Anyone worried if Corona virus keeps spreading the gyms will shut down?

Im sorry, but when hasn't this been political?

Hey, if admin is ok with it.. .someone got spanked for making it political out of the politics area.
You'll be fine of course I'm sure.

I'll keep my political opinion elsewhere moving forward, but I'll take the WHO over him any day of the week.
He actually suggested disinfectant and people did that and have harmed themselves. He's liable for that.
This is the horse you're backing then?

that's total BS and you know it is. I watched it myself in context. he was referring to UV disinfectant, and if there was a way to possibly get it into the inside of the body while talking with the HHS expert who gave a lecture on UV light and how its killing covid.

there is a good reason Trump pulled money from the WHU.. I mean the WHO.....

LOL, come on bro, your kidding yourself now. He clearly spoke about UV and then moved onto disinfectant.

besides, why would be subsequently claim his disinfectant comment was sarcastic but that using it on the hands would work......

unless your now claiming the media edited the video and changed the words he actually said your losing the plot brother. Legitimately I’m actually getting worried for you. Companies that produce disinfectant have all come out and said that it shouldn’t be ingested on the back of it.......We are killing our selves laughing at it in the UK, we have no skin in your political gain but fact is fact. The dude stood there and suggested that maybe injecting disinfectant could work ffs 😂

80% of them probably already had it and have antibodies.

all you have are political opinions, it's where you live...it's a wonder your head doesn't explode from your hatred of trump. don't say it's because of anything new, you have been a trump hater since day one!!!

  1. Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation

Ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI) is a disinfection method that uses short-wavelength ultraviolet (ultraviolet C or UVC) light to kill or inactivate microorganisms by destroying nucleic acids and disrupting their DNA, leaving them unable to perform vital cellular functions. UVGI is used in a variety of applications, such as food, air, and water purification.

So if, as you claim, non-COVID patients were being listed as COVID, then that would actually LOWER death rates, as these people aren’t likely to die, but still get counted as COVID cases. This is in stark contrast to your claims that they want to declare all deaths COVID deaths to drive up the death rate. You want to have your cake and eat it too...

Edit: and even the guy you THINK is saying something said “Jensen, however, added that he thinks the overall number of COVID-19 cases have been undercounted based on limitations in the number of tests available.”

So the conclusions your drawing are, as always, still invalid...

Edit 2: and Jensen is a politician first and foremost, and has no actual concrete proof or evidence behind his claims; it’s pure speculation. You act as if he has some smoking gun evidence behind his claims, but there is none.

Literally everything you post is, at the least, misleading, and at the worst, flat out incorrect. At least this one is only the former of the two...

again, listen to he actually said and then what he said when he claimed he was being sarcastic....... just because there is a UV treatment termed disinfectant that does not mean trump had any clue it existed. He was clearly talking about a dettol type disinfectant bro....... the fact that a president needs his followers to run around trying to justify his dumb ass comments and make excuses for him is worrying.

So there's a nuclear power plant I've worked outtages at several times over the past 10 years. They have been randomly giving covid tests ( used to be random drug tests lol )
Anyway, tons of ppl are testing positive but are all asymptomatic or whatever the word is, no symptoms. I wished I was working this outtage. There about to start giving a option to live on site till the job ends. Work 12 hours a day, get paid for 16. Every day after 8 hrs is time and a half, Saturday is time in a half all day and Sunday is double time all day. I could have been making 5k a week

What’s the best needle size for bleach injections? Asking for a friend.

It’s orally bioavailable.
No need to inject!
Also rub it all over!
It’s a topical too. (BONUS!)

When used in conjunction with Lysol, and Tide Pods (Suppository)
You'll have all your self-poisoning bases covered!

Ive watched it several times now. and it does appear like you said, but if you watched the entire presser, its all they were talking about so to me it made sense. watching it back it does seem like he was spitballing and got off track a little. nonetheless. that man has stood up there day in and day out WITH OUT a script. He talks like ordinary people and that makes him dumb? no it makes him loved by the people. Can you even imagine if Biden was up there?? go ahead and hate the man all you want but he produced the best economy in my lifetime and possibly of all time. Has done primarily what he said he would and does a pretty damn good job with the press. and that, be is as it may, effects the worlds economy. effects you me and everyone in between.

several farmers in my area have been advertising selling their livestock to individuals, and a friend of my wife and I went in half on a cow. we found a butcher shop that agreed to butcher it for a set price...we now have a deep freezer full of beef.

just one advantage of living in a small city close to farms.

A lot of my far-right fringe buddies are passing around the video of the two california docs saying that coronavirus has a lower mortality than the common flu. And now their video got taken down... GASP... a conspiracy. So I did some reading and found that these two docs may be fine urgent care doctors but they suck at statistics and math!!

See link here for their statistical and sampling errors, and flawed methodology from the start (caught deliberately adjusting numbers UP to increase total numbers)

Biggest error I found was that the particular test they used had a false positive error of up to 1.7%. And their testing only came up with raw data of 1.5% positives for the antibody. So it is even statistically possible (though unlikely) that the two docs had ZERO (0) actual cases of antibodies found since the chance of false positives is actually larger than their recorded results. Doh!!

Turns out their video was taken down because it was misleading to the point of dangerous to any dummies who might actually believe it and further spread the coronavirus. It was so bad that the American College of Emergency Professionals and the American Academy of Emergency Medicine issued this joint public statement on 4/27/20:

The American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) and the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) jointly and emphatically condemn the recent opinions released by Dr. Daniel Erickson and Dr. Artin Massihi. These reckless and untested musings do not speak for medical societies and are inconsistent with current science and epidemiology regarding COVID-19. As owners of local urgent care clinics, it appears these two individuals are releasing biased, non-peer reviewed data to advance their personal financial interests without regard for the public’s health.

COVID-19 misinformation is widespread and dangerous. Members of ACEP and AAEM are first-hand witnesses to the human toll that COVID-19 is taking on our communities. ACEP and AAEM strongly advise against using any statements of Drs. Erickson and Massihi as a basis for policy and decision making.

Unless someone here STILL believes the medical genius of that CA doctor youtube video, it can probably be sh1tcanned now.

When you say video was taken out because it would be extremely dangerous for dummies who would believe it... you wouldn’t be talking about 2-3 guys here in particular would you? Sweet Jesus now things make sense

is this a joke?? you post an opinion piece with twitter links as sources? GTFO of here with that BS.

Its too bad your such a phaggot you cant call me out by name. I used to like U. now I think your a liberal drone. You have nothing to say to me so STFU.

Wrong D'amn thread! (My bad)
So unpatriotic. I hope you stay hiding in your house while real men go back to work.

Holy hell; pot meet kettle. You’ve posted so many objectively incorrect and easily disproven piles of refuse masquerading as “articles” that you having the audacity to call anything anyone else posts “BS” is astounding. It’d be almost impressive if it wasn’t so sad.

Ripper - I like a good conspiracy as much as the next guy. Heck, I am even on board with the video of the white house press room and the reporters slip about a "vaccine".

But the storyline has to at least make sense and they need to use good numbers and math. Its got to be SORT of believable. If these two 'urgent care' docs had discovered some real meaningful data, they would have published it in a medical journal, not via youtube. And they would not have worn costumes. Yeah, scrubs are costumes to try and look more professionally medical. Because they could have dressed in regular clothes and shared the same bogus story and math. Costumes are a dead giveaway for crap science! And they have a clear motive to falsify and exaggerate the numbers because their business is suffering and they want to see it opened back up. So they played dress up and fudged some numbers.

That link I provided didn't just quote twitter comments as backup, it had real math and statistical analysis to show how flawed the two docs were in their study. You obviously didn't read the whole page. Like only testing people who thought they were sick (not a legit random sampling), and finding only 1.5% with the antibody blood test but THEN choosing to inflate the numbers with a zipcode adjustment to 2.8%. Then they adjusted the data again (only one direction) to account for inaccuracies in the antibody test, pumping the new percent up to 4.16%. But that is NOT the number of tests they took that actually came back positive. And the margin of error in their test for false positives was actually larger than the total number of positive results they found!!

I could even give you a link from a prepper site that destroys the so-called 'data' behind the two CA doc's video. Your own people! Even the far right preppers think your beliefs are misguided to the point of dangerous.

If the coronavirus was no more dangerous than the flu as claimed, how did NYC already surpass the annual flu fatality percent... in just 6 weeks of corona?? I know, I know... don't bother.... you have another youtube video of costumed heroes to explain how dark forces and the cabal are hiding pedophile bodies in a pizzaria to alter the death counts to take Trump down. LOL

Seriously, don't you THINK that Trump wants to open up the economy more than anyone, as fast as possible??? If Trump was on board with the shutdown it was because the alternative was far far worse than the flu.

why the hell aren't essential stores like Walmart and krogers that are allowed to stay open when most other stores have been forced to close---enforcing MANDATORY masks as requirement to enter store????

they are talking about limited opening of businesses that were forced to shut down, one of the requirements will be masks---why in the hell are they doing this now, and didn't do this from the start...morons!!!

I heard Costco is requiring shoppers to wear masks?

Im sure people don't want to hear this but I don't expect everything to return to normal until 2022. We completely failed shutting the country down when it needed to happen. Would have taken 2 weeks. Because of inaction and America's ignorance we will reopen, see a dramatic increase in infections, lock down again, repeat. Expect to be quarantined for the long term. I dont see gyms opening anytime in the near future

I now know, but it hasn’t started yet. Looks like it’ll start Monday:

can you explain to me why medical professionals weren't recommending masks being worn by general population 2 months ago?...

those geniuses knew at least 10 years ago that wearing masks prevents spread of viruses like cold and flu-everyone who has been in a doctors office in last 10 years has seen the writing on front entrance telling everyone with cold/flu/coughing/sneezing to wear a mask-they even provided the masks....!!!!

those same geniuses were even saying masks weren't necessary 2 months ago. now all of a sudden they are telling everyone they should wear a mask????

medical experts have a lot to answer for, imo!!!

I think everyone knew we didn't have enough masks for both the civilian population and the medical professionals on the front lines. So they downplayed the civilian need to keep more supply available for first responders and doctors.

What more could they do in a global shortage ??

they are now recommending wearing bandana or other cloth over face if no mask...why didn't they do this 2 months ago? they even went so far as to say masks weren't necessary even if you had one-

there is no excuse!!!!

one further rebuttal...it is common knowledge that cloth masks available to general public have little to no use as ppe for those on the frontlines. what those masks could have done is prevent the spread of the virus from those who were infected, many times without even knowing-to those not infected.

from the reports and statements I saw there seemed to be some confusion early on as to whether masks did or didn’t make a difference with corona. Certainly the UK Gov came out saying there didn’t make a difference early but have now changed their tune and will make people wear them.

I think a lot of the reasoning was that it’s absorbed through the eyes as well as mouth and nose so a mask doesn’t stop you catching it. It does appear it stops you spreading it,

honestly it seems foolish not to suggest everyone cover up their nose and mouth from the off. I get the argument about lack of ppe but whether it’s effective or not using a scarf or similar has no downside and a possible upside......

like I said, doctors offices and hospitals have been saying to wear a mask if you have cough/sneezing/cold or flu for at least 10 years now, so they were fully aware that covering mouth and nose prevents spread of disease.

the was no legitimate reason not to recommend wearing face covering from the jump, imo.

Lol, what we are doing now is undoubtedly not sustainable long-term in the name of preventing climate change.

Sustainable? no. I wish.
But how fantastic is it? Venice canals are clearing up an dolphins et other wild life are visible in numbers.
Elsewhere wildlife is coming to areas they avoided... it's pretty amazing.

Look at the skies!
I've never seen such clear blue skies, or dark and clear nights for the stars.
You live in Florida. What do you think?

I live in Florida on the beach and I’m not allowed to go in the water...

Okay guys, I think we can all agree on one thing.

WTF at people who wear their masks in their car with just them inside 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
I’ve witnessed this 10 times 🤦‍♂️

If this is the locknown lifestyle that goes with the Paris climate change master plan, I think I'll pass...
not to mention the economic disaster that is coming....a trillion here a trillion there the government can't continue printing money like this forever.

personally I would rather see people wearing masks in cars, than seeing groups of punks just hanging out in Walmart NOT wearing masks!!!
