Thought some of you may get a laugh out what I just did. Sometimes I like to whip up my own preworkout, normally just basic staples, Citrulline, Arginine, Beta Alanine, ect. Thought I’d research some things and try adding something new. Liked the health benefits I was reading on Ashwagandha. Got some and added that to my normal potion (that’s my wife calls it. LOL). For flavor I usually just add a single serving pack of Crystal Light Lemonade and it normally taste fine. The Ashwagandha makes it not so good. It’s weird, it burns your throat a little. Turns your water a brownish color. Today my dumb a$$ is trying to multitask while whipping up my pre. I forgot to put in the lemonade packet! I’m glad nobody was around to see the look on my face when I took a big swig. Nothing like a gulp of battery acid preworkout!
