Bryan's Test base + injectable sarms recomp cycle

Currently doing a cycle using TRT test along with injectable sarms and carnitine. The goal is to eat around maintenance let the training and the drugs recomp me without using heavy doses as I have had to turn to in the past and so far I have been pretty pleased with the results.

Updated Current stack as of 1/22:
250 mg Test EW
150 mg Deca EW
20 mg YK-11 ED
20 mg RAD-140 ED
20 MG S-23 ED
30 mg SR9011 (15 mg injected 2x daily)
1 gram carnitine ED
10 mg tadalafil ED
Sildenafil pre workout when I feel like it

So far the results have been better than I expected, I'm recomping nicely with some pretty moderate doses. I'm really impressed with how much muscle separation I'm seeing with such minimal doses and the carnitine pumps are consistently outstanding.

I will post my workouts here, how I'm feeling and throw up a video from each training session so feel free to follow along and ask me anything.

I will play the devils advocate and say this is not a low dose cycle. Its a common misconception thinking you take a little bit of everyhing you re low dosing when in fact its a moderate amount, thats 850mg a week, nearly a gram of anabolics. If someone was doing 450 test 400 deca would that be called low dosed cycle?

I get into that trap too, little bit of this, little but of that oops i am already at 500mg.

For me, under a gram is a pretty moderate cycle. I've done some pretty heavy duty stuff in the past.

This is of course our opinion, but I really don’t see many guys using any oil actually doing much less than this range - anything under a gram/wk of everything is pretty darn moderate. You also need to look at compounds of course. Someone on 150 test and 250 Tren is pushing the body just as hard or harder as someone on 400 test / 400 deca IMO. 20mg Sdrol is way more gas than 60mg total SARMs, etc.

A first cycle is 500 mg, 850 for someone who has been running gear for over 10 years is rookie numbers. I'm very surprised with how powerful lower doses can be when the carnitine saturation kicks in, even when I was doing my 8 week TRT cruise before bloodwork I was strong and vascular.

I have pretty much every anabolic you can imagine on hand and could just slam a 3 gram cycle and blow up but the goal here is to see what we can get out of a pretty modest cycle when we leverage injectable SARMS and Carnitine to potentiate the stack. As well I'm not lookin' to get much bigger, 240 is already a lot to carry around.

2 hours til back training let's fuckin goooo

Fuckin' killed back today. Pre workout was nothing fancy just a half scoop of some of the new outlift from nutrex (45% off so cheap AF) and 0.3 ml of Albuterol + Yohimbine mix.

Bodyweight pullups:

V Bar pull downs:

Rope Pullovers:

290 x 6, drop set 200 x 12, 120 x 16

Pronated grip pullups:
x8 (4 with spotter help
x8 with spotter help
x8 with spotter help

By the end there those pullups were pathetic, I'm pretty sure my training partner was getting more exercise during my set than I was but that's what happens when you try to tack on bodyweight **** after all those drop sets.

All in all very pleased, super strong in the gym great pumps and I managed to keep up with my training partner who is on a much more aggressive cycle.

I might need a day off tomorrow I'm feeling the inflammation all over my body LOL

Fortunately with the splits that I do I allow for one day off between my leg days and one other optional day off whenever I'm feeling super run down, we will see how I feel in the morning

I keep Outright and Robert Irvine bars in the house as my only "junk" food and I kinda woke up at 3 am and ate one of each, chugged my shake I always make before bed (3 eggs, 2 scoops isolate) but I still woke up hungry and sore. Just gonna work some overtime today and then do some stretching and cardio this evening and call it a day off.

I did get 4 vials of injectable SR9009 finally delivered so I'll be adding that in at 12.5 mg 2x per day (upon waking, afternoon).

I do have some injection videos up on my Discord including one where I am showing how to shoot carnitine in biceps and quads (Pm for the info) and I do reuse pins but only once and only immediately right after a shot IE I won't shoot, throw it in the cabinet and use it again 6 hours later

Have you tried any other injectable aminos or blends? Like Arginine or monster pump?

Officially taking the day off from training, will do a little horizontal hip thrusting with the wife for the intense cardio and ~30m of LISS just to burn some additional calories and get some blood flow going. Off to bed super early as well goal here is to get super charged before delts and traps tomorrow, let's make it happen!

I tried to use a little Pyro and MT2 as a "surprise the wife" stack yesterday. It worked but the first 30 minutes after administration were unpleasant, not sure I would do that again.

Slept like a champ last night, gettin some quality food in so we can smash delts and traps today. As always I train instinctively but I tend to get a little carried away on my shoulder volume, will post the results this evening.

Sure thing I keep the diet pretty similar with minimal cheats as I have a solid ass endomorph metabolism.

Carbs come from oats, rice, cous cous, black beans. Green veggies 2x a day + metamucil, I cycle carbs between 100g and 300g.

Fats low just whatever I get from whole eggs, tuna and tilapia, fish oils, olive oil, chicken and red meat. If I wake up starving sometimes I'll eat a protein bar with omega 6's in it or just eat a spoon of PB.

Protein 250-300g a day from whole eggs and egg whites, chicken, tuna, tilapia, and red meat couple times a week.

I drink some EAAs and whatnot since I can snag them for half off from nutrex but I don't really count any of that towards macros or anything.

Closest thing I get to junk is a protein bar every day or so, I am currently WFH so it's really, really easy to prep food and just stick to the plan.

As you can see here it's a lot of the same food over and over, I do a couple of shakes a day with 3 whole eggs, egg whites, a sploosh of whole milk for flavoring so it doesn't taste like eggs and 1-2 scoops of whey isolate and I'll do 25-50g of carbs from oats with that.

If I'm in a pinch cous cous takes 3 minutes to make, crack open a can of black beans, nuke some frozen veggies and open a tuna packet. Literally 5 minutes and I have a solid ass meal, no effort.

I'll break down today's diet and drug protocol since it's being asked about and it's fresh in my mind:

Upon Waking:

15 MG SR9009 IM upper quads
400 mg Carnitine IM left lat
EAA + Coffee

1 hr later:
Shake: 3 whole eggs, 6-8 ounces of egg whites, 1.5 scoops whey isolate, sploosh of whole milk
25 carbs from oats

3 hrs later:
Rice, black beans, broccoli, tuna

2 hrs later:
More rice, black beans, broccoli and some chicken

Pre training:
Half of a protein bar
1/2 scoop Nutrex Outlift + EAA's
TRT + 15 MG SR9009 IM right delt
400 mg Carnitine right lat + 200 mg carnitine from "The Shredder" (Carnitine + MIC blend + B6 + B12) in quads

I have heard a couple similar reports, aggression, leaning out, strength, lean mass. Not as significant as Tren but similar in effects just milder.
