Cyanidin 3-glucoside (C3G)

I’m a big believer in GDAs, but have never tried this one. Does anyone have any feedback? It’s really expensive, but if it’s substantially better than the rest on the market, I would give it a shot the next time I’m off keto.

I'm not aware of any strong GDA effects.
Research shows that it is good for health and longevity thou.

Biotest has a good product but the price is insane. I’m about finished with one bottle and it is a great GDA. Muscles feel very full like I’m on a blast of gear. You can buy black bean extract at a reasonable price but you are looking at taking a lot of capsules to get the high dose of C3G. I don’t think most need to take the full 600mg but many will need at least 300 to get any effects and that will run you $65 for one month.

Yeah; crazy price.

Check primeval labs primalog. Lower dose CG3 than biotest but also lots of other good ingredients

Going to bump this thread hoping to here more feedback on Cyanidin-3-glucoside. As if it actually a worthwhile supplement. As it pricey just to "try out". I only see 2 companies selling this. So is it novel because it isn't that good. Popularity would be nice

Transparent Labs just came out with C3g: 90 100mg caps for $50. I've been eyeing it. Also SNS has a product planned, if I'm not mistaken.

You are correct. We have labels done and raws are in transit. They'll be sent out for independent testing as soon as they arrive and then it will go into production.

C3G XT will have 300 mg. of Cyanidin 3-Glucoside per serving + 25 mg. AstraGin + 10 mg. Bioperine for enhanced absorption.

Too expensive? SNS products are so cheap you're more or less legally stealing.

Thank you. I really appreciate the kind words.

C3G XT will be priced very good. It's an expensive product to make, so it won't be cheap, but it will be a much better price than other options available :)

I use nootropic depot's version off and on. Primarily around times I'm heavier carb.

Will say...couple tablets on an empty stomach and not eating for a while after will have you feeling....rough. It definitely has glucose effects in that regard. Goes away once you eat

ETA: and is good for the gut...will have dark purple poops.

What’s the primary use of it?

What’s the primary use of it?

C3G is commonly used for nutrient partitioning, cognitive health, eye & vision health, fat loss, and more.

This is one that we had some requests for in the Tell Us What You Want from us thread, so I wanted to be able to offer it.

It's a good ingredient. You don't see it in many formulas because its expensive and bc it takes up a lot of capsule space because the C3G amount is a % of the parent ingredient. For example, it takes 1,200 mg. to equal 300 mg. C3G, so that would be 2 capsules just for that one ingredient.
