I was due to compete this year, but the UK has been in lockdown for nearly 10 months now and in that time I've lost 25kg(55lbs). I've been training for over 10 years now, so I'm no newbie.
My question is this,
Should I play the long game and get as many natural gains as I can before jumping on a cycle and compete in 2023, or run a small cycle to gain as much back quickly and compete in 2022?
