Welcome, AM members, to my T3 and Clen cutting experiment. Specifically, it's a low dose experiment to judge what can be achieved/happens at those dosages.
About me: 6'3, 203lbs, BF%- 18% ( A conservative guess)
What will I run? Starting today, I will be running:
T3 @ 25 Mcg/day for 4 Weeks
Clen @ 10, 20, 30 Mcg/Day for three weeks, respectively
Notes:
(1)If I can find Ketotifen before the three weeks are up, I might run the Clen for 4 weeks straight as well.
(2)Even If I don't find it, I might run it at 40 Mcg for the 4th week anyway, as per Greg Doucette's advice.
(3)Also, depending on the results, if muscle catabolism does not present itself, I might experiment with higher dosages of T3, to see when it does.
What's the goal?
(1)The Goal is to assess whether T3 causes Muscle catabolism at 25 Mcg/Day, and if so, how much.
(2)At the same time, also to assess the fat loss that can be achieved with low dose T3 and Clen,
(3)and the side effects at these dosages.
How will I measure progress?
(1) Through weekly bodyweight measures
(2) Through measurements with a measuring tape - Since T3 causes glycogen depletion, measurements on cycle may not be completely accurate. Therefore, the real results will probably be ascertained by comparing measurements pre- and post cycle.
How will I exercise?
3-4 Times a week, Resistance training with a focus on hypertrophy, Push, Pull, Shoulders and Legs
How many Calories will I eat?
According to Tdeecalculator, my caloric requirements are around 3,100 calories a day. I will be eating 2,200 calories a day, as I have been for the past 2 months. That's a caloric deficit of 900 calories a day. That's 6,300 Calories a week. A pound of fat is 3,500 calories, so I should be losing around 1.8 pounds through the caloric deficit alone, which has been the trend for the past 2 months, more or less, but lately it has not been that high. Nevertheless, anything more than 1.8 Lbs of weight loss a week will be attributed to the T3 and Clen.
What Will I eat?
A high protein, low carb, and moderate fat diet. I can't be arsed to write the complete diet plan, even though it's the same for each day of the week.
What will I supplement with?
Enough electrolytes, taurine ( 6 grams a day), 5-6L of Water a day, multivitamins and antioxidants and a whole bunch of other small stuff not worth enumerating here.
Tag Along for the ride if you are interested. I will update the log weekly, more often if I feel like it.
