People need to just stop driving to work, or perhaps limit the speed limit to 5mph. Cars are dangerous projectiles, they not only kill other drivers but innocent pedestrians including children. You do like children do you? Or maybe not? Or your ok with someone driving over slow walking grandma?

And Im not belittling the virus, Im just trying to put this into perceptive as I sense an extreme over-reaction and solution to the situation.

Its really ridicous if you ask me, you dont solve a crisis by creating another artificial one. Many more people will potentially die from these horrific policies especially if the system totally breaks.

Come on man; the curve of auto accidents is not even remotely similar to this virus if it was left unchecked. Either you’re being disingenuous, or you have a fundamental misunderstanding of basic statistical analysis...

My point is that, yes, we can’t have INDEFINITE lockdown forever until we have a vaccine, but if we are able to PREPARE better before opening up, or before opening fully, that’s great. Every day we learn more about the virus, how to best treat it, what medicines to use, what not to use, we get more equipment, ventilators, etc. Nothing that major/new is going to happen with improvements in preventing or treating car accidents in the coming months, so suggesting drastic changes/restrictions to driving is not directly comparable, as it’s unlikely we’ll have major ways to treat/prevent them any time soon.

You CAN make arguments about when to start reopening things, and economic impact, etc. WITHOUT making asinine and irrelevant and misleading comparisons.

They contributed to it, Chinese Nationals around the country were buying up entire store stocks here in the US before it became a hotwire and regulated and shipping them all back to China. Store owners had no clue as to what was going on at the time.

Not necessarily a "CCP" thing, but rather a Chinese National thing. There was alot of money to be made with exporting business with N95 masks prior to the price gauging domestically, but the short supply had a serious effect. As to how much? I have no idea Im unure these numbers can ever be compiled.

-We are likely to be able to significantly improve outcomes for people with COVID in the near future; this is NOT the case with car accidents; we are not weeks/months away from new treatments that could significantly improve patient outcomes

In short, car accidents are inevitable, and will likely be such for a LONG, LONG time. Years, decades, etc. Our ability to prevent and treat them is not likely to drastically improve in the coming months, while our ability to prevent, or at least better treat, COVID will. So limiting the spread of COVID until then is at least arguably the best idea, while there is NO argument that stopping car travel to prevent car crashes is a good idea. Apples and oranges man...

I don't deny China doing any of the stuff you say. They probably DID.
But if pointing out Chinese actions is fine, then pointing out Jewish actions should be fine too.

Tell me, who has a bigger political lobby in the US, Jews.Israel or China? AIPAC is the largest $$$$ lobby in the US. I don't know of any ethnic Chinese on SCOTUS, in the Fed Reserve, court system, the White House, bureaucracy, Senate or Congress. I do know of quite a few Jews that are though. Big $$$ donors like Adelman and Singer aren't ethnically Chinese, are they?

You will see more people saved from everything else than Covid due to social distancing, just stop. Then you will see more people dying from trying to save people from Covid from these horrific policies but thats another story.

Nobody at that time really knew what was going on when it became a crisis in China.

Im not saying "China" did it, but Chinese Nationals who operate export business. There is a ton of money to be made exporting high quality foreign products to China, and the N95 masks was a significant opportunity.

The only people guilty here are those who actually do it, it has nothing to do with a race or government.

The biggest political lobby in the US is "green." So follow the money, there are people in Isreal who happen to be Jewish which has nothing to do with the race, there are people in China who happen to be Chinese which has nothing to do with race, there are Saudi's who happen to be arab which has nothing to do with race, etc....who use money as soft power to influence public policy here in the USA.

Saying Jewish people as a blanket statement is total racism. Its like blaming white people for slavery, when it was really select white people when other white people wanted to end it.

No matter how long we keep people from driving for, as soon as we "return to normal," car accidents and their death rate will return to normal, or what it was/is. We can keep people from driving for TEN YEARS; the day we return to normal, car crash rates and their death rate will be what they would be if we returned to normal TODAY.

If we return to normal now, COVID death rates will increase relative to if we wait to return to normal until we are better able to prevent and/or treat it. Better knowledge of the virus, how to treat it, and new medications are on the way. That is NOT the case with car accidents you dolt...

Just like we need medicine before we can turn back to normal we can save countless more lives by reducing the speed limit to 10mph nationally.

We can knock off 2 in 1.

No, again that is not accurate. Reducing the speed limit to 10mph would make 99% of work transits unfeasible PERMANENTLY. These harsh restrictions for COVID are TEMPORARY, and we WILL be able to return to normal in some period of time. We will be able to drastically reduce the dangers of COVID in a “business as usual” society in some period of time. We will NOT be able to drastically reduce car accidents in a “business as usual” society.

Say we limit cars to 10 mph for 3 months. Yes, we reduce deaths during THAT TIME, but things return to normal (pre-limit) rate the day we go back to normal.

Individual interests overlap with ethnic interests. When enough members of a group realize this (like basically everyone OTHER than Whites still do), they can and do pursue collective action with the implicit (and sometimes explicit) understanding that it will benefit both their group and themselves personally.
An individual's loyalties and motivation ARE relevant.

Define corruption. Groups that pursue their own interest, even and especially to the detriment of others might be viewed as corrupt, but so can groups that sell out their own members for money and blackmail and ultimately serve other groups.

If you think Jews don't have an ethnic interest that they pursue, and are fully aware of, then explain all the Jewish organizations that explicitly Jewish interests.

Im all for fighting Covid, I really am but working is essential too, and your (well not you, these policies) are destroying the lives far more than limiting the luxury of having a speed limit over 10mph ever will.

Im not denying if it exists or not, I just think your wording is extremely flawed. Nepotism exists in individuals who choose to partake in it, it is not representative at all of the actual race.

Im 100% pure blood Sicilian and I dont give a living krap about other Sicilians when it comes to trust. That has to be earned as an individual as well as easily lost and is 100000% completely independent of what race someone was born in.

Now if you were to say Sicilians trust each other based on race/ethnicity as a blanket statement on my race, I can confirm with you with absolute certainty because I truly dont give a crap if I and someone else happened to come from the same minority race with an endangered native language.

I’m genuinely interested in how two people who call dems sheep but then are nothing but the same breed of sheep walking in the opposite direction will respond to this. Not inherently or necessarily. I was raised Jewish (Jew-ish), and no one in my family, immediate or extended, has ever expressed ANY ethnic interests, nor based decisions on ethnic interests. We have/had ZERO "collective ethnic action," either implicitly or explicitly. There's a few useless n=1 anecdotes that you seem to love. The only "ethnic interest" I would have as a Jew would be ensuring I'm not being actively discriminated against or targeted in crimes, which I have never felt like I have been, so I have have had no need to pursue some silly "ethnic agenda."

You do know there are organizations with explicit interests for EVERY SINGLE GROUP ON EARTH. There's Jewish groups, Catholic groups, Protestant Groups, Muslim groups, Irish groups, Italian groups, African American groups, Native American groups, etc. SOME members of a given group may have ethnic interests, but suggesting that EVERY single individual belonging to a given race/ethnicity/etc. will ALWAYS base ALL of their actions on some ethnic goals is asinine. Just because Jewish interest groups EXIST doesn't mean all Jews belong to them, or even agree with them.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I think we should keep lockdown INDEFINITELY. I'm just pointing out that your comparisons aren't good. There are negatives with keeping things shut down, that is very true, and it will have terrible economic impacts the longer it goes on, and that will lead to lost lives as well. I am not claiming otherwise. There is an argument to be made there, and you are not wrong for making it. I'm not even weighing in on what we should do; only pointing out that you have better arguments to make regarding this mess than talking about "cAr cRAsHeS kILl MOrE pEOplE."

Yup. I was raised Jewish, and I don't treat anyone any differently if they're a Jew, Christian, Muslim, Athiest, etc. And I really don't think I've even ever gotten preferential treatment from other Jews in my life, so there goes that theory of his.

Wow....minute 55 reporter told that Dump is watching the Press Conference and is tweeting that the Governor should be doing "more time doing and less time complaining," and King Cumho masterfully rips Dump apart to shreds. He picks him apart little by little and gets deeper and deeper.

This is a good study and being a successful politician, it doesnt get much better than this.

If His Majesty King Cumho takes Biden's place in the Debates against Dump, Cumho will destroy him, and I cant stand Cumho.

On the Wednesday night broadcast of his program The McFiles, host Chris McDonald and a guest identified as L.T. of the YouTube channel “And We Know” discussed an interesting theory regarding President Donald Trump’s famed 2017 “Covfefe” tweet, and their discussion has QAnon theory written all over it, Right Wing Watch notes in its own tweet.

McDonald expressed all sorts of enthusiasm during the discussion, emphatically saying “yes” whenever L. touched on a point he agreed with. L.T. alleged that Covfefe somehow translates into COVID-19 without providing any credible evidence, telling McDonald:

“[QAnon] is a group of very intelligent folks that gathered together, I believe most of them were military, and they worked directly with the president and they’re communicating in a code that I could never even dream of using. ‘Covfefe’ was said by the President of the United States and his folks that were around him in a video when he first became the president. … Well then come to find out that COVID-19, when you break it down, is ‘Covfefe.’ So they were already sending a signal down range to the evil ones: ‘we know what’s going on.'”
