hi guys asking for advice and peoples opinions on if there are any compounds worth taking pre/ intra/ post workout only which would not put someone on an actual cycle but would help with recovery and growth to boost their training.
The long and the short of it is I dont want to be on steroids on long term cycles and supress my own hormones as I feel I'm not bouncing back the way I used to so I was wanting just a bit of a boost and to also keep it interesting
I have been looking into hgh,insulin and maybe 10mg dbol because of the short half life and this will be twice a week only all timed around the workout so as not to supress me( done insulin in the past btw)
Maybe any of these or a mixture. pre workout IGF, pre workout high dose hgh ,insulin post workout only, test suspension, low dose dbol or other short half life orals,
I believe halo and cheque drops have an acute and almost instant effect but I've never looked into these at all so unsure
Maybe another one to throw out there for peoples thoughts could be very short moderate dose cycles 2 or 3 weeks with high dose HCG and a heavy PCT in place
appreciate any suggestions for anything that may help without being supressive and I'm aware any gains will be next to nothing compared to being on even a low dose test cycle but doing full cycles doesn't seem worth it any more and there must be more options out there than the natural supplements and basic creatine and a pre workout
