the whole freaking economy was shutdown...businesses were going under and unemployment only pays half of regular pay.

i didn't like a lot of stuff in that stimulis bill but i am happy those people who really needed help were able to get it[most of them anyways], although i thought $600 bonus unemployment was overly excessive.

The next best thing would be if the poorest got some help as part of that year of taxes...reducing the return by a little.

Helping employers keep people employed is a good thing too which I may be willing to spend some of my return on as well....Given a well thought out plan.

To think that in cities where there were mass protests and then sudden job openings for pushed mail in ballot system without seeing what the real issue is is extremely naive. Id certainly be the first to apply for a vote counting job if I was one of those Dump protestors and if I could throw them all out I would, and I know countless people from my youth that would have absolutely done the same including being a mail carrier in a conservative route and lighting those ballots on fire.
