ZOO Grows Into The Show (Show Day)

Food porn drop.

@Marne40 has been talking up pork for a minute and it got me craving it. Grabbed a pound of 95% ground pork and made some patties with it. 260g total. Half on a light multi English muffin and half with a plate of broccoli. G Hughes for a cheat treat.

Could help but bust out some soy sauce and some hot sauce on my chicken (260g) and riced cauliflower (180g) dinner after @Hyde brought it up. Forgot how much I love soy sauce lol. Also added 2/3 tbsp avocado oil (I like Mac more) and a dash of the pineapple EAAs for flavuhhhhhh.
Damn that looks good. I’m still trying to track down lean ground pork. Most of the garbage around me is breakfast sausage (which tastes great, but not quite on par with the nutrition plan) or pretty high fat ground pork. Guess it’s time to hit up some butcher shops. How does avocado oil taste by the way? I imagine it’s kind of blah.

Yeah it doesn’t offer much flavor. It’s just a healthy fat that I have leftover and am trying to use up before breaking open a fresh bottle of Mac nut oil (i have one I use at work for the week). Now that stuff has a nice flavor! Unrefined coconut oil tastes great but it’s just straight mct

Old Bay came out with a very good Hot Sauce

I will be perusing for this when I stop at the store! I like their seasoning. Thanks for the heads up :)

Just had some with my morning eggs and chicken sausage !!

Avocado oil is the only oil I cook with. Heart healthy fat with a high smoke point and essentially zero flavor so it doesn’t season your food. I sear steaks in it before baking them, use it in marinades, and baking in lieu of butter or vegetable oils.

Coconut has a definite taste & lacks the cardiovascular benefits, olive can’t be cooked with due to oxidation at almost any heat, and Mac oil tastes terrible. Had to throw the bottle away of that expensive Species **** (sorry @ZOO).

I use avocado for my pans when I cook eggs. Wish you sent me the Mac Nut Oil instead haha XD I dig it.

Ya, Mac oil isn’t the best tasting thing out there for sure. I throw a little on my dinner (ground beef/turkey and potatoes), which doesn’t taste too bad. Kind of adds a nutty taste to the mix. I use coconut oil to cook my wife and kid’s dinner because the flavor is good with chicken, but I’ll grab some avocado oil for my meals to break up the monotony.

I would have! This was years ago. Gave away the second bottle.

It is perfect if you want a smoky walnut flavor for something unique I suppose.

I wasn’t able to find this at the store by my house so I’ll try again later in the week. I did however find a sugar free famous Dave’s sauce and.... it was okay. I like G Hughes more. Unlike the regular famous Dave’s sauce this stuff was kind of runny and flavor more bland. Still enjoyed lunch though.

UPDATE

Fasted Weight: 200.6 lbs

8 weeks out. Last week was something of a acclimation phase to figure things out with the nutrition plan. Conditioning will be the most important factor going into Labor Day so I will be tightening macros for a daily calorie count of around 2250 for the next 2 weeks. At 6 weeks out I will bring that down to 2150 (with the addition of Anavar). At 4 weeks out it will be brought down to 2050. Depletion phase begins at 1 week out. This, of course, is a general outline and likely to see adjustments along the way based on response. I'll need to be dynamic given the atypical circumstance and recomping objective. Still tinkering around with my weekend meal plan but more or less have a plan for it in the meantime. I will update the OP with the 8 week out meal plan in the next day or so.

Arm is doing better, but far removed from where it was (which still isn't that far lmao). Fortunately, I am to use it for normal tasks such as shaving, brushing my teeth, and bring my spoon to my mouth without causing much discomfort. I took advantage of the Helios Plus @nostrum420 provided me with the last 4 days or so at 0.5ml daily, which I felt helped things along quite a bit. At the very least it offered some relief. It’s been tremendous on my knees without doubt.

I also ran 2 separate site injections of TB500 into the site the day of the recurrence and again 2 days later.

Today was legs but I tested out the tricep extension with the V handle. 2 sets of 20 at 15 lbs and 2 sets of 10 at 25 lbs. The tricep movements are generally well tolerated. Will keep these incorporated on my M/F leg split. Banded chest exercises and delt machine will be maintained exclusively for those body parts in the meantime to minimize stress to the area.

Something I failed to mention was I had noticed some reaction since starting Tren/NPP. I have had 2 gyno surgeries (puberty) so glandular growth isn't really possible but what did see some conical shaping of the nipples in a very suspicious, pointed manner. I added Inhibit-P by SNS a week or so ago and from that point on the (presumed) flare up is seemingly contained. This is far preferable to using items like Caber or Prami if it can be helped. I have a great Caber story lol.

What’s the story? I assume no fainting from low blood pressure since you were likely on a 19-Nor concurrently jacking bp up…

Yeah im up for story time. Caber increases my load substantially, like throwing a bucket of glue over her

Now I'm curious ??

CABER STORY:

The details are a bit difficult to recall exactly, which will be made clear why haha. It was around April/May of my 2019 Muscle Beach prep and had started up a decent dose of tren. Not really giving it much thought and having a bottle of Cabaser I decided to add it in. Clearly, I did not look into the specifics of the drug before using it and (again memory) ran 1mg daily for the better part of a week. By the time I started noticing the negative effects of such a ridiculous dose I was super fucked.

I ended up having inexplicable anxiety and fear. The fear was by far the greatest I ever experienced. I legitimately was scared of the dark. Even though I could rationalize how illogical it was, it simply couldn't be controlled and continued to build. I couldn't sleep no matter how depleted and physically/mentally tired I was. Even after combining Xanax, Ambien, ZZZQuil, weed, anything I could get my hands on, it was a futile effort and might muster an hour or two over the course of a full day. It was to the point I was punching myself in order to try to exhaust and "knock myself to sleep." Yes, it was that bad. I dreaded night. I would instantly become scared and become anxious at the prospect of another impossible evening. I felt some relief when the sun came up.

Strangely (or not so strangely, really) I would have manic bouts of extreme energy that I tried to time with training or completing errands. This never lasted too long though. Maybe a couple of hours at best followed by zombie mode. Another thing was how cold I would get. It's quite warm in SoCal at the time of the year typically and being big and full of androgens my body always ran hot. However, even the slightest breeze would have me throwing on a jacket and blasting the heater. I'd be shivering in my car trying to warm up while it was 80 out.

At a certain point I calculated the (long) half life out with roughly how long it would take to largely be eliminated from my system... 2 god damn weeks, more or less, before it would subside enough to have noticeable relief. Finally, I was able to start sleeping again and slowly returned to "normal" over the course of another couple of weeks.

Hey Zoo, good to see a familiar face. Haven’t been on the board in a LONG time. Had 2 shoulder surgeries I. The last year. Still recovering from the last one which was may 7th lol. Was on viscious boards a lot more than here lol. Glad to see you still pushing yourself and getting better daily!! Trying to get back to where I was but fell off the wagon and gained 30lbs of straight fat. Hope to get back to it now that shoulders are finally starting to feel better

Bro! You’re back man. I’m glad you were able to get the shoulders corrected and are healing up. I remember when you dropped that initial news on the old forum. Bet it’s been a heck of a ride. Time to hop on the grind again 💪🏻

Log only offer!

I sold out of Cleaver. However I have two unlabeled bottles I found in my personal stash.

First two people who place an order for Butcher will get one of them tossed in their order at no charge.

This applies even when taking advantage of the BOGO Free on Butcher (just add 2 or more bottles to the cart).

Write “Cleaver” in the order notes so I know it’s one you guys.

Updated OP with 8 Week Out meal plan.
- Temporarily removed fish oil in anticipation of scarification to lessen bleeding.
- Natural performance supplements removed and to saved for post show use when I lower PED usage back down.
- Macros will vary slightly based on Meal 5 choices. Calorie count will remain constant.

OK, No caber for me !!

Be careful with caber. It can induce psychosis in high doses due to too high levels of dopamine . 1mg Ed is crazy lol
This is 100% true. Curious, do you know or have you read if there are long term ramifications to very high dose exposure fora period?

OK, No caber for me !!
Haha just be very smart before using it. I was a dumb dumb and didn't research things.

Caber actually has a total lifetime exposure limit to avoid longterm heart issues. You have people like Vigorous Steve going about saying Caber is bad because it restructures the heart and apparently he’s never bothered to just read the damn paper:

300mg.

You get 300mg in a lifetime they have proved it will not mess with your heart. Following the maximal recommended dosing for hyperprolactinemia of 1mg twice a week (that’s a huge dose) you could run 150 weeks of 19-Nors. 10x15 week cycles. If you can make do with 1mg (I’m super sensitive to 19-nors and this is plenty) per week, that’s 20x15 week cycles. Running that much 19-Nor WILL have definitive longterm impact on heart remodeling and mental decline, in a fashion that amount of cabergoline never would.

TLDR; as long as you only use with blasts at minimal recommended doses of 0.25mg once a week up to 1mg twice a week, you have much more to fear from the AAS.

@Marne40 sold me on getting a treadmill today. For tree fiddy I’ll take a whack at it. No missed cardio for this guy. Lol

I like the one we have !

It isn’t amazing, but it works for me since I don’t run. You could probably get away with light jogging though. Definitely don’t use it for sprints. The belt is pretty narrow compared to commercial units and the shock absorbers aren’t great. But for the price it’s held up very well with just performing suggested maintenance, which isn’t difficult to follow at all. Sure makes post-meal walks uncomplicated too. I’ll email you something funny about that particular treadmill as well.

As @Hyde said , .25mg twice a week is probably pretty safe, but 1mg ed is just insane lol. Genetically, you are not manic , so you had more anxiety/paranoia

now this I was aware of and it’s what informs my caber usage, on 600mg deca I use at most 0.5mg a week (normally more like once every 10 days).

never felt any side effects and bloods show my prolactin at a good level

I think it’s a useful tool if used sensibly.

UPDATE

Fasted Weight: 202 lbs

I wanted to show off my new contraption for training chest. Rather than the shitty ankle strap I picked up this self adjusting cross arm strap off of Amazon. Which allows me to take it in and off with ease while also staying in place much easier. I also can keep the handle attachment on the hands at the same time so I am able to switch from my right arm to left arm very quickly. I would previously would have to do my right side before the left due to difficulty in putting the ankle strap on my arm and keeping it there.

Side note. I have not been having the crazy shits I was having previously. Definitely in that “prep phase” now.

Great news!!! I had a phone appointment with my physician this morning who is fucking awesome! He let me explain my arm and cholesterol issues in full without once cutting me off, trying to get off of the phone, or writing off my concerns. He was open to the idea of offering Ezetimibe as a cholesterol medication but said I need to get labs first. Soooooo before we even got off the phone he put a referral in for both X-rays and blood work so I can see an orthopedic as well as get labs done whenever I stop by Kaiser. I will be cancelling my appointments with the IEHP clinic because **** them.

My artist and I are setting up an appointment for my next scarification session. She will do a small piece (St. Peter’s Cross) for me when I stop by on Monday for the consultation and measurements on the larger things I want done.

Edit: Had another dream about my dad. He was roaming the aisle of Home Depot sad and distraught. Without going into detail the underlying implication was that he never really died.

Lots of good news! Glad to hear some big positives for you man.

Hell ya man! That’s very good to hear. Glad you finally found a doc who listens.

Thanks guys! It gives me a little bit of hope again :) What’s cool is that my boss (who I work directly under) is also an OBGYN physician at Kaiser so I have another “in”. He said that he can help expedite appointments and procedures :3

What ya got, Rocket?

Got one made by Smooth Fitness, it was pretty pricey when it was new, my wife and oldest daughter went together and bought it about 10 years ago, I'm probably the only one who has used it in the last 9 years !!

Damn that looks nice! I'm fairly envious. Seems solid and must be being that old. The amount of people who drop mad cash on treadmills but never use them is astonishing. I wish I grabbed my relatives' back in the day. They're so overweight and unhealthy... they really should have used it.
