Sub Q vs visceral fat

circa11

New member
It’s my understanding that visceral fat is cortisol related and that certain cortisol reducing products can help with that type of fat reduction.. but what would be on the same level that would do a good job with reducing subcutaneous fat? Other than the obvious caloric deficit, increase your cardio that sort of thing. What would be the benefit of reducing visceral fat via cortisol control, instead of wanting to reduce the other type of fat which most people seem to be more concerned with?

Is it possible for someone to have a low subcutaneous body fat percentage, and have a high percentage of visceral fat?

Sub q is the jiggly fat. This is the fat under the skin. Visceral fat is protective fat. Both need to be controlled, but sub q is what is the bad fat. Using a cortisol support products can aid in reducing that a little.

Yes, that would be possible. Everyone stores fat differently. Ever see someone that look fairly lean but like they still have a beer belly? That's a good example of visceral fat build up being disproportionate in some people.

I think that a true fat loss and health regimen should be focused on losing both sub-q and visceral fat, not one or the other.

The Ab-Solved product write up goes into great detail about both types of fat:

I like this. What about a thyroid stimulating product such as 3-5 diido? This is still available from a few companies I believe?

Visceral fat is NOT protective its very bad for you, it is not good to have visceral fat around your midsection, that is covering your organs, not in the good "hey dog i got your back" sense either. Visceral fat is also more associated with coronary issues and type 2 diabetes. Having said all that, subcutaneous fat makes you look smooth and hides your gains so I'll go with the diabetes

I'm not a fan of messing with thyroid stuff, but if you're going to use it, I would look into Vicious Labs product.

I think for what you're asking about, the Ab-Solved/Suppress-C combo would work great for you. The retailer I posted a link for the Ab-Solved write up at has a stack price for a great deal.

Great post. Definitely agreed on the part that visceral fat is definitely not protective. And great job in pointing out that visceral fat is indeed the type of fat more associated with serious health risks.

Damn they don’t ship internationally.

Where are you at?

Strong Supplement Shop sells them too and I believe they still ship internationally.

Also, I believe if I'm not mistaken that a couple UK shops sell them.

Amen brother,
Just a heads up. I bought Ab-Solved from Best Price Nutrition on May 14, and its been stuck on "Item has arrived in Canada and will be presented for review" since May 31. It went through UPS -> USPS -> Canada Post. Everything I've ordered so far after that went trough USPS-> Canada Post has been delivered in like 3-5 days after review. They probably confiscated it because of the "DHEA" in 7-OXO-DHEA, which I had a feeling might happen. Either way best of luck if you do decide to order one

Exactly. Fuckers at the border piss me off. I had ordered reduce xt… through an Amazon seller but they decided to use fedex. Waited and waited eventually I called on the package and was directed to a lovely CBSA lady who told me that yes I had ordered a prohibited substance. I was lucky I got my money back but yeah think I’ll be real selective.. it’s a shame some other companies won’t “relabel” products so that we up north can have fun too!

I shipped a bottle of Ab-Solved to someone in Canada as a favor bc he had placed a large SNS order and I had a bottle of it and he wanted to try it. It went thru fine but we shipped via UPS.

I wonder if UPS Is the way to ship to Canada without any issues. I could be wrong but I’m betting that most people up here don’t have issues as long as their stuff comes via UPS. I think another Reason my stuff came through without issue was the seller marked the total value of the shipment very low. I think it was like 15 $20 type of thing

I'll ask my office manager tomorrow that handles our shipping to confirm, but I do think that UPS is likely the best option.
