It’s my understanding that visceral fat is cortisol related and that certain cortisol reducing products can help with that type of fat reduction.. but what would be on the same level that would do a good job with reducing subcutaneous fat? Other than the obvious caloric deficit, increase your cardio that sort of thing. What would be the benefit of reducing visceral fat via cortisol control, instead of wanting to reduce the other type of fat which most people seem to be more concerned with?
Is it possible for someone to have a low subcutaneous body fat percentage, and have a high percentage of visceral fat?
