A friend of mine in Ny makes homemade cashew and almond butters

this is with ghost vegan pancake batter and graham crackers. Flavor is on par with American dream nut butter

Received my 2 tubs of Ghost Sugar Cookie whey and made a shake with ice and Fairlife milk. I don't know, I remember their way being much more flavorful when originally came out. Maybe my tastebuds are "off" today (Ulcerative Colitis sometimes does that to me) or I just had too much ice and milk. Didn't wow me and have a strange aftertaste in my mouth still that won't leave.

When the first OG came out I told you to contact this CS to get the tubs replaced due to a batch issue when the chips were processed causing some tubs to have a faint taste to them. Some tubs were fine some were off (such as yours)

When it comes to protein powder inclusions, you also want to add them in last. If you run them in a ribbon blender for too long, they’ll get broken down and you’ll end up with cookie flour.

Ghost has now perfected that process, thus giving you the powder shown in our second video review below.

With everything updated, Ghost has stepped up in a major way, and did what they do best – innovated in an open, honest, and fully-disclosed way.

If you pick up some samples off the webpage and try it out (before investing in a tub) you should get an improved taste that resembles the cookies to a much better degree.

That Fit Crunch $13 box deal ends 1/28. I'm stocking up on more. I've never seen them that cheap and don't expect the sale coming back anytime soon. I bet the fridge would keep them fresh.

on the treadmill warming up as I type. Going to be my 2nd session with it, yesterday was real nice.
 
Day 2 try of the Ghost Sugar Cookie whey and used it in about 6 ounces of 2% Fairlife so not made into my initial shake with ice and the fat free Fairlife. Honestly was worse than the shake. Only good tasting part was right after finishing it had a bit of a good sugar cookie flavor. The taste while consuming it just was not good. I don't know what to say or think.

Not knocking Ghost as have used and enjoyed their products since they started but not finding this flavor to be a hit.

How is Ghost protein for making sludge? I use MTS which works great. I've been doing the MTS Chocolate Chip Cookie whey and adding in some extra chocolate chips and it makes a really good sludge. The Chips Ahoy Ghost is probably next on my list to try, but wasn't sure if that can be made into a nice sludge like MTS.

As I have DM'd you about before... try buying a few samples before investing in tubs that you know if it suits your preference. Especially with a large whey sale coming up in the near future.

that package is always in front of my door the next day :eek: and honestly I'm never in a rush to

I have the chocolate flavor of this and it’s pretty good, but it has a weird texture when mixing in oats or making sludge. It feels kind of rubbery in your mouth. I got it at the same ridiculous price so I’m not complaining. Just checked and the ingredients of chocolate are slightly different than pound cake.

I use 98% of my protein powder in recipes but I’ll make a shake today and report back

I’ve got a pair of those coming Tuesday as well. Pretty psyched to try them. For the macros/price you can’t beat it even if the flavor is meh. Ansi has had good flavors in the past so I have high hopes
