New to the board and am looking for a little advice:

Just turning 40 - have trained consistently for a long time and my diet is "pretty good." Looking to find a supplement or stack of supplements to get me over the plateau. I'm 6'4" around 200lbs and looking to cut some body fat without losing weight. Wouldn't mind gaining a little weight too if it's good weight. But main goal is to get more cut for big 40th celebration this summer.

Only supplements I've taken recently are creatine, a multi-vitamin, and ZMK at night.

What would you all suggest for me to start with?

SNS lean edge + Cel Epi plex is pretty great for leaning out.

long as your diet and training is in check, you will see good results.

Welcome aboard bro. And Agreed with the post above. This is a great starting point supplement wise. The two products should help lean you up nicely. Diet and training first like GQ said and then supplements.

Welcome to the forum and happy early birthday, I had had mine a little over a week ago myself. I'm around your age and can relate in that my goal for myself right now is to put back on some muscle and lose fat at the same time.

The stack that I'm just starting may or may not be more than you're looking to do, so I'll break it down by goal:

Fat Loss Portion:
Lean Edge - Stimulant Free Fat Burner
Ab-Solved - Topical Fat Burner and great stack with Lean Edge.
Thermagize XT - Stimulant Fat Burner - 1 capsule in the morning. It helps with energy and fat loss and I'm not a morning person at all, so 1 cap in the morning to help me get up and get going to do some cardio.

Muscle Building & Fat Loss:
Anabolic Effect - Natural Anabolic for strength and lean muscle gains.
Epi-Plex - Natural Anabolic for strength and lean muscle gains and endurance (this is a daily use supplement for me)
M-Test - Natural Test Booster (this is a daily use supplement for me)

^^^ I use M-Test & Epi-Plex as daily use supplements so the real addition for me to that is Anabolic Effect, which I plan on running for a 12 to 16 week cycle with the goal of building back some muscle that I lost from not eating or training properly over the last year.

Daily Use Supplements - too many vitamins/minerals to list but are based off individual needs, Stress & Anxiety Support, Joint Support XT, M-Test, Epi-Plex, & PEAK02 caps (for endurance; I have a medical condition that makes it harder for me to achieve endurance compared to most people and PEAK02 works great for me). I'm probably forgetting some, but thats the gist of it.
