First log ever ran here at anabolic minds so suggestions are welcome if I’ve left anything out. I will be running a log of these supplements to loose body fat. I have about 20lbs to loose. I will be using my body scanner to analyze results. I’m hopefully going to post 2-3 times a week. I consider myself skinny fat so maybe this will be beneficial for others in that area.

Stats:
Height:5ft 9 in
Age:27
Weight:183.3
BF%:24.6
Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

Training: Cardio is fasted
Cardio: running/hiking 4-5 times a week
Body weight training: no weights due to quarantine

Supplements:
Orange Triad
Fish Oil
True shred- 2 caps twice daily
Invictus- .5ml twice daily(half dosed if joint pain)
V11-KT- 1ml twice daily

Definitely in on this!

Started today first post updated with starting stats.
The IL products did cause redness when applying but no irritation.
Trail ran 4 miles this morning. Feel good and motivated calories are around 1800 a day depending on how I feel maybe i will increase to 2000.

if you are running 4 miles, I would highly suggest increasing cals!!!

Should I increase on my running days only? Also would it be most beneficial to do about 1g protein per lb of body weight? I’m currently about .7-.8 per lb

if you are running 4 miles 5 times a week definitely up cals, get as much protein as you can from whole foods. protein shakes are a good way to get protein in, but I try to limit to 1 per day.

keep running!!!

Should I take trueshred on an empty stomach or with food? Also what should I expect from taking it? Muscle fullness hardness?

In to see how much you like the products.

I would take about 30 min to an hour before a meal and take twice daily spaced about 8 hours apart if possible. A lot of the logs on here show increased vascularity and shredding around the mid section.

What app is that to scan your body ???
It’s called nak3d scanner.
Today went good same with yesterday. Aside from headache.
pull ups, push ups, dips, sit ups to failure
3 sets 30 secs rest
3 mile trail run

I am noticing some acne starting to form under the the skin in the upper back annoying not sure what product it is from. I do not suffer from acne in fact I hardly get it at all.
I did have a massive headache all day yesterday. I try to keep water intake to about a gallon yesterday was more like a half gallon. Honestly it may be too soon to tell but I feel like I can see a difference already tomorrow I’ll update with a new scan.
I increased calories on run days to 2300 and on off days I am 1800.
Only issue of concern right now is how recurring will the headaches be and how much acne I’m going to get.

Ran 3 miles
No recent headaches
I feel good just a little tired probably due to low calories.
issue:
Im not hungry like at all I can hardly finish a 10oz meal. Getting in calories is a chore and is very difficult. Is this to be expected?

maybe it's the true shred...I ran it a few years ago and remember some appetite suppression.

subbed!
Excited to see your transformation!

Rock climbed outside Saturday. Trail ran again today. 3 miles. I’m keeping my strength despite me eating less and not being hungry. I’m having trouble sleeping though. I wonder if it’s because if trueshred I take my last dose usually 6-7pm along with my IL at around 6-7Pm

Here’s an update running still 3-4 times a week. Pull ups push ups sit ups dips to failure 2 times a week. Headaches are gone, acne gone, Girlfriend gone :P Eating steady 2k calories

This is awesome. To bad these systems are like $1500

@fauzool man, you sound really happy girlfriend is gone?
It’s one of those I am but I’m not. Clearly just not going to work out in the future so best to rip the bandaid now than later.

I've been married for many years now...but I still remember those days, lol.

I’ve been so busy lately with everything going on I havnt been posting. I have a week left. It’s been good so far. Definitely lost weight but just not as much as I expected. I’ll post a completely updated and review when I finish in about a week!

Curious to know what you think contributed to not meeting your expectations. Diet, workout, training?
