THERMOAMP REVIEWS

So today I actually got a good sweat in for the first time using this stuff. 1:15 of back, shoulders, and traps. Looked like I jumped into a swimming pool. Glad I took my motorcycle to the gym so I can air dry on the way home.

hope you left the bike outside the gym? :p

I started mine on Monday. Was going to log it, but I'm working straight nights until Nov 3rd, so no gym. Just trying to eat right and survive all of these 12 hour shifts with 1 night off..
Haven't really noticed a difference in body heat, but yeah, the flatulence has the family hating me right now. Lol. I weighed in on Monday. I'll do it each Monday.

the farts stopped for me after around a week--this made my wife VERY happy, lol.

For those with the gas problems, are you taking it with food?

I might have noticed some gas when I took it with food but nothing repulsive, or anything. I typically have been taking it on empty stomach and have had zero gas problems.

i've been taking on empty from jump....had gas for about a week but now clean air, lol.

from reading about ingredients i feel empty stomach is most effective way to dose.

Yeah I definitely noticed a lot of gas (not very stinky) last night after I dosed it with my dinner. But I have never noticed any gas on an empty stomach.

I didn’t notice an excess of gas so much as I noticed the farts smelled like putrid rotting death.

waiting for mine to arrive, then will take 1 cap on empty.

starting tomorrow will be dosing twice daily.

thermoamp beta sold out quickly, i would appreciate some thoughts, reviews here-thanks in advance!!!

it jacks up my stomach regardless of food timing. That said, I definitely get a thermogenic warming after taking it. It’s more noticeable when I take it with my pre-wo which also contains BAIBA which is suggestive of higher doses = better effect. If the stomach/GI issues don’t dissipate with my second bottle, I’ll have to go elsewhere for mitoburn/L-BAIBA. I think doses 750-1000 mg/day are optimal.

do you have a history of GI issues?

Is this product in stock ?

Okay i gotta know how long it is fine to run this product. I can’t say enough good things about it. I did the first bottle at recommended dose but I had to go overseas so the second bottle I ran at a single cap in the morning. It is still overwhelmingly effective even at half dose. Any issues running long term?

I am about half way through my first bottle, I have not lost any weight but I swear I'm leaner !!

@delsolrob has the final word on this, but imo i see no reason it couldn't be ran long term.

There should be no issue running long term!!

That is good news. My take on this supp: I don’t feel like I can gain weight while on it. My work doesn’t allow me to pick and choose what I eat when I am out on the job. Meals are calorie dense and often not on point macro or micro nutrient wise. I maintain a good training regiment but I still feel like I am steadily leaning out even at half dose. Vascularity is increased exponentially. I estimate over the past month I am eating at least 1000 calories over what I eat stateside when I have options. I am still dropping weight and leaning out.

That’s pretty impressive

My wife has started taking it this week stacked with invictus. She has noticed an increase in appetite.

**** ya. I want to try this!

any updates?

The update is our daughter is in town for the holidays and she has made it her main mission in life to make us fat. I will be lucky to come out from this any less than 10lbs over. I don’t think the human body was designed for this amount of restaurant food.

It is that time of year !!

I too get tired of eating so much. I'm done now !

I would dose with food, or at least some fat. Forskolin has very poor water solubility, and therefore poor oral bioavailability. It is, however, lipid soluble. So, I've been taking ThermoAmp about 2.5hrs. before I drink my pre-workout/intra workout drink (hydrolyzed casein protein and highly branched dextrin, + TMG), with a spoonful of almond butter. This should help absorption/bioavailability of the Forskolin (while being enough time to not interfere with the rapid gastric emptying of the peri-workout drink). L-Baiba seems to have a very long half-life, as it can be detected in plazma 24hrs. after administration (so taking it almost 3 hrs. before my workout should pose no issues).

The other issue I would mention is that chronically elevated cAMP levels will initiate a negative feedback loop wherein the body will produce proteins that lower the level of cAMP in order to try and maintain homeostasis. So, I would cycle ThermoAmp; maybe 3 months on, then a break.

Sorry to Rob and everyone for being so slow in getting some observations out there.

So, I've been on ThermoAmp for about 3 weeks now.

1) had some real gastro-intestinal issues for a little while, but they seem to have resolved, for the most part.

2) For the first three weeks I noticed that the thermogenic effects were somewhat inconsistent, but usually kicked in a few hours after my second dose--as if it took the total combined dose of L-Baiba/GP to elicit it. Now, I'm consistently getting get heated up after the second dose.

3) I noticed the usual extra sweat during my training, but it really kicked in, again, at the three week mark.

4) I've purposely overconsumed calories these last three weeks in order to see how effective ThermoAmp would be at keeping fat at bay on a higher calorie diet. I've gained about 3.5 Lbs. in the last three weeks eating everything in sight! I was actually surprised that I didn't gain more. I can see no additional fat gain, but then again 3.5 Lbs. may just not be enough to notice when combined with weight training. Which brings me to my next two points...

5) Gaining weight was easy as not only has ThermoAmp NOT decreased my appetite, it has, I believe, increased it. I remember reading somewhere while researching L-Baiba, that some scientists hypothesized that L-Baiba could potentially increase appetite (and therefore negate any potential weight/fat reduction potential). I don't remember the purposed mechanism of action; however, if L-Baiba mimics many of the metabolic effects of weight training, increased appetite does seem like a reasonable possibility.

6) I also feel both more anabolic and sense a mood elevating effect. Both are likely due to the forskolin, as forskolin is the only natural substance I'm aware of that can increase cAMP levels in the brain. Increased cAMP levels are also going to make anabolic processes more efficient, in addition to the fact that forskolin, under certain circumstances, can increase test levels. These effects are likely to be more pronounced in older lifters (like myself).

I will now cut calories for an additional three weeks to see what ThermoAmp contributes to the fat loss process. After 6 weeks I will add additional L-Baiba to my daily ThermoAmp dose for an additional 6 weeks, in order to bring it to 550mg. L-Baiba per dose (1100mg./day total).

A big shout out to Rob for providing the extra L-Baiba!

My conclusions thus far: I'd actually prefer that Iconic drop the forskolin and increase the L-Baiba. While I believe the forskolin is an excellent addition to this stack, it would be better as a stand alone allowing one to dose independently from the L-Baiba/GP (as forskloin is not an ideal substance to take before training due to its lipid soluble nature). The manufacturer of L-Baiba also recently changed their recommended dose of L-Baiba from 1-2 doses a day @ 250-500mg., to 1-2 doses a day @ 500-750mg.

So, I'd love to see Iconic drop the forskolin and up the L-Baiba to 500mg. cap.

In conclusion, it's just too early to tell how well this will work to amplify fat loss. The next 9 weeks (and especially the last 6 weeks) should tell me a lot. I do see encouraging signs.

P.S. where the hell are all the posters/reviews? I was surprised to see my post from a couple of weeks ago was still the last post in here!

I do believe it does increase appetite.

Nice review. Appreciate the thorough write up.
