like kangaroo lol, which really puts me off!

If you’ve used TD trest I’d love to hear your experiences. I think this might be my base in the winter. I seem to react well to 19nors.
Loved it. Ran it with DHEA base and stacked with LGD and felt awesome: heaps of energy, great focus, huge leaps in the gym. Sides: mania (mild), fluid retention, almost catastrophic destruction of my HTPA lol. Seriously, my test crashed, nuts shrank and never recovered properly afterward, although I never used HCG only SERM for recovery (did a 4 week protocol with clom, still had **** numbers a month after, then did a heavier dosed 6 week PCT and found better results).

It was dermatrest...think I dosed it at 25mg/day sometimes more (towards the end I was trying to test for sides) maybe up to 50mg. Never really got any sides, I remember thinking I might be getting gyno but it was just fluid retention. I ran it with adex for ai and kingsguard for organ support.

I’ve ran both dermatrest (no ester) and transdermal trest ace. TD trest ace was bomb. Limited ai use vs IM (for me and most others this seems to be the situation). TD trest was before I ever pinned anything so no test was used in those runs. Trest and halodrol (finished with a week of halotestin once and blew my socks off). Fucking insane strength and composition gains. Better than my first test/anadrol cycle. Your wife will be right when she says you look like a beefy androgen mess if you go this route. Traps to the ceiling and stronger than an ox. You will enjoy it. And so will she

Ok guys the past few days have been tough with the sd, it’s been 23 days and I think my time has come to an end. I have this tightness in my stomach and I’m eating like 20% of what I normally do. I think it might be best to finish this last 10 days off with the non methylated orals and go into pct. I’m sitting at about 209lb right now so I’m going to really focus on upping my calories until pct and possibly hit 215lb. I know for the future that the last 3wks of a blast is a good time to drop the SD hammer.

I want a plate loaded press. I think this looks solid and I can hit flat, incline and shoulders. Also I can shrug and do rows…who knows what else. Thoughts? Family wants to go in on a birthday present

I’m just waiting for Titan to restock their GHR. Decided that makes more sense in my garage than trying to shove a beltsquat in.

I like the look of that bench machine. Such a huge footprint, though. Hopefully Titan has improved some on their benches. I’m not very happy with the incline I purchased 4-5 years ago. Can’t beat the price though.

Pretty fun shoulder day. Tried not using a high stim pwo and really focusing on the holds hitting the shoulders and upper back. Felt great. No huge lifts to write home about but this blast is about transformation. I compare myself to strongmen or Ronnie Coleman so I don’t think I’m “big” however lately others have been commenting. Last night was the first time in a while I was in a room of 30 men(AA meeting), I looked around and even though many were fit and lifted I immediately realized I was the biggest one there. Felt good since this is what I work for to be bigger and stronger everyday.

Oh yea i transformed the hyper into a leg extension for real using a camber attachment I have @Hyde @Marne40

Yup and I put one of those girl squat pad on for cushion. It’s the perfect length. I was laying in bed last night and thought of it

Titan makes them, transforms your bar into a camber bar but I never use them.

I was able to do them with the strap as well, this just feels better. Give them a try

I have a compact GHR (has the added benefit of being a 2 in 1 for hip thrusts as well)

a mate made me a belt squat attachment for my cage, however I am pretty sure he based it on one you can but in America (shipping just made it ridiculous to buy for me). Takes up no space

So get both I say 🤣

If you are talking about the Spud or probably any cable system, I lift out of a Rogue yoke my wife takes outside many Sundays to train strongman now she’s getting ready for America’s Strongest. So I don’t actually have a rack to hook those to - I only very recently even got spotter arms that fit it lol. Before that it was just a yoke with j cups - don’t f*cking miss!

a friend made me something similar and it works really well. I do sets of 10 - 15 at 280-300 ish when I want to give my back a break or if I’ve pulled heavy

6 days left and I woke up and set a PR on the scale, 215lb! I feel like I’m in a good spot going into pct. My chest and shoulders have changed the most. Legs are way tighter and baggy shorts…well they’re not baggy anymore. I upped the dosage of Androsterone to 750mg for the next 6 days so everything ends on the same day. Pct will be clomid , epichaos and Ursa Major.
