Hey guys im a month into a dianabol cycle. I bought a bottle of anavar but upon testing it it turned out to be Dianabol. I am taking two tablets per day which are 20 mg tablets of oxandrolone but it's really Dianabol. I highly doubt each tablet contains 20 mg of Dianabol. I am thinking that maybe each tablet contains 10 mg of Dianabol or maybe even five. So far I have gained about 10 lb and I recently got blood work from my doctor. We did a cbc and we checked my kidneys and liver. Everything came back normal except for my ALT. it was slightly elevated at 52 which is to be expected seeing as im on DBOL. Now the issue I have been having is that I have been getting dizzy spells here and there since I've been on the cycle. They come and go pretty quickly but it's a pretty severe bout of vertigo but it literally last only a second or two. I know that this is not only Dianabol that causes this because a couple years ago I used a prohormone and I got the same dizzy spell side effect. I have been checking my blood pressure daily and my last reading was 130 over 70 which is pretty normal for me. Can any of you guys give me any opinions on why I get dizzy spells when I'm on cycle? There doesn't seem to be anything in my lab work that would indicate a problem, my blood pressure is okay and I am also eating frequently so I do not believe it is a blood sugar issue. Opinions well-appreciated please.

Hm, i get those when off everything because my bp is low. I would usually get up, feel weak, walk for a few seconds and then get vertigo.

In your case, hm... it is not due to low bp

And if it was hypoglycemia you would know it as it doesnt get better and you wpuld be on the floor pretty soon, mk677 in conjunction with pwo dextrose foes that for me, but its not traditional "dizziness" but more like general weakness which peaks as me lying on the floor crawling to get some sweets (gets pretty violent if i have pwo dextrose).

Are you experiencing arrhytmia?

I think i got one from clomid, where i would feel a flutter in my chest and get a bit dizzy at the same time. Resolved after i stopped the f@#$@ clomid and hopped back on test.

I do get heart palpitations from time to time but the dizziness is not happening with the palpitations. Also I have been to the cardiologist for my palpitations and had an echocardiogram wore a heart monitor that all of that stuff and it was determined that my palpitations are benign. When I get the dizzy spell I just get it, it does not happen with a heart palpitation

I honestly would stop the cycle. The side effects you're describing are potentially life threatening and I would not risk it to continue with the cycle. Just my 2¢.

I don’t have experience with aas but I’ve seen a few of your post and it seems like you’re having some anxiety about this whole thing. Possibly overthinking? I get A little dizzy when lifting especially on pulls and deadlifts and I’m on nothing hormonal. My hr and bp is always low too. Sometimes the body gets weird sensations is what I tell myself lol. If it’s to the point where you can’t even stand up, then maybe it’s time to worry. My sinus issues usually cause it

Yeah however these side effects happen when ive cycled in the past and my bloodwork and vitals dont show any abnormalities. Sometimes i wonder if its my anxiety

Man haha now i remembered...i get dizzy in the department store at the construction section, especially if you can smell the paint and the lights are bright white leds.

@Punkrocker you have been getting a lot of sides this cycle...perhaps cut out the orals and just use test (perhaps bump it up a bit if you are on a trt dose) with some gh or mk677?

I find that i can use test and mk wihout an sides except feeling pumped and awesome. And people over here KNOW i am sensitive to everything.

So if sth doesnt work out i know i have sth to fall back on.

I would do that but tbh anytime i do a cycle i always get sides. Basically these same ones lol. Also my gains are pretty awesome so i dont wanna stop. The only thing that im watching is my liver enzymes for now. But everything else looks good so far

You get these sides from just bumping the test a bit?

Btw i wouldnt be overly worried about the liver, lipids are my main concern and the reason why i wont use orals. Hell, even on masteron which is supposedly harsh they were in range. I have never seen even remotely satisfying lipid panel from someone using orals.

My guess is its one of 2 things.
1. hypoglycemia. Might want to get a cheap diabetic blood tester and run some tests.
Before eating
After eating 30 min, 1 hr, 2 hr etc.
Then check right when having dizzy spell.

If this is ok then its likely cardiac in which case I would stop straight away. Benign palps or not its not uncommon for men on steroids to have cardiac arrests. PARTICULARLY those with predisposition which it seems you may be one of them.

No muscle is worth dying for.

Speaking of cardiac arrests sir, I remember reading about ypur episode back in the day... distressing just to read about it

Yes, arrhytmia happens with aas users

- electrolyte imbalance (this is the most common cause from what i have been reading)

- overexcitation of the nervous system by high androgens, similar to how some get arrhytmia from caffeine

- changes in the cardiac structure (although this happens to long time users and those with above natural amount of muscle, obviously as heart is a muscle if you have above average muscle mass you could also have above average sized heart)

From what it seems it doesnt sound like hypoglycemia to me as that doesnt get better without eating and you soon feel very bad, breakout in cold sweat and basjcally cant even sit, let alone stand up. It resolves within a minute of eating fast carbs but you can still feel sh1tty for some time after that.

Either way better to stop if it continues. Trt test wont cause cardiac issues anyway so you can always fall back on that.

Or... you may need to experiment and find doses and compounds which dont cause this.

Ive gone to the ER in the past with these symptoms and had EKGS sonigrams etc. Its always been normal. I then went to a cardiologist who gave me an echocardiogram and said my heart is totally structured normal. He told me my palps are normal and only a nuisance. He said im healthy and the only thing he can do for me is give me a beta blocker if they really bother me that much but he advised against it. I even asked him about using gear and he obviously didn't recommend it but he was speaking about long term effects like cholesterol and blood pressure. I dont think ive suffered any minor miocardial infarctions as the ekgs in the past would have caught it. Worn a holter monitor too and everything and also had my electrolytes checked

I used to get that on strong orals like anadrol, m1t, superdrol. Got checked out and never found anything wrong. Felt like going hypo to me so I would always eat something and it went away. Later I found even if I didn’t it still lasted a couple minutes. I seen a possible reason for it long ago and just tried to search to find it. Want to say it had something to do with an aldosterone imbalance but not 100 percent on it. If you are worried then don’t keep going. For me personally I just except it will happen from time to time when I take certain things.

Im pretty sure its not life threatening. Ill stop by an urgent care center later for a quick check up and talk to a doc. But i aint stopping lol. Also these sides arent new. I wonder if it's an estrogen thing

Yah I did in fact have a cardiac arrest in 2012.
Was dead for 7 min.
Lots of potential issues when you are using exogenous hormones.
Horse and cattle steroids.
If you then add non fda approved peptides
Slin
Gh
Stims
Adrenergic agonists
Heavy lifting
Not enough sleep
Dehydration
High bp
Etc etc etc
Its a recipe for disaster. But for some even light cycles can cause arrhythmia.
Uncontrolled it can be a real problem.

I agree just a lack of electrolytes and dehydration alone can do it.
For the first couple of years after my cardiac arrest I would have small arrhythmias when dehydrated or electrolytes got too low.

Hasn't happened in a long time now and I'm stable.
I have also been on trt for 15 years and if anything I think its positive
But there is a massive difference between 150 ton300mg cyp and the above mentioned items.

Ok so i took your advice and stopped at an urgent care clinic. What a nightmare. The guy gives me an EKG and finds an "abnormality" in my heart rhythym. (Repolarization). He tells me to go to the ER. i go to the ER and the doc looks at my EKG and says that my repolarization is completely benign and then compares my EKG to previous ones ive had in the past and my heart rhythym is exactly the same. They also did some blood work and my ALT was 71 which is high. As far as my heart goes im fine in that department according to the doc but he doesnt like my elevated liver enzyme but thats expected when im on dbol. Im in my 5th week and im running 500mg TUDCA and 600 NAC. anything else i can do for the liver?

Was it "shortened or early repolarization" ?

I believe it was early repolarization
Are you on trt and are you routinely using over 100mg test a week which has you at high normal levels ?

And are you able to come off or on trt 4 life?

Yes im on trt. My regular dose is 200mg weekly which has my total test right around 1000 give or take. Right now im on 250 plus the dbol to gain excess weight. According to the doc my heartbeat has had early repolarization for years and aparently for me thats benign.

High test levels wre associated with early repolsrization, so keeping them high all the time sure is.

I also had this when i was on test for some time.

I feel like trying to have levels closer to 500 rather than a 1000 is more rrasonable if ypu want to optimize cardiac health. You want to mimic normal, average natural levels.

But that is just me, i would rather use lowest possible dose that keeps me normal-average and then blast 1 or 2 times a year briefly to be a superman when i want to haha while feeling completely normal and average most of the time. I love to be on 150mg plus a week and feel like i did when i was 15, 16 but i know that it isnt reasonable.

But of course dont think i am suggesting anything, this is just my viewpoint, you and your doctor need to decide what is best for you.

Back in 2017 when i started getting severe heart palipitations i got all kinds of tests done. Multiple holters, ekgs, echocardiogram and i saw a cardiologist. At the time in my reports they saw that i had early repolarization but never said anything to me because according to them mine is not the dangerous kind. When the doctor at the ER compared my ekg yesterday to the ekg from 3 years ago it was exactly the same. Also my doctor who overlooks my testosterone therapy reviewed my echocardiogram and told me everything looked great. The only reason this doctor at the urgent care said something about the early repolarization is because he never saw my previous charts and technically it can be an abnormal rhythym but not always. Yesterday the ER doctor assured me its ok and none of my other docs including the trt doc ever suggested that my trt is causing an issue. Currently im on 250mg test and dianabol and my heart rhythym is the same as it was 3 years ago when i wasnt on any cycle so i suppose thats ok right?

Like i said, you should be fine following your doctors advice.

I PERSONALLY think its better to use a lower trt dose BUT i am a layman.

I think it’s anxiety cause your heart is normal. It’s not cardiac-tic. i use a beta blocker atanolol. It supposed to help with heart issues and it’s good at preventing heart issues. It helps BP too. It also help anxiety

I just wanted to say this since i remembered, it happened about a year ago, i had already stopped my cycle.

But it was about 5 days post my 2nd blood donation which was too close to my 1dt and i overdid it big time. I started feeling weak afterwards but anyway this is what happened.

I was at the gym and went really hard. I was doing supersets, going to lateral raises after rows.

I remember going really intense on the rows and also on the laterals (which were a superset) and as i set my weights down i popped into arrhytmia. Those were pvc's but they happened like 5 times in a row straight! I didnt get dizzy but it felt as if it was harder to catch my breath. I pushed myself and my heartrate too high.

As far as i know, it was Non Sustained Ventricular Tachycardia.

I was scared so i went really light for the rest of the workout.

This has never happened to me while i was on cycle and i would go even harder than that. But, my hematocrit and therefore oxygen delivery was much better on cycle,

I guess the blood donations were the culprit as i started looking pale and felt general weakness shortly afterward. I started supplementing liquid iron and in about 2 weeks i started feeling better.

My reasoning is that the heart must have struggled to keep up with the oxygen demand and since i reduced my blood's oxygen carrying capability, heart tried to work harder and it probably reached its limits.

But, i just wanted to share how things you would never think could cause arrhytmia (blood donation) in fact can create environments that make one susceptible to one.

That's very interesting. I have not donated blood in almost 1 year now. My hematocrit is a nice robust 49% haha
