Went through a jar. The first couple doses felt stimulating, then nothing after. Couldn’t tell any difference between the shoden and my regular sensoril. I won’t be buying again.

I did Shoden. I've used KSM and Sensoril as well. Shoden is my favorite. Got testosterone checked while on Shoden, and was higher than when not on it. I liked it.

Good sleep. Total testosterone increase. Does not feel sedating like Sensoril might, but still able to fall asleep pretty easy. Easier time waking up. Gave a bottle to a friend. He stated relaxing and falling asleep at night was noticeably easier. But it didn't seem to sedate or stimulate, in the typical sense of the words.
For me, I find Shoden to be calming but when my wife took it, she had a panic attack. She thought it was just a fluke but the three times she took Shoden, she kept having anxiety/panic attacks and she gave up on it.
Oh, I take Notropics Depot Shoden Ashwagandha (35% withanusglides)
yeah it’s weird and hard to describe. It’s like a jittery/sedating feeling. Strain matters with ahswaghands and everyone reacts differently to each type
Initially, I really like the Shoden extract. It seemed to combine all of the positives (and none of the negatives) from KSM-66 and Sensoril. However, eventually it ended up just increasing my anxiety/irritability like every other ashwagandha I've tried. It's definitely worth a try though...especially if you've had positive experiences with other ashwagandha extracts.
