Brite caps & BMP how to...

Started a stack of these a few days ago.

I’m finding that quickly after taking I’m rushing to the bathroom! Any tips on how to minimise this? (apart from stop taking!!)

Not sure if it’s the forskolin or something in BMP...

I tried only taking 1 Brite cap pre workout but this had no benefits!

Any advice welcome

I had the same issue. Just discontinued the Brite caps after my second bottle and everything returned to standard working order. I thought it was the forskolin myself, but I have taken it at the 95% and 20% concentrations and this caused way more water retention than either of those (it was gross and uncomfortable). I'm interested if some synergistic effect was responsible. Won't know until I take them solo.

Common side effect is water buildup in the anal cavity. It was like a daily enema . It got to be a hassel to work around for the gym let alone going through the day.

As others discontinue the Brite caps for now and you should be fine. Try them again in a couple of weeks. They did not agree with me.

I've noticed this similar effect (having been already running BMP, DCP and brite liquid as well as caps) then cracked open a bottle of Brite picked up from DPS and then boom, been affected like that. Wondering if this certain batch got a higher mix in of something.

We've only done one batch of the BRITE caps. I'm working on some changes to the formula, since one of the ingredients was next to impossible to find (plus adding in my absorption enhancement knowledge.)
