Has anyone tried this yet? I've never heard of it until I saw it on another site for sale. It looks interesting.

Went through a jar. The first couple doses felt stimulating, then nothing after. Couldn’t tell any difference between the shoden and my regular sensoril. I won’t be buying again.

Sensoril messes me up. It feels stimulating yet sedating. Haven't tried shoden, but ksm66 feels the fine. I like regular ashwaghanda the best, though

I did Shoden. I've used KSM and Sensoril as well. Shoden is my favorite. Got testosterone checked while on Shoden, and was higher than when not on it. I liked it.

What effect did you get from it?

Good sleep. Total testosterone increase. Does not feel sedating like Sensoril might, but still able to fall asleep pretty easy. Easier time waking up. Gave a bottle to a friend. He stated relaxing and falling asleep at night was noticeably easier. But it didn't seem to sedate or stimulate, in the typical sense of the words.

I’ve never found sensoril sedating and ksm has ZERO impact on cortisol or test from my bloods (metabolic panel as well).

Matter of fact, I take sensoril first thing in the morning (50mg withanolides).

For me, I find Shoden to be calming but when my wife took it, she had a panic attack. She thought it was just a fluke but the three times she took Shoden, she kept having anxiety/panic attacks and she gave up on it.

Oh, I take Notropics Depot Shoden Ashwagandha (35% withanusglides)

yeah it’s weird and hard to describe. It’s like a jittery/sedating feeling. Strain matters with ahswaghands and everyone reacts differently to each type

Initially, I really like the Shoden extract. It seemed to combine all of the positives (and none of the negatives) from KSM-66 and Sensoril. However, eventually it ended up just increasing my anxiety/irritability like every other ashwagandha I've tried. It's definitely worth a try though...especially if you've had positive experiences with other ashwagandha extracts.
