I'll do you one better. I am going to be making a Berberine cocrystal that eliminates GI side effects.

Might even be blind tasting, which would mean you could mix I to a drink, but I won't promise anything yet.

Dosing is supposedly between 900-3000mg from what i read spread out over three meals, I just got some r- ala right now and trying to find a quality berberine bulk powder is hard to come by just trying to make a basic gda while I wait for more
myosynergy.

Dosing is supposedly between 900-3000mg from what i read spread out over three meals, I just got some r- ala right now and trying to find a quality berberine bulk powder is hard to come by just trying to make a basic gda while I wait for more

Bro 3g may have you sharting your pants. 300-1,000mg daily is common.

I’m trying to find the pub med study that’s suggest up to two to three grams a day. I think I will start at 500mg 3x and see how it goes.

I hear you (and am excited for that product!), but OP sounds like he’s going to be doing his own thing right now while waiting for your stuff.

I just told you. Google PubMed Berberine and the first thing you’re gonna see is efficacy compared to Metformin. Spend 10 minutes reading it and look at doses they used and % of users who experienced distress at higher doses. Lots of people get the runs, & plenty don’t.

You will have to experiment with your personal dose tolerance, but my n=1 experience is tolerance will improve over time.

Damn half a day from asking for a product to being made in the same week hella of a company and person. I hate to ask but what would be the eta for us to order some?

Sorry to go off topic as I am doing donkey calf raises in my made up gym in the garage, I keep forgetting to add tums to my pre workout, I can really use the extra squeeze on my calf’s what was the dose two tums right?

Look for around 750mg of calcium carbonate

I took 150mg with a full sugar Rockstar. I went full hypnotoad.

Trying 150 more with a big plate of my mac and cheese.

Damn looks like a minimum 100 grams of carbs for 150, that’s strong stuff. Any chance of glucose meter test.

I have no idea where mine is. I haven't revisited Slintensity in a while.

I'll see what I can do.

Unless you want to run some experiments. This is quick enough to make.

DHB is a reversible metabolite. This is a cocrystal of the parent form, so no.

Does it really have that much effect taken before a workout with a meal some people say not to do this should be dosed far away from your workout?

As an AMPk activator, I woukd actually recommend it around workout to amplify effects.

While I work on perfecting the adipose specific AMPk activator that doesn't hinder protein synthesis, taken before workout will amplify especially the fat burning effects of workout. Post workout with a significant carb and protein meal would also be recommended, as it wears off MPS will still be fully stimulated for recovery.

Appreciate the information, also thanks for the calf workout you gave me awhile back they are always sore for two or three days after a session.

Are there additional benefits other than the GI ones? Not that those aren't reason enough.
I've been using the DHB form at 1/5th the usual dose and haven't noticed any GI probs from that.
