I make my pre than take a shower and let it sit in the fridge during that time. There has been no residue if I do it this way or when just thrown into a shaker and given a few shakes. I hate getting all the grit in pres that don’t mix well.

hoist lat pull down
165x10 for 5 sets - this machine hits my back as hard as doing pull ups. Frigin love it

hoist row machine
205x10 5 sets

weighted hyper extension hoist machine
140x8 4 sets

hoist single double Bicep curl
120x8 for 5 sets

dumbells deadlift
100lb dumbells supersetted with shrugs 8 reps and 6 reps for 5 sets

ez curl bar curl
60x10 for 5 sets

dumbells curls
30x10 for 5 sets

threadmill medium incline fast walk pace


was a brutal session, had tons of energy and sweating like no tomorrow. Wound up taking off my shirt and just wearing my wife beater undershirt to finish the last few sets. Forearm pump today was tight and felt great

Leg day today

Knee was bothering me so didn’t go too crazy today. Did mostly abs and all the leg machines -leg extensions, leg curl, Leg press, seated calf raises, good girl and bad girls. Then 12 sets of abs.
walked at a moderate pace on the Threadmill for 15 mins
Then did t miles worth of walking apple picking and corn mazes with the kids.

‘It comes and goes and runs in my family. We are all over 6’4 and some of us at 7’ in my family.

Push day today

Full scoop plus a vl spook 30 mins pre. Pre is still hitting just as hard as the first day. Don’t think you can build much of a tolerance to sizemic surge and I dose it everyday and go to the gym everyday.

warmed up with pec deck and got some nice squeezes in.
Next set was Hammer strength flat and incline bench press - 2 plates per side for 8-10 reps for 5 reps each
dumbells flat bench -80lbs for 10 reps for 5 sets. Last set was like 7 reps I felt shot
Hoist dip machine for 4 sets
Hoist chest fly for 5 sets
My chest was so pumped that my shirt felt so tight lol

Hanmer strength seated ohp - 2 plates per side for 10 reps for 5 sets
cable side raises - 50lbs for 6 sets then leaning at a 45 degree angle doing the same 6 sets again
in between front leg straight bar raises - 6 sets
skull crushers cable - 5 sets
tri push downs with rope for 5 sets

threadmill for 20 mins


overall really solid workout and wish I did more shoulders now as I type this. Next push day I’ll start with shoulders

Taking a rest day today. Woke up feeling like crap coughing, soar throat and chest congestion. Hoping it passes quickly. Got a COVID test just in case I have small kids at home.

Thanks brother hope it’s just a cold and passes. Chest is hurting though which sucks. If anything I’ll do my home gym for a few days.

Sorry for the late update I had two sick kids at home I was taking care of. Still hit the gym and finished another pull day and lower day.
Few notes did a few different things since I have so much extra energy with SS.
On pull day I added in inverted rows - I was flying through the reps like no tomorrow, I need to add these in more often.
Knee was feeling good so I added in hack squats on the hack squat machine again. Forgot how brutal these are and I didn’t even go heavy. Started with a plate per side then went to two plates per side and stayed at that weight. Changed my footing inbetween sets and my quads are actually sore for a change.

Love the Hacks! easy on my old lower back. True: There are all kinds of foot angles you can hit that you can't do with a bar.
One of my favs is the Platz hack squat!

Love the Hacks! easy on my old lower back. True: There are all kinds of foot angles you can hit that you can't do with a bar.
One of my favs is the Platz hack squat!

Ya it’s very easy on the back and knees I love that machine. Im gonna look those up

I like to use low weight and do them slow. I like to go as deep as I can. of course Meadows hams and calves get in the way.
Note: This is an extreme spotter type. feet at the bottom in a V heels almost touching is the key!

I was 16 hours fasted today which I usually never go that long without food but I wasn’t hungry this morning at all. Also I’m weighed in today at 238 and haven’t even changed my diet, I actually had some apple cider donuts this week and some apple pie which is rare for me lately. I do make protein pumpkin pie every 3 days though. I think the alpha y defiantly has something to do with the weight loss

Really god I did because I had a insane shoulder pump and my shoulders felt loose for pressing movements. Been having some mobility problems with my left delt the past week, even sliding a belt loop has been painful but doing pressing move Inga felt fine. Weird

SS fruit punch flavor has been treating me good. So glad I chose that flavor. Still mixes easily and leaves nothing behind.

i brought the kids apple picking and of course grabbed some donuts and apple pie. Can’t believe I limited myself and just cut a small piece and let the kids finish it over the next week. Ever since I started eating all Greg Doucette and Remington James recipes i don’t feel the need to really cheat that often anymore.

taste was bad, but back in the day before stuff got banned taste was secondary, imo.

ABB made solid stuff but never tried those. I miss the old ephedra days - best and easiest cuts I ever did

Yesterday was pull day. Dosed one scoop of SS prior and off to the gym. I had about 45 mins to get it done due too being my wife’s 40th bday and I think if I missed that I wouldn’t be here posting lol.

Flavor is still solid and so is mixabilty. SS goes down so smoothly and not sick of the flavor yet. Energy is still about 90% of what is was when I first tried it. Usually my stim tolerance goes way up but SS says f you I’m still going kick your ass And make up through weights around. Wound up doing 5 back exercises and 3 bicep with 4 sets of each. Really got a solid pump and again my forearms were pumped.
