Difference. I havent even been on the scale because Ive taken some time to learn a bit about myself and realize that Im driven by the wrong things at times. If I get on the scale and see improvement..I push harder..if I dont see it I slack off. Therefore itll be a while before I get on one. Besides, I could care less about the number as long as I look and feel better. So heres to my arm day today, one that left me shaking towards the end. Which could also be from drinking psychotic pre workout on an empty stomach!
