She is doing great, egg sales are up and with the up coming beef shortage they are sitting pretty. She's a great kid with a good attitude. It's great to be proud of your kids. Thanks for asking !!

I wish she lived close...a family my wife and I know decided to go half on a cow from a local farmer, I bought another deep freezer and now have 2 deep freezers and my refrigerator full of beef chicken plus duck and venison my son in law harvested last winter...

really glad to hear she is doing well, congrats on the great parenting job!!!!

family 1st!!!

If you are looking for a Green's product that does not taste ground up leaves, this is it. It does not taste great buts its not bad either. The best I have had. Thank you to @The Solution for sending me this to sample !!
 
Primeval Labs has a new Greens and its not bad. As you chug it, it has a sweet taste. the after taste is slightly grassy tasting but very light.

I got these two bottles of Iconic Formulations Alpha Seven to try out. My libido the last few months has not been good, performance is ok, just no desire for sex. My thinking is a good dose of DHEA my give me the boost I need. @thebigt thought I should give this a try and @delsolrob was nice enough to make some available to me.

I will give a few update a week here as time progresses.

I started yesteday with 2 pumps and increased it to 3 today, the bottle says 3-4 pumps but TheBigT mentioned he was using 6 so I will ask @thebigt and @delsolrob, How Many Pumps should I use.

Day 2 and I can't tell any effects yet, but I will say it rubs on smooth, no smell and dries quickly. I had a bad skin reaction a few years back to a transdermal, but no ill effects so far.

You can use what you want, but the dose we put together is based on 6 pumps.

6 pumps is equal to 200mg androsterone + 50mg 7-keto
 
I will work my way up to 6 pumps adding 1 pump a day !!

good deal, but to clarify I haven't started my alpha seven yet, saving it for after my run of icon one...I was basing androsterone results on the transdermal alpha gainz androsterone that I have ran many times...

as to the skin reaction, iconogenin/icon one/alpha seven are the white lotion and for me the white lotion is MUCH MILDER on skin. I don't see you having any skin issues with alpha seven.

I think you will find this white lotion very mild on skin, I've done a ton of transdermals and this is mildest I've ever used.

I am up to six pumps this morning, nothing to report yet. I will say I had a Great Workout this morning with a Bicep pump that almost hurt. (OK it did hurt) If you would like to try a good Bi Routine here you go. Grab a light barbell or curl bar (I used 30lbs) lean back of an incline bench (facing up) do 10 reps, stand up straight (no rest) 10 more reps. lean forward (no rest) like a concentration curl, 10 more reps. For me the last 5 reps hurt do to the pump. Give it a try.

give it 3 days at 6 pumps and you should be ready to show the missus a good time!!!

Well I do believe I am starting to feel the effects, feeling a bit frisky, wife ask me why I was in such a good mood.

I forgot to to post this last week, this was at the start I was 195lbs @ 5'5" currently I am up about 20 over where I look my best, so I really need to get my diet in check.

No more real progress to report, no skin irritation, Libido up a wee little bit, mood seams better.
